Abstract

This research aims to identify disaster mitigation behaviour in the community of Tempur Village, Jepara Regency, based on local wisdom. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach with Mitebenkealhutanmuria instruments used through observation and interviews. Research informants in the study used the snowball technique. Five informants were obtained. The data analysis used was coding. Meanwhile, credibility is done by triangulating data and cross-checking informants. The results of the research findings are that Tempur Village is a disaster-prone area. Gaining knowledge and understanding of the consequences of disasters on the community enhances confidence and the ability to take measures to mitigate the impact of disasters by using local wisdom. The spiritual power that is generated collectively through customs and ethics such as the commemoration of the first night of Suro, Sedekah Bumi and Selametan Perempatan is believed by the community to be an effort to ward off “Balak” (disaster) and has the power to anticipate disasters, as well as provide safety for Tempur Village. Research implications theoretically need to be carried out to understand how local wisdom can be combined with modern mitigation strategies to be more effective and become a social psychology model of disaster mitigation that needs to consider the role of collective beliefs, social norms, and community identity in determining responses to disaster risk. Practically, local governments need to recognize and accommodate local wisdom practices in disaster mitigation policies. Traditional rituals and culture-based early warning systems can be part of broader mitigation strategies.

Abstract

Sexual harassment is a worrying phenomenon that causes long-term psychological impacts on victims, such as profound trauma, depression, and social isolation. Therefore, this study focuses on uncovering and describing the resilience experienced by survivors of sexual harassment, with the aim of understanding their subjective experiences and identifying factors supporting recovery. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, this study involved four female survivors as subjects. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) to explore the meaning of their experiences. The results found that the victims experienced significant psychological impacts in the form of decreased self-esteem and a tendency to self-isolate, but they demonstrated a conscious effort to recover from adversity. It was concluded that this resilience process is supported by two main factors: internal factors in the form of emotional regulation abilities to manage trauma, and external factors in the form of strong social support from family and friends. Resilience in survivors is a dynamic process formed from the synergy between an individual's internal strengths and a supportive social environment. ABSTRAK Pelecehan seksual merupakan fenomena mengkhawatirkan yang menyebabkan dampak psikologis jangka panjang bagi korban, seperti trauma mendalam, depresi, dan isolasi sosial, sehingga memunculkan urgensi untuk memahami proses resiliensi mereka. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengungkap dan mendeskripsikan gambaran resiliensi yang dialami oleh para penyintas pelecehan seksual, dengan tujuan memahami pengalaman subjektif mereka dan mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung pemulihan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, penelitian ini melibatkan empat orang perempuan penyintas sebagai subjek. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) untuk menggali makna dari pengalaman mereka. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa para korban mengalami dampak psikologis signifikan berupa penurunan harga diri dan kecenderungan isolasi diri, namun mereka menunjukkan adanya upaya sadar untuk bangkit dari keterpurukan. Disimpulkan bahwa proses resiliensi ini didukung oleh dua faktor utama: faktor internal berupa kemampuan regulasi emosi untuk mengelola trauma, dan faktor eksternal berupa dukungan sosial yang kuat dari keluarga serta teman. Resiliensi pada penyintas merupakan sebuah proses dinamis yang terbentuk dari sinergi antara kekuatan internal individu dan lingkungan sosial yang suportif.

Abstract

Memorizing the Quran is an effort that demands sincerity and struggle. In the process, Quranic memorization students (santri) often experience stress. Stress can be caused by various factors, such as the high memorization demands, strict rules in the Islamic boarding school (pondok pesantren), and being far from their families. To overcome stress, Quranic memorization students can use coping strategies. The purpose of this research is to analyze the sources of stress and describe coping strategies among Quranic memorization students who experience boredom and pressure in the Islamic boarding school. The research method used in this study is qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research location is in the Islamic boarding school area of Kota Kudus. There are four subjects involved in this research, including two males and two females. The results of this study indicate that sources of human stress come from three sources: from within the individual, from the family, and from the environment. The coping strategies used by the subjects involve controlling what can happen between the individual and the environment through problem-solving, decision-making, and direct actions.Keywords - Coping Strategy, Islamic Boarding School, Santri, Memorization

Abstract

Desa Rahtawu memiliki potensi ekowisata dan hasil pertanian lokal yang besar, namun masih menghadapi keterbatasan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam pengelolaan usaha rumah tangga, legalitas produk, dan pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mendampingi PKK Desa Rahtawu dalam penguatan kapasitas berbasis ekowisata berkelanjutan melalui peningkatan pemahaman legalitas produk, pengemasan, dan strategi pemasaran. Pendampingan dilaksanakan pada 10 Desember 2025 dengan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dan diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD) yang menghadirkan praktisi usaha kopi lokal. Kegiatan diikuti oleh sekitar 20 peserta pelaku usaha olahan jahe dan kopi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran peserta terhadap pentingnya keamanan produk dan legalitas PIRT, ditandai dengan diskusi aktif dan pertanyaan spesifik, meskipun legalitas belum sepenuhnya dipersepsikan sebagai kebutuhan mendesak. Kegiatan ini penting sebagai langkah awal penguatan usaha lokal dan pengembangan ekowisata berkelanjutan berbasis potensi Desa Rahtawu.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the role of teachers as models and mentors (modeling and scaffolding) in the internalization of honesty values among lower-grade elementary school students. This phenomenon is crucial because the low consistency of students’ honest behavior requires a character education approach grounded in exemplarity and moral experience. The study employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, focusing on teachers’ lived experiences cultivating honesty in the classroom. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and reflective documentation involving six lower-grade teachers from three public elementary schools in Toroh District, Grobogan Regency. Data were analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) through open, thematic, and reflective coding. The findings reveal four central themes: (1) honesty as a teacher’s moral identity, (2) modeling as a value role model, (3) moral scaffolding as a process of value internalization, and (4) school culture as a character ecosystem. Teachers act as moral agents who instill honesty through exemplarity and social interaction. The success of character education depends on the consistency of teachers’ behavior and the support of the school’s moral culture. This study emphasizes the importance of reflective training for teachers and collaboration between schools and families in fostering sustainable honesty values.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan subjektif merupakan evaluasi individu pada kualitas hidupnya baik dari aspek kognitif ataupun afektif. Dalam konteks pemulihan pasca perselingkuhan, kombinasi forgiveness dan self-compassion dapat dianggap sebagai mekanisme pemulihan penting yang meningkatkan kesejahteraan subjektif pada dewasa awal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji secara empiris hubungan antara forgiveness dan self-compassion dengan subjective well-being pada dewasa awal pasca perselingkuhan dalam hubungan berpacaran. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu dewasa awal pengguna media sosial TikTok dengan kriteria usia 18-25 tahun, dan memiliki pengalaman perselingkuhan 1-3 tahun terakhir. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yang melibatkan 100 responden sebagai sampelnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui skala subjective well-being yang berisi 42 item, skala forigiveness 42 item, dan skala self-compassion 42 item. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi dua prediktor dan product moment. Hasil analisis data diperoleh terdapat hubungan antara forgiveness dan self-compassion dengan subjective well-being pada dewasa awal pasca perselingkuhan dalam hubungan berpacaran yang bernilai positif dengan nilai signifikansi (p=0,000) dan koefisien korelasi (R=0,679), sehingga hipotesis penelitian dinyatakan diterima. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa forgiveness dan self-compassion dari subjek penelitian berpengaruh pada kesejahteraan subjektifnya.

Abstract

Kepuasan pernikahan merupakan kondisi psikologis dan penilaian subjektif pasangan terhadap kualitas hubungan pernikahan secara keseluruhan, yang mencerminkan sejauh mana kebutuhan, harapan, dan tujuan pernikahan terpenuhi. Wanita Jawa cenderung menerima segala situasi bahkan yang terpahit sekalipun, serta pandai memendam penderitaan (Handayani Novianto, 2021). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pernikahan pada perempuan Jawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi serta menggunakan teknik observasi tertruktur dan wawancara semi-terstruktur. Analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah coding, uji kredibilitas member checking dan triangulasi sumber data. Subjek penelitian dipilih berdasarkan kriteria informan perempuan bersuku Jawa yang menikah dengan laki-laki bersuku Jawa dan telah menjalani pernikahan sekurang-kurangnya dua tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan penikahan pada perempuan Jawa yaitu peran gender, komitmen, menjadi orang tua, kepuasan seksual, manajemen konflik dan komunikasi. Sedangkan faktor kontekstual yang tampak, yakni pengalaman masa lalu, perbedaan harapan dari pernikahan, kepribadian, finansial, usia pernikahan, perbedaan usia pasangan, kondisi kesehatan pasangan, quality time, dan religiusitas memengaruhi kepuasan pernikahan secara situasional.

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between self-esteem and self-compassion with resilience among first-year university students. A quantitative approach was employed with 100 first-year students at Universitas Muria Kudus who completed online questionnaires assessing resilience, self-esteem, and self-compassion. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Spearman’s Rho correlation in SPSS 27.0. The results showed that self-esteem and self-compassion jointly had a highly significant positive relationship with resilience (r = 0.721; p < 0.01), explaining 52.16% of the variance in resilience. Individually, self-esteem demonstrated a strong positive relationship with resilience (r = 0.719; p < 0.01), whereas self-compassion showed a moderate but still significant positive relationship (r = 0.526; p < 0.01). These findings indicate that higher levels of self-esteem and self-compassion are associated with stronger adaptive capacity and greater emotional stability among first-year students when facing academic and social challenges during the transition to university life. Overall, this study highlights the importance of strengthening internal psychological resources as protective factors for resilience in emerging adulthood. The results also suggest that well-being programs designed to foster self-worth, self-acceptance, and compassionate attitudes toward oneself may contribute to improved adjustment, academic persistence, and mental health among first-year university students. In conclusion, higher education institutions are expected to design psychological intervention programs that focus on strengthening the internal aspects of new students. The implementation of these programs should be carried out in an integrative manner, not only oriented towards boosting self-esteem through academic achievement, but also including self-compassion training to build students' emotional stability in facing pressure.

Abstract

Deep learning through Project-Based Learning (PjBL) has become a relevant approach to develop higher-order thinking skills of elementary school students. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, particularly regarding the cognitive development of sixth-grade students. This study aims to analyze the challenges of cognitive development of sixth-grade students in deep learning through Project-Based Learning based on students’ learning experiences and behaviors. This research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study design. The subjects were sixth-grade students and teachers at an elementary school, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that deep learning through PjBL can enhance students’ critical thinking, problem-solving, and reflective skills. Nevertheless, challenges were identified, including differences in students’ abstract thinking abilities, limited learning independence, difficulties in integrating concepts across subjects, and the need for intensive teacher guidance. These findings suggest that successful implementation of deep learning through PjBL requires careful planning, appropriate scaffolding strategies, and continuous teacher support to optimally foster students’ cognitive development.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan fenomena perkembangan anak usia sekolah dasar dalam konteks penerapan pembelajaran Deep Learning (Pembelajaran Mendalam). Berbeda dengan pembelajaran permukaan (surface learning) yang menekankan hafalan, Deep Learning menuntut pemahaman konseptual, koneksi antar pengetahuan, dan transfer keterampilan ke dunia nyata. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis konseptual, artikel ini menelaah kesiapan perkembangan kognitif siswa SD yang berada pada tahap operasional konkret menuju operasional formal, serta dampak psikologis dan sosial-emosional dari tuntutan kurikulum yang kompleks. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Deep Learning berpotensi mempercepat kematangan kognitif dan keterampilan abad 21 (6C), terdapat fenomena kesenjangan perkembangan (developmental gap) yang memicu kecemasan akademik dan beban kognitif berlebih jika tidak dikelola dengan scaffolding yang tepat. Artikel ini merekomendasikan strategi pedagogis yang menyelaraskan tuntutan Deep Learning dengan zona perkembangan proksimal (ZPD) anak untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang psikologis-aman dan menumbuhkan growth mindset.
