Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis pesan moral dan bentuk penyampaian pesan moral yang ada pada naskah Randai di Kenegarian Koto nan IV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah rekam, simak dan catat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah syair yang mengandung pesan moral dalam naskah Randai. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah rekaman video Randai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan jenis moral sebanyak 34 data. Jenis pesan moral tersebut terbagi menjadi tiga. (1) Pesan moral individu (hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri) sebanyak 8 data, (2) nilai moral sosial (hubungan manusia dengan makhluk sosial) sebanyak 23 data, dan (3) nilai moral religi (hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan) sebanyak 3 data. Bentuk penyampaian pesan moral tersebut terbagi dua. (1) Bentuk penyampaian langsung sebanyak 8 data dan (2) bentuk penyampaian tidak langsung sebanyak 26 data.Kata kunci: folklor sebagian lisan, pesan moral, bentuk penyampaian, randai.ABSTRACTThis research aims to describe the types of moral messages and forms of conveying moral messages in the Randai script in Kenegarian Koto nan IV. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique in this research is recording, listening and taking notes. The data used in this research are poetry containing moral messages in the Randai text. The data source in this research is Randai's video recording. Based on the research results, 34 types of moral data were found. These types of moral messages are divided into three. (1) Individual moral messages (human relationship with oneself) with 8 data, (2) social moral values (human relationship with social creatures) with 23 data, and (3) religious moral values (human relationship with God) with 3 data. There are two forms of conveying moral messages. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan literasi membaca siswa melalui dampak penggunaan Wattpad. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Dewantara yang berjumlah 208 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan literasi membaca siswa melalui dampak penggunaan Wattpad secara per indikator, yakni kognitif dengan persentase (83,33%) dalam kategori dampak yang sangat tinggi, diversi dengan persentase (27,78%) dalam kategori dampak yang rendah, dan identitas personal dengan persentase (83,33%) dalam kategori dampak yang sangat tinggi. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan Wattpad memiliki dampak positif terhadap kemampuan literasi membaca siswa SMA Negeri 1 Dewantara. Persentase rata-rata sebesar 64,81% dalam kategori tinggi yang menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Wattpad dapat membantu siswa memperluas wawasan literasi, mengembangkan identitas personal, dan memperkaya pemahaman siswa tentang sastra.Kata kunci: dampak, penggunaan Wattpad, literasi membaca ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the level of reading literacy skills among students through the impact of using Wattpad. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study consists of 208 students from grade XI at SMA Negeri 1 Dewantara. The sampling technique was done using purposive sampling, with a sample size of 30 students. Data collection was done using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the level of reading literacy skills among students through the impact of using Wattpad, categorized by indicators, are as follows: cognitive impact with a percentage of 83.33% in the category of very high impact, diversion with a percentage of 27.78% in the category of low impact, and personal identity with a percentage of 83.33% in the category of very high impact. Overall, the use of Wattpad has a positive impact on the reading literacy skills of students at SMA Negeri 1 Dewantara. The average percentage is 64.81% in the high category, indicating that the use of Wattpad can help students expand their literacy knowledge, develop personal identity, and enrich their understanding of literature.Keywords: keyword 1, keyword 2, keyword 3, keyword 4, maximal 5 keywords

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a project-based learning model integrated with local wisdom in language learning at SD Negeri 10 Muara Batu. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects included 23 grade V students and one language teacher. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained will be analyzed through the stages of data collection, categorization, thematic analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results. The results showed that the integration of PjBL with local wisdom significantly improved students' understanding of local culture and encouraged their active involvement in the learning process. The learning stages include the introduction of local wisdom concepts, understanding through discussion, and direct practice in cultural projects. Support from teachers, schools and parents' participation contributed to the successful implementation of this learning model. This approach is also able to increase students' learning motivation and sense of pride in local cultural heritage. The findings indicate that a project-based learning model that integrates local wisdom is effective in enriching learning experiences and shaping students' character who are critical, creative, and have good social skills.

Abstract

Every household and culinary business in Reuleut Timu Village produces waste cooking oil every day when cooking for daily needs. This waste cooking oil is generally thrown into waterways or the ground. This habit has the potential to cause environmental pollution and can damage the lives of several living communities in rivers and disrupt soil quality. The Malikussaleh University Community Service Team, consisting of three lecturers and two students, has designed a community development program through the use of waste cooking oil into washing soap in Reuleut Timu Village, Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency. This activity aims to improve community skills by processing waste cooking oil into products of economic value. It is hoped that this will help create a knowledgeable Reuleut Timu Village community, as well as improve community skills, especially for housewives. The main aim is to provide education and training to the community, especially mothers who interact directly with the use of waste cooking oil, regarding the risks and how to manage it. After training, washing soap is produced from waste cooking oil which can be used for daily needs. Setiap rumah tangga dan usaha kuliner di Desa Reuleut Timu, menghasilkan minyak jelantah setiap harinya saat memasak untuk keperluan sehari-hari. Minyak jelantah ini umumnya dibuang ke dalam saluran air atau tanah. Kebiasaan ini berpotensi menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan dan dapat merusak kehidupan beberapa komunitas makhluk hidup di sungai serta mengganggu kualitas tanah. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Malikussaleh, yang terdiri dari tiga dosen dan dua mahasiswa telah merancang program pembinaan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan minyak jelantah menjadi sabun cuci di Desa Reuleut Timu, Kecamatan Muara Batu, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk dan meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat melalui pengolahan minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Hal ini diharapkan dapat membantu mewujudkan masyarakat Desa Reuleut Timu yang berpengetahuan, serta meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat, terutama bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat, terutama ibu-ibu yang berinteraksi langsung dengan penggunaan minyak jelantah, mengenai risiko dan cara pengelolaannya. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan, maka dihasilkan sabun cuci dari minyak jelantah yang dapat digunakan dalam kebutuhan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the think, talk, write (TTW) learning model on the writing skills of the tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Mamplam. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of research Quasi Experimental Design using a pretest post-test control group design control design. The population in this study were all students of class X SMA Negeri 1 The population in this study were all students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Mamplam totaling 91 students. The sample in this study was obtained using the purposive sampling technique, while the sample in this study amounted to 43 students consisting of class X IPA 2 students who were given learning using the conventional model and class X IPS using the TTW learning model. The results of the analysis with the t-test pre-test and post-test experimental class showed a t-value of -16.554 and sig. 0.000. The value of sig states < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference from writing a biography of the experimental class using the TTW learning model. Then the results of the calculation of the t-test pre-test and post-test of the control class showed that t was -8.062 and sig. 0.000 and sig states <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference from writing from a control class on biographical text and TTW learning model has an effect on the ability to write biographies of students at SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Mamplam.

Abstract

As the educational landscape evolves, it is essential for teachers to adapt to these changes in order to meet the needs of 21st century learners. One way is to develop and implement AI-based learning assessments. However, in fact, some teachers still use traditional assessment methods. The purpose of this service is to overcome these obstacles through training in compiling digital assessments based on artificial intelligence through the quizizz AI and magickpen applications so that the learning process runs optimally. The methods used are presentation, practice, and dialogic methods. The presentation method is used to convey the theory regarding the use of the quizizz AI and magickpen applications. Then, the practice method is carried out by directly involving participants to apply the quizizz AI and magickpen applications in compiling learning assessments. Meanwhile, the dialogic method is applied to discuss in overcoming problems experienced by participants during the training. Based on the training activities that have been carried out, the following results were obtained: (1) MAS Darul Falah teachers are able to use the quizizz AI and magickpen applications; (2) MAS Darul Falah teachers are able to use the quizizz AI and magickpen applications to compile digital learning assessments; (3) the assessments that have been prepared can be used in class so that the learning process runs optimally; and (4) encourage students' enthusiasm for learning.ABSTRAKSeiring dengan berkembangnya lanskap pendidikan, sangatlah penting bagi guru untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan tersebut agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik abad ke-21. Salah satunya dengan mengembangkan dan menerapkan asesmen pembelajaran berbasis AI. Namun, faktanya beberapa guru masih menggunakan metode asesmen tradisional. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut melalui pelatihan penyusunan digital assessment berbasis artificial intelligence melalui aplikasi quizizz AI dan magickpen agar proses pembelajaran berjalan secara optimal. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu metode presentasi, praktik, dan dialogis. Metode presentasi digunakan untuk menyampaikan teori mengenai penggunaan aplikasi quizizz AI dan magickpen. Kemudian, metode praktik dilakukan dengan melibatkan peserta secara langsung untuk menerapkan aplikasi quizizz AI dan magickpen dalam menyusun asesmen pembelajaran. Sedangkan, metode dialogis diterapkan untuk berdiskusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami peserta pada saat pelatihan berlangsung. Berdasarkan kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) para guru MAS Darul Falah mampu menggunakan aplikasi quizizz AI dan magickpen; (2) para guru MAS Darul Falah mampu menggunakan aplikasi quizizz AI dan magickpen untuk menyusun asesmen pembelajaran digital; (3) asesmen yang telah disusun dapat digunakan di kelas agar proses pembelajaran berjalan secara optimal; dan (4) mendorong semangat siswa dalam belajar.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bebera hal. Pertama. banyaknya siswa yang menggunakan gaya bahasa sarkasme di sosial media. baik dengan anggota kelompoknya atau pun dengan pengguna sosial media lainnya. Kedua. ketidaksantunan siswa dalam berkomunikasi di lingkungan sekolah. baik dengan teman sejawat. senior kelas. maupun guru. Ketiga. siswa mulai kesulitan membedakan penempatan penggunaan bahasa. bahasa mana yang dapat dipakai dalam situasi formal maupun tidak formal. Keempat. banyak di antara siswa yang tidak mampu menyaring informasi dengan baik. sehingga beberapa di antaranya menyebarkan informasi bohong (hoax). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah metode ceramah. pelatihan. dialogis. Sasaran dalam pelatihan ini adalah siswa sekolah menengah atas se-Kecamatan Gandapura Kabupaten Bireuen. Manfaat dari pelatihan ini ialah meningkatkan kepekaan siswa dalam menggunakan bahasa di sosial media. Siswa akan menjadi lebih bijak dalam membaca. menyaring dan menyebarkan informasi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi spelling and grammar pada guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Se-Kecamatan Muara Batu Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Aplikasi Spelling and grammar berfungsi untuk melakukan pengecekan terhadap kesalahaan ejaan dan tata Bahasa dalam dokumen. Selama ini ditemukan banyaknya kendala yang dialami guru dalam proses menulis karya ilmiah. Guru cenderung melakukan kesalahan dalam cara penulisan (spelling) atau pun tata bahasa (grammar) yang terkadang dapat berpengaruh terhadap perbedaan makna yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meminimalkan kesalahan yang terjadi dalam tulisan sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas karya ilmiah guru. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Se-Kecamatan Muara Batu Kabupaten Aceh Utara, yaitu SMA Negeri 1 Muara Batu, SMKN 1 Muara Batu dan SMA Negeri 2 Kesuma Bangsa. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, dialogis, dan praktik. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan teori mengenai penggunaan aplikasi Spelling and grammar. Metode dialogis diterapkan dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami peserta pada saat pelatihan berlangsung. Sedangkan metode praktik dilakukan dengan melibatkan peserta secara langsung untuk menerapkan aplikasi Spelling and grammar dalam karya tulis mereka. Hasil yang dicapai dalam pelatihan adalah para guru mampu menggunakan aplikasi spelling and grammar sehingga menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang lebih berkualitas.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a demonstration panel for the electrical circuit of light vehicle turn signal lights as a learning medium. The purpose of making this demonstration panel is to describe the process of making a demonstration panel for the electrical system of turn signal lights on light vehicles, to describe the feasibility test of the electrical circuit demonstration panel for light vehicle turn signals and to describe students' responses to the electrical system demonstration panel for turn signal lights on light vehicles. This research uses the Research and Development method. The subjects in this research are material experts and media experts as well as students, and the objects are teaching materials and students. The instruments used are: observation, questionnaires and documentation. Research procedures include potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, and product testing. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis technique by explaining the results of making the product in the form of a learning media display panel, testing the validity and suitability of the product to be implemented in lighting systems and light vehicle instrument panels. 1) The results of the process of making electrical circuit display panels for light vehicle turn signal lights as a learning medium have been successfully described in detail, including the steps and components used. 2) The results of the demonstration panel feasibility test after being validated by material expert I scored 93.75%, and material expert II gave a score of 96.87%. Meanwhile, the feasibility results of the media expert panel I gave a score of 100%, and media expert II gave a score of 95.83%. 3) The results of students' responses to the demonstration panel received a very good response, the overall score obtained was 90.38%, which is very suitable.
