Abstract

This study aims to find out what strategy is appropriate or in accordance with the Toraja Prince Hotel during the Covid 19 Pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method, namely a case study that produces descriptive data that is poured into words. By using SWOT, Matrix, EFAS, and IFAS research techniques and cartecius diagrams. Data collection techniques in this study the authors made a direct visit to the Toraja Prince Hotel to conduct a personal interview with the President Director, Mr. Francoise Tomasoa. Therefore Conclusion Based on the company's internal and external analysis along with the Cartesian diagram, it can be concluded that Toraja Prince Hotel is in Quadrant I, namely Supporting Aggressive Strategy (positive-positive) which indicates Toraja Prince Hotel is in a strong position and has the opportunity to make it possible to carry out activities to increase growth and development. Based on the results of the SWOT Matrix, alternative strategies are obtained, namely SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies.

Abstract

Helda Yosep, 2025, "The Influence of Workload and Work Environment on  Gen Z Employee Turnover: A Case Study on MSMEs in North Toraja Regency". The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of workload and work environment on  Gen Z employee turnover A case study on MSMEs in North Toraja Regency. The data collection procedure from this study is: Observation, Questionnaire and Documentation.The method used in this study is a quantitative method using the Multiple Linear Regression method and processed using SPSS 26. The researcher took samples using survey techniques with samples taken from MSME employees in North Toraja Regency consisting of 100 respondents. Calculation results in the t-test Workload t calculated 6.366 > t table 1.664, With a sig value of 0.000> 0.05. And in the variable Work Environment t calculate 6.366 > t table 1.664, with a sig value of 0.000> 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that Workload Affects  Gen Z Employee Turnover and Work Environment Does Not Affect  Gen Z Employee Turnover in North Toraja Regency.

Abstract

Lembang Sa’dan Andulan has great potential for local economic development through the weaving industry but faces challenges in raw material supply and bad credit that hinder business sustainability. This research aims to provide assistance in identifying the root causes of bad credit, formulating effective credit management strategies, and enhancing the capacity of the management of Badan Usaha Lembang Sa’dan Andulan. The methods used include financial management training, developing a credit assessment system, improving communication, and business mentoring. The results show that the management now understands the impact of bad credit and can analyze its causes. They are beginning to implement the 5C and 7P methods in assessments and business development, and show active roles in financial management. It is hoped that this activity will encourage economic growth in the Lembang Sa’dan Andulan community and create significant social change.
