Abstract

Penenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar muatan IPS dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media audio visual siswa kelas IV SD.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam pembelajaran mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan berbantuan media audio visual, dikarenakan dengan model dan berbantuan media siswa menjadi lebih tertarik untuk mengikuti pembelajaran, model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) ini juga menjadikan siswa mampu berfikir kritis

Abstract

The previous study shows teachers' pedagogical competence in making lesson plans is still low, especially in making Merdeka Curriculum lesson plans. The training that has been developed is inadequate for this need. This study aims to develop a peer tutoring-based training design to improve teachers' pedagogical skills in making Merdeka Curriculum lesson plans. The type of research used in this research is R&D and the product was developed by Dick & Carey model. The method used in this research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The research subjects were 16 fifth-grade teachers in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. Data collection techniques included open-ended questionnaires, pretest, and posttest instruments. Quantitative data analysis used category description and the Wilcoxon test. The finding of research results showed that peer tutoring-based training design that has been developed is conducted with guidance in small groups, in contrast to previous training that was conducted in a classical. This design has been validated by the experts and has been revised based on their suggestions. The product trial results show the effectiveness of peer tutoring training design in improving teachers’ pedagogical competence in making Merdeka Curriculum lesson plans. Therefore, this training design could be used in the next product trial. It can also be applied to teacher training programs to improve teacher's ability to make lesson plans.

Abstract

Competence must be possessed by a teacher whose main task is to transfer knowledge to students. There are four competencies that every teacher must have, namely, pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence. Focusing on the pedagogical competence of teachers has been considered less than optimal. The research conducted used the type of development research (R&D). Claroline-based training design instruments to improve teachers' pedagogic competence in developing learning media in the validity test by media experts obtained a score of 90.7%, which was included in the very high category. In comparison, material experts obtained a score of 79.9%, which was included in the high category, and finally, training design experts obtained a score of 61.3%, which was included in the high category. According to the validity results of the three experts, the Claroline-based training design instrument to improve teachers' pedagogical competence in developing learning media is suitable for use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation dengan media games puzzle sebagai alternatif meningkatkan hasil belajar  siswa kelas V. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD dengan jumlah siswa 22. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan instrumen pengumpulan data tes hasil belajar, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan model pembelajaran Group Investigation dengan media games puzzle dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika, siswa tuntas pada kondisi awal 59% dan siswa tidak tuntas 41% meningkat menjadi 68% siswa tuntas dan 32% siswa tidak tuntas di siklus I, meningkat kembali di siklus II siswa tuntas 95% dan siswa tidak tuntas 5%  dan rata-rata kelas yang semula 62 meningkat menjadi 64,5 pada siklus I serta meningkat lagi pada siklus II menjadi 80

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran GI dan PBL dalam meningkatkan kerjasama IPA kelas 5 SD Gugus Joko Tingkir Salatiga. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri Tingkir Lor 02 yang berjumlah 31 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri Tingkir Tengah 02 yang berjumlah 27 siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan non test berupa angket untuk mengetahui hasil kerjasama  siswa. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat parametrik dan statistik inferensial yang menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 22 for OS Windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh data dengan signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil kerjasama siswa antara penerapan model pembelajaran GI dan PBL. Perbedaan hasil kerjasama IPA yang signifikan didukung oleh perbedaan rerata dua sampel penelitian, dimana rerata hasil kerjasama pada penerapan model pembelajaran GI sebesar 100,65 sedangkan rerata hasil kerjasama pada penerapan model pembelajaran PBL sebesar 93,81 yang berarti bahwa perlakuan pembelajaran dengan model GI memberikan dampak pada hasil kerjasama yang berbeda dan lebih tinggi daripada model pembelajaran PBL. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan efektivitas hasil kerjasama IPA siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Group Investigation  dan Problem Based Learning SD Gugus Joko Tingkir

Abstract

Pembelajaran  Matematika merupakan pembelajaran yang dianggap sulit dan kurang menyenangkan bagi siswa. Upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika pada siswa kelas V di Sd Negeri Ledok 05 Salatiga dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Problem Solving. Problem Solving(Pemecahan Masalah) merupakan suatu metode pembelajaran yang meliputi kemampuan untuk mencari informasi, menganalisis situasi, dan mengidentifikasi masalah dengan tujuan menghasilkan suatu penemuan sehingga dapat  mengambil suatu tindakan untuk mencapai sasaran. Penelitian yang dilakukan  merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa khusus nya pada pembelajaran Matematika, dengan mempersiapkan suatu perencanaan ,tindakan, observasi, serta refleksi Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan terjadinya suatu peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di Sd Negeri Ledok 05 Salatiga. Hal ini di tunjukan pada presentase hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 menunjukan 32%, pada siklus II 41% peningkatan ini berdampak positif terhadap sebuah hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Matematika. Maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Problem Solving dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dikelas V SD Negeri Ledok 05 Salatiga

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) evaluation on the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 4 Sentani.This study is a mixed method (quantitative and qualitative) study that combines quantitative and qualitative methods. Participants in this study included lecturers, students, and the principal or head of administration at SMP Negeri 4 Senatni. One administrator, twenty-three educators, and one hundred and twenty-two students were all selected by purposive sampling based on their ability to provide the necessary data. Interviews, surveys, and documentation were the tools used in this study. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification were used to analyze qualitative data, while percentage techniques were used for quantitative data.The results of the study showed that the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 4 Sentani, the results were in the very good category. Each aspect of the evaluation consists of, (1) Context evaluation with a value of 3.67, using the implementation of KOSP in schools as a guideline for its implementation is very good, (2) Input evaluation with a value of 3.28, input evaluation consisting of eight indicators is very good in supporting the implementation of the independent learning curriculum (3) Process evaluation with a value of 3.32, consisting of learning planning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation is in accordance with the guidelines for implementing the independent learning curriculum used at SMPN 4 Sentani (4) Product evaluation with a value of 3.42, product evaluation must be carried out frequently in order to determine the development and progress of student learning outcomes and encourage learning motivation after completing the learning program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the evaluation of the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMPN 4 Sentani has been very good and effective in schools that have implemented the independent learning curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the challenges and opportunities in implementing artificial intelligence (AI) at SDN Inpres Doyo Lama. Through a qualitative approach, this study involved in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and the school principal. The results showed that the main constraints in implementing AI were the lack of adequate infrastructure, as well as the limited knowledge and skills of teachers in utilizing AI technology. However, this study also identified the great potential of AI in improving the quality of education, especially in terms of personalized learning and access to a wider range of learning materials. "Teachers at SDN Inpres Doyo Lama, like teachers at other elementary schools, are often burdened by a heavy workload of administrative tasks. From creating lesson plans, grading student assignments, managing grades, to creating reports, all of these tasks consume a significant amount of time. As a result, the time that should be used to interact directly with students and develop teaching materials is reduced. Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers innovative solutions to address this problem. By utilizing various AI-based applications, teachers can automate some routine administrative tasks."

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of school principals and how it influences teacher performance. This research is evaluation research with a discrepancy model and a research approach using descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is SD Negeri 02 Kumpulrejo Salatiga. Data collection techniques use qualitative data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data triangulation uses technical triangulation and source triangulation. Technical triangulation was carried out through interviews, documentation studies, and observations. Source triangulation was carried out by matching the results of the principal's interview with the results of interviews with teachers, supervisors, and school committees by providing the same question instrument. The data analysis technique consists of three activity streams, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the research show that from each stage in the discrepancy evaluation model, namely the design, installation, process, product, and cost-benefit stages, it is stated that the principal's managerial performance has met the standards of adequacy, suitability, and fairness. So it can be concluded that the principal has been able to carry out his managerial competencies well.
