Abstract

The learning model is a conceptual framework that is used as a guide in carrying out learning activities. With the use of models, learning can be more directed, easy to understand, and mastered by students. Hence, the use of models in learning must be in accordance with the theory being taught, the goals to be achieved, and the environment and students must also be considered. In addition, the model used must also be fully controlled by the teacher. If these factors are not considered, the final result will not be as expected. Problems arise, students do not want to learn, the learning atmosphere is uncomfortable, the teacher is also uncomfortable in teaching, so that the students' grades are not optimal. Therefore, in this study, Researchers want to see how the model is applied by teachers, especially Indonesian language subject teachers, as well as the Covid-19 period with student final grades (UNAS). The method used in this research is qualitative method. Researchers will describe the final results of the study, then draw a conclusion. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation study techniques. Observations here, are not only observations in the classroom, but also researchers make observations of other facilities and infrastructure. Through this research, it is hoped that (1) there will be an image as a reference material for related agencies in making policies to improve the quality of education, (2) a reference for other educators on the application of an effective model, and (3) find the latest learning models that might be found in this study. Then, the results of this research are also targeted to be published in national seminars and journals.

Abstract

First, the problem in Meunasah Teungoh Village, Simpang Keuramat District is about education, namely where the learning process in schools is still less effective and efficient. The teaching and learning process in two schools in Gampong Meunasah Teungoh, namely SD Negeri 5 Simpang Keuramat still tends to seem monotonous and boring. The children/students have not been able to catch what the teachers are saying, thus causing the process of delivering the material not to be well received by the children/students. This of course makes children's knowledge less and tends not to be able to apply it directly in society. Therefore, through the service in the form of effective learning socialization that we will do in the two schools, it makes the children/students more enthusiastic in learning and enthusiastic in receiving all the knowledge that we provide. Second, the problem in Gampong Meunasah Teungoh is the lack of awareness of children in cultivating saving from an early age. This is due to the lack of attention from parents and school institutions in providing knowledge and teaching about the importance of saving from an early age. Children tend to have a desire to spend the pocket money given by their parents quickly so that when an urgent situation comes, they have no savings. Therefore, we will conduct socialization activities on saving from an early age to children, by providing knowledge through games to them about the importance of saving from an early age.

Abstract

The BUMG business plan is very important as a basic guide for determining profitable future business activities. Preparing a logical business plan based on market information allows BUMG's goals to be achieved effectively and efficiently. Basically a business plan describes the business activities that will be carried out in the coming period. BUMG Karya Mandiri is 1 of 188 BUMGs in Kutai Kartanegara Regency and is located in Gampong Teugoh, Nisam, North Aceh. BUMG Karya Mandiri was founded in 2016 but started to be active again starting in December 2020 with a second management formed through Gampong deliberations. Since becoming active again, BUMGa Karya Mandiri has run its first business unit, namely buying and selling Tandang Fresh Fruit (TBS) Palm Oil and has only been running for two (2) months. Purchase from farmers in Muara Batu and sell to factories. Based on the information obtained, the BUMG planning and budgeting process has been running but has not been carried out optimally. This is because in practice, BUMG still has 1 business unit and is considering diversifying its business, but everything is still an oral and unwritten contract.   Apart from that, other known problems include a lack of capital resources, business premises that are not yet representative, management of income and expenditure plans that have not been designed well, and human resource capabilities that are not yet adequate, and there is no good internal control. Based on the results of the material presentation and discussion, and apart from other problems (business unit limitations), it can be concluded that PKM partners have credibility, competence and meet the qualifications in identifying components and indicators related to BUMG planning and budgeting with existing conditions.
