Abstract

Helda Yosep, 2025, "The Influence of Workload and Work Environment on  Gen Z Employee Turnover: A Case Study on MSMEs in North Toraja Regency". The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of workload and work environment on  Gen Z employee turnover A case study on MSMEs in North Toraja Regency. The data collection procedure from this study is: Observation, Questionnaire and Documentation.The method used in this study is a quantitative method using the Multiple Linear Regression method and processed using SPSS 26. The researcher took samples using survey techniques with samples taken from MSME employees in North Toraja Regency consisting of 100 respondents. Calculation results in the t-test Workload t calculated 6.366 > t table 1.664, With a sig value of 0.000> 0.05. And in the variable Work Environment t calculate 6.366 > t table 1.664, with a sig value of 0.000> 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that Workload Affects  Gen Z Employee Turnover and Work Environment Does Not Affect  Gen Z Employee Turnover in North Toraja Regency.

Abstract

Lembang Sa’dan Andulan has great potential for local economic development through the weaving industry but faces challenges in raw material supply and bad credit that hinder business sustainability. This research aims to provide assistance in identifying the root causes of bad credit, formulating effective credit management strategies, and enhancing the capacity of the management of Badan Usaha Lembang Sa’dan Andulan. The methods used include financial management training, developing a credit assessment system, improving communication, and business mentoring. The results show that the management now understands the impact of bad credit and can analyze its causes. They are beginning to implement the 5C and 7P methods in assessments and business development, and show active roles in financial management. It is hoped that this activity will encourage economic growth in the Lembang Sa’dan Andulan community and create significant social change.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the role of culture in moderating the influence of financial literacy on SME performance. This research uses a quantitative approach. The objects studied were SME owners in Toraja Regency. Data was obtained through a survey with an instrument, namely a questionnaire and the sampling method used was the simple random sampling method. The results of the research conclude that financial literacy has a significant effect on the performance of North Toraja Regency MSMEs and culture can moderate the influence of financial literacy on the performance of North Toraja Regency SMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 50 responden dengan Slovin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Inklusi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Fintech juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Secara simultan, literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan, dan fintech berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,713 menunjukkan bahwa 71,3% variasi kinerja keuangan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to strengthen the entrepreneurial skills and capacities of Management Study Program alumni through training in the innovation of handicraft and souvenir products based on local potential. The activity was motivated by the importance of developing productive skills and the ability to identify business opportunities among alumni after completing their higher education. The activity was implemented through business development guidance tailored to participants’ existing skills, an introduction to creative product opportunities, discussions on idea development, and practical training in developing handicraft products using fabric and woven materials. The results showed that participants were able to develop ideas for handicraft and souvenir products with potential for further development as business products. Three product ideas were successfully developed, including hoodies, bags, and other handicraft products. The activity also encouraged participants to recognize their existing skills as capital for establishing businesses and to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. Based on observations conducted throughout the activity, the training provided alumni with opportunities to explore their creativity and connect their skills with business opportunities based on local potential. This activity is expected to serve as an initial stage in developing alumni’s creative businesses through product innovation, strengthening product identity, and expanding marketing efforts in subsequent activities.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a development strategy for the Tulak Langi' Tourism Object in Rembon District, Tana Toraja Regency, to enhance the destination's attractiveness and competitiveness sustainably. Tourism based on local potential has become a strategic instrument in regional economic development, yet many destinations still face infrastructure, management, and promotion constraints. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using SWOT analysis, IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary). The results showed a total IFAS score of 2.75, indicating a strong internal condition, with the main Strengths being natural beauty and local philosophical values. The total EFAS score of 2.80 indicates a supportive external environment for development, with dominant Opportunities in the form of government support and ecotourism trends. Based on the SWOT matrix, four alternative strategies were generated: SO strategy (development of nature and cultural tourism packages and digital promotion), WO strategy (infrastructure improvement and HR training), ST strategy (highlighting local uniqueness and implementing ecotourism), and WT strategy (institutional strengthening and technical assistance). This study concludes that the Tulak Langi' Tourism Object has strong potential to be developed into a leading tourism destination through an integrated and sustainable development strategy by prioritizing aggressive (SO) strategies. The practical implication of this research serves as a guide for local governments, managers, and communities in developing sustainable community-based tourism.
