Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in students' understanding of the rules of reading and writing the Qur'an through picture book media for grade 2 SD N 3 Tugu. This research is a classroom action research which was carried out in four meetings, the four meetings consisted of two stages. Each meeting consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were second grade students of SD N 3 Tugu. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and tests. The results of the first stage of data analysis showed that as many as 65% of students got an average score in learning hijaiyah letters using picture book media. While in the second stage as many as 87% of students obtained scores above the average in recognizing hijaiyah letters using picture book media. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in knowing children's hijaiyah letters with picture book media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of instructional media using flashcards on the beginning reading ability of students who experience dyslexia to increase their understanding of PAI in SD Negeri 1 Widoro Kec. Karangconnected District. Kebumen. Class action research consists of 2 cycles, there are 2 learning meetings. As for the implementation of classroom action research, it consists of 4 stages, namely the first is the planning stage which includes activities to develop an action plan, which contains an explanation of what (who) and why (why). When (when), where (where), who (by whom), and how (how) to conduct classroom action research. This observation was carried out four times face to face with two cycles. Based on the results of observations of researchers using observation sheets, tests, and interviews. The results of the study showed that through flashcard media it was proven to be able to increase the understanding of PAI in dyslexic elementary school students.

Abstract

Education is a process of learning about knowledge, skills, and habits that can be done anywhere and anytime. In education, there are various thoughts about education or also known as schools of education. The purpose of this study was to find out the relevance between educational streams and learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kebumen. This type of research used qualitative methods. The subject of this study used three Islamic elementary schools in Kebumen. Data collection techniques using observation data, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. There are several types of educational streams that are used as a reference for educators, including (1) classical school consisting of Convergence and Naturalism; (2) the modern stream consists of Progressivism and Existentialism. This flow was implemented because it was relevant to the learning system implemented in several schools at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kebumen.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of discipline character development at vocational high school. This study employs a qualitative approach of the phenomenological type. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Puring, Kebumen. The subjects of this study include the principal, teachers, staff, and students. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and document studies. Triangulation techniques were applied to ensure data validity. Data analysis follows the Miles & Huberman & Saldana model. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of discipline character development at SMK Negeri 1 Puring involves systematic steps, including the formulation of school regulations, daily guidance, extracurricular activities, leadership and self-development programs, classroom learning, technology utilization, parental involvement, monitoring and evaluation, and fostering a school culture. Collaboration among all stakeholders, such as parents and the community, is crucial in instilling discipline character in students.

Abstract

A conducive learning environment impacts children's development. Schools, as educational institutions, play a crucial role in creating a supportive and child-friendly learning environment. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of a positive discipline approach in efforts to establish a conducive learning environment for elementary school students. This research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach. The study was conducted at Jemur Public Elementary School in Kebumen. The subjects of this study include the school principal, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Triangulation techniques were used to ensure data validity. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles & Huberman & Saldana model. The results of the study indicate that the positive discipline approach has been implemented effectively at Jemur Public Elementary School in Kebumen. However, collaboration between parents and the school needs to be further enhanced to ensure children can learn comfortably wherever they are. Strong collaboration among schools, families, and the community is recommended based on this research.

Abstract

Education is a milestone in developing and advancing a country, superior human resources are born from education. The importance of education has become the state's main stream in providing attention through the budget and so on. Good education not only forms people who are competent in science, but also capable in morals and have social competence. Social skills are very necessary to make life peaceful for one another. This research aims to describe holistic education as a whole and explain the important role of implementing holistic education for society. The research method used by the research is a qualitative research method with a research library approach. Data sources are obtained through primary and secondary data, such as scientific journals or related research results, books, magazines or other sources that provide data answers that researchers need. The results of this researcher are that holistic education leads a person to become a complete person, with a deep understanding of religion, critical thinking skills, good social skills, and maintained physical and emotional health. This education not only emphasizes knowledge, but also the formation of attitudes and values ​​that enable individuals to interact positively with the surrounding environment.
