Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain pembelajaran himpunan melalui perancangan hipotesis lintasan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian desain, yang meliputi tahapan: studi pendahuluan, eksperimen pengajaran, dan analisis retrospektif. Penelitian diawali dengan analisis situasi problematik, studi historis, serta analisis pengalaman guru mengajarkan materi himpunan hingga terbentuk hipotesis lintasan belajar awal. Rancangan pembelajaran disusun berdasarkan hipotesis lintasan belajar awal yang kemudian diujicobakan melalui 2 tahapan, yaitu: pengajaran pendahuluan, dan eksperimen pengajaran. Analisis retrospektif dilakukan pada masing-masing tahapan tersebut dengan membandingkan antara hipotesis lintasan belajar awal dengan lintasan belajar aktual hingga diperoleh hipotesis lintasan belajar final. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 5 Agustus-10 Desember 2021 dengan melibatkan 20 siswa SMP Madinatul Hadid kelas VII B pada tahap pengajaran pendahuluan dan 20 siswa SMP Madinatul Hadid kelas VII A pada tahap eksperimen pengajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat melalui hipotesis lintasan belajar melalui konteks survey jajanan sekolah, yang terdiri dari aktivitas: mendaftar objek jajanan di kantin sekolah (masalah kontekstual), mengelompokkan objek berdasarkan karakteristik/sifat objek yang identik (pemodelan), membuat relasi dua himpunan berdasarkan objek (anggota himpunan) yang sama (membangun pengetahuan), menggunakan notasi formal irisan dan gabungan (matematika formal).

Abstract

TITLE : CHANGES OF P SORPTION ON ULTISOL DUE TO ADDITION OF COAL FLY ASH-CHICKEN MANURE MIXTURE. High soil P sorption which result in low P availability for plants is one of important constraints in Ultisols. The objective of current research was to study the effect of coal fly ash-chicken manure mixture (FA-CM) on the changes in P sorption and availability in Ultisols. Two treatments - FA-CM mixture (w/w of 1:1) at the rate of 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 ton ha-1, and P fertilization at the rate of 0, 87, 174, 261 and 348 kg P2O5 ha-1 - were tested. These treatments were arranged according to Factorial Completely Random Design with three replicates. Results of current research showed that FA-CM and P rates and their interaction significantly affected the values of point of zero charge (PZC), pH and soil negative charges. FA-CM mixture as a soil ameliorant decreased P sorption but it increased available P in Ultisols by increasing both soil pH and negative charges. The application of FA-CM at 30 tons ha-1 and P at 174 kg P2O5 ha-1 resulted in better increases in soil charges than any other combinations. However, the lowest P sorption (127.07 mg kg-1) and the highest available P (102.21 mg kg-1) was resulted in by the applications of 42.64 tons of FA-CM ha-1 and 261 kg P2O5 ha-1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan sikap kedisiplinan siswa kelas VC MIN Nglawu Sukoharjo Tahun ajaran 2016/2017 melalui apel pagi siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus. Setiap siklus tersebut meliputi tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VC MIN Nglawu Sukoharjo berjumlah 38 anak terdiri dari 23 siswa laki-laki dan 15 siswa perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Kriteria peningkatan kedisiplinan yang dicapai siswa dilihat dari adanya perubahan kearah perbaikan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan kegiatan apel pagi dapat meningkatkan sikap kedisiplinan siswa. Hal itu terlihat dari hasil observasi pada siswa persentase nilai pra tindakan sebesar 26,32% atau sebanyak 10 siswa yang masuk kategori disiplin. Tindakan I meningkat menjadi 39,48% atau sebanyak 15 siswa. Sedangkan pada Tindakan II meningkat menjadi 65,79% atau sebanyak 25 siswa.Kata Kunci : Kedisiplinan, Apel Pagi

Abstract

Schiff Base adalah produk kondensasi dari amina primer dan senyawa karbonil. Senyawa ini memiliki aktivitas biologis yang sangat luas. Pada penelitian ini senyawa Schiff Base disintesis dari sitronelal dalam minyak jeruk purut dengan metil amina, anilin, o-toluidin dan p-nitroanilin. Sintesis dilakukan dengan rasio mol (1: 1) dan variasi 1,2,3 jam dengan microwave. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan waktu sintesis optimum selama 2 jam dengan persentase produk adalah 20.27%, 6.23%, 5.05% , 1.82%  untuk metil amina, anilin, o-toluidin  dan p-nitroanilin.

Abstract

Konversi identitas laskar mantan preman menarik untuk dikaji. Perubahan pertama dari preman menjadi anggota jamaah tabligh yang gerakannya menjauhi politik praktis berubah menjadi anggota gerakan haroki yang melawan pemerintahan dan anti demokrasi. Identitas perlawanan muncul pada mantan anggota jamaah tabligh yang mendahulukan ikhramul muslimin dan tidak mempermasalahkan system pemerintahan negaranya. Perubahan berikutnya adalah menjadi anggota laskar, perubahan terakhir tidak mengejutkan karena kedua gerakan memiliki tujuan sama yaitu penegakan syariat Islam di Indonesia dengan pola yang berbeda. Haroki lebih mementingkan pembinaan anggota dan membesarkan jamaah sementara laskar mendahulukan kekerasan dalam menyelesaikan konflik. Proses mengkategorisasi diri pada suatu kelompok dan proses pindah dari satu kelompok ke kelompok yang lain, kemudian proses pembandingan kelompoknya dengan kelompok lain sehingga menjadi ingoup favoritism (fanatik kuat) dan merendahkan kelompok lain menjadi pembahasan dalam kajian ini dengan pendekatan teori identitas sosial.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic has had a major negative impact on economic and taxation aspects. Indonesia’s economic growth was only 2.97 percent (first quarter of 2020), then became -5.32 percent (second quarter of 2020). Economic downturn increases the potential loss of tax revenue as the main source of state revenue so that an appropriate strategy and policies are needed to anticipate it. The objectives of this study are (1) projecting potential loss of Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Employee Income Tax (EIT), and Domestic Value Added Tax (VAT) in 2020, and (2) formulating tax policy strategy to anticipate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic from the national resilience perspective. This study uses Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average method to project the potential loss of CIT, EIT, and Domestic VAT in 2020 and Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis to formulate tax policy strategies. The results showed a potential loss of CIT, EIT, and Domestic VAT income in 2020 amounted to IDR71.748.166.578.327 (10,41 percent). This potential loss is due to decreased consumption, economic downturn, and tax incentive policies. The government can implement several tax policy strategies to anticipate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, namely tax priority strategies, internal strengthening strategies, collaboration and supervision strategies, and support and economic recovery strategies.Keywords: SARIMA, SWOT, tax policy strategy, the Covid-19 pandemic, national resilienceAbstrakPandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) menimbulkan dampak negatif yang besar terhadap aspek ekonomi dan perpajakan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada kuartal I 2020 hanya sebesar 2,97 persen kemudian menjadi -5,32 persen pada kuartal II 2020. Perlambatan ekonomi meningkatkan potensi kehilangan penerimaan pajak sebagai sumber utama pendapatan negara sehingga diperlukan strategi dan kebijakan yang tepat untuk mengantisipasinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) memproyeksikan potensi kehilangan penerimaan Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Badan, PPh Pasal 21, dan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai Dalam Negeri (PPN DN) tahun 2020, dan (2) merumuskan strategi kebijakan pajak untuk mengantisipasi dampak pandemi Covid-19 dengan menggunakan perspektif ketahanan nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average untuk memproyeksikan potensi kehilangan penerimaan PPh Badan, PPh Pasal 21, dan PPN DN tahun 2020 dan analisis Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) untuk merumuskan strategi kebijakan pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi kehilangan penerimaan PPh Badan, PPh Pasal 21, dan PPN DN tahun 2020 adalah sebesar Rp71.748.166.578.327 (10,41 persen). Potensi kehilangan penerimaan pajak tersebut disebabkan oleh penurunan konsumsi, perlambatan ekonomi, dan kebijakan insentif pajak. Pemerintah dapat menjalankan beberapa alternatif strategi kebijakan pajak dalam rangka mengantisipasi dampak pandemi Covid-19, yaitu strategi prioritas pajak, strategi penguatan internal, strategi kolaborasi dan pengawasan, serta strategi dukungan dan pemulihan ekonomi.Kata kunci: SARIMA, SWOT, strategi kebijakan pajak, pandemi Covid-19, ketahanan nasional

Abstract

In implementation of Government in Indonesian, region given a chance and freedom for organize the extensive of region autonomy, which it is included in section 18 and verse 5 of UUD 1945. From awarding the authority, the low level of bureaucrat given a chance for take the initiative and explore them creativity. Therefore the main problem of realization autonomy region is upgrading the quality of human power and agency. We need human power which qualified and professional. Qualified and professional human power depends on process of recruitment bureaucracy elite. Therefore the formulation of problem in this research is “How is the process of recruitment bureaucracy elite in area of Central Java Provincial Secretariat and what is the factor affecting.”            The direction of this research is to detect how is process of recruitment bureaucracy elite in area of Central Java Pronvicial Secretariat and what is the factor affecting of process recruitment. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Primary source data retrieved from interview and secondary data from document, archieve, and the other source which it is still connect with research. Analysis technique using qualitative data with analyst in form essay, depiction, and drawing the conclusion of indication research.            From the result of research, showing that process of recruitment bureaucracy elite in area of Central Java Pronvicial Secretariat using auction of position system or open promotion system. It was first time perfomed in Central Java. The result of this system judged can fixing the situation of our bureaucracy because a few of good governance idea which it is include idea of transpiration, accountability, obey the law, and participation of the citizen. Besides the advantage of open promotion system is recruitment system that puts meritocracy people on front.            This recruitment system have to done truly and full of concistency, so that the result not useless. Also required commitment, courage, and provide a leadership in Indonesian, in particular the leadership of leaders such as, Governor, Regent, or Mayor in order to apply the punishment for all of the agency which make a mistake in the process recruitment.Keywords: recruitmen, Elite, Bureaucracy

Abstract

Environmental issues enforce us to find environmental friendly alternative refrigerants. Increasing energy consumption as consequence of widespread usage of air-conditioning systems needs effort to find efficient systems. Use ability of alternative refrigerants and effect of modified vapor-compression cycles were investigated in this research. In figuring effects of their application on a real air-conditioning system, analysis of redesign of air-conditioning system was concerned to make clear the problem. The results confirm that a right selection of refrigerants to air-conditioning system can improve its performance. Energy saving and economical costs can be reduced significantly. Several groups of hydrocarbons (HC) and hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) have good thermodynamic performance and better than R-22 that will be phased out. By introducing these alternative refrigerants, carbon-dioxide (CO2) emissions can be reduced due to energy saving caused by increasing of the coefficient of performance (COP).

Abstract

The Estrogen was very beneficial hormone for men and women. Isoflavon compound was natural estrogen source which contain three main compound in chemical form, the aglycones, daidzein and genistein. They were found only 0,25% on plant, exclusively on leguminous plant. An alternative method have been required to overcome these problem, for example, through plant cell culture technic with heavy metal elicitor. The aims of this research were to study the effect of various concentration of Al3+ elicitor and age of culture for callus growth and accumulation of daidzein and genistein from in vitro Phaseolus vulgaris L. And Phaseolus aureus Roxb callus culture. Stable plant callus culture were established and subculture for three times approximately 4 weeks. The calli were elicitated by Al3+ elicitor with 0, 50, 150, 300 µM concentrations and incubated on 4, 6, and 8 weeks. Qualitative data were determined based in changed calli colour, TLC plate and value of Rf. Quantitative data were determined based in fresh and dry weight of the calli and the content of daidzein and genistein compound. Quantitative data were analized using Anova and continued with DMRT 95%. The results showed that the callus growth more influenced by age of culture. The sixth weeks led to higher fresh and dry weight. The Colour of Calli had been changed from white yellowness become brown at the eighth weeks. The texture of Calli have no difference between control and treatment of elicitor, that was friable until the end of treatment. The Calli with addition of elicitor Al3+ with 150 µM concentrations had significantly highest of fresh weight than control, they were over 0,463 g. The Content of daidzein and genistein on Phaseolus vulgaris L. had significantly increased in addition of Al3+ elicitor with 150 µM concentration. But, the content of daidzein and genistein on Phaseolus aureus Roxb. had significantly increased in addition of Al3+ elicitor with 300 µM concentration. Palembang: Unsri Press.The study aimed to determine the physical and chemical properties of soil to support Land Application of palm oil mill effluent. The research method is carried out by survey method by taking soil samples at several depths. The results showed pH (2.98 - 2.93), C org (38.22 - 61.62 g / kg), N tot (0.84 - 0.95), P brey 1 (1.35 - 1 , 80 mg / kg), K-dd (0.19 - 0.32), Na (0.55 - 1.09 cmol / Kg), Ca (1.8 - 3.23 cmol / kg), Mg ( 0.55 - 1.81 cmol / kg), CEC (17.40 - 19.58 cmol / kg), KBL (14.94 - 32%), Sand (36.99 - 40.94%), Dust ( 40.63 - 55.57%), Clay (7.55 - 22.38%), BD (0.74 - 1.08 g / cm³), RPT (60 - 72%), Permeability (0.27 - 3.45 cm / hour). The results of the analysis show that nutrient-poor soils, but the physical condition of the soil is quite helpful for the media providing land applications for palm oil mill effluent.Keywords: palm oil mills, soil properties, waste
