Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems provide extensive benefits, challenges, and impacts to the entire enterprise. ERP systems help companies to share and transfer data and information across functional units within and outside the company aiming to achieve different goals. One such aspect is the investment in ERP system implementation. ERP systems collect, record, integrate, manage, and transmit data and information across functional units of the company. In this paper, we follow the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research method to explore the benefits, challenges, and impacts of ERP system implementation with a literature review conducted using the methodology guide from Kitchenham et al. This method conducts a systematic review consisting of three stages: planning, implementation, and reporting. The conclusion in this study is that there are benefits, challenges and impacts in an integrated ERP system to improve processes and product quality, reduce production cycle time, and improve the decision-making process then there are challenges of security risks and functionality limitations and there are impacts such as reducing time when processing data, increasing efficiency when used and providing high-quality services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze public sentiment towards digital banks in Indonesia, specifically Bank Jago, using data from social media Twitter. Sentiment analysis methods were used to classify tweets into positive, negative and neutral categories. The findings show that public perceptions are generally positive, with a focus on technological innovation and ease of service. However, key complaints related to technical issues and customer service remain noteworthy. Most tweets had neutral to positive sentiments, reflecting a favorable public view of digital banks. These results highlight the importance for digital banks to continuously improve the customer service and technical stability of their apps to maintain a good reputation in the eyes of the public. In addition, the positive sentiments that arise regarding technological innovation can be leveraged to reinforce the bank's image as a modern and efficient institution. Recommendations from this study include developing a more responsive customer support system and improving app stability. With these measures, digital banks can maintain public trust and compete in an increasingly competitive market, as well as increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research provides valuable insights for digital bank business strategy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kebutuhan dalam segala organisasi atau sektor baik pemerintahan maupun organisasi swasta yang beragam dan terus meningkat seiring dengan populasi manusia yang terus bertambah membuat organisasi-organisasi ini terus memberikan inovasi terbaik dalam menjalankan pekerjaan mereka sehari-hari dengan efektif dan efisien. Kehadiran teknologi memberikan banyak manfaat dalam permasalahan apapun terkhusus membantu memecahkan masalah agar bisa efisien dan efektif. Manfaat teknologi inilah yang tentunya akan membantu dalam menjalankan proses bisnis, contohnya dengan penerapan ERP, akan tetapi penerapan ERP pada bidang organisasi pastinya memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak yang terjadi dari dalam menerapkan ERP pada organisasi atau perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi literatur review. Berdasarkan kajian literatur yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini mendapatkan faktor yang banyak diperhatikan oleh peneliti sebelumnya dalam menerapkan ERP yaitu user training, top management support dan vendor support yang akan mempengaruhi keberhasilan atau kegagalan dalam menerapkan ERP. keberhasilan dan kegagalan pada penerapan ERP juga berdampak pada kinerja organisasi. Peningkatan kinerja tidak hanya pada organisasi, melainkan berdampak juga pada kinerja karyawan yang bekerja. Sedangkan untuk kegagalan pada penerapan ERP yaitu organisasi atau perusahaan dapat mengalami kerugian yang dimana berupa investasi Teknologi Informasi yang hilang.

Abstract

Tourism is a primary economic driver for Boyolali Regency. However, destination information remains fragmented, lacking a personalized approach to meet diverse visitor preferences. To address this issue, this study developed "BoyTure", a web-based tourism application integrated with a recommendation system. The system development followed the ICONIX Process methodology, selected for its Robustness Analysis phase, which validates system logic before code implementation. The recommendation engine uses Content-Based Filtering with the Cosine Similarity algorithm, applied to a curated dataset of 74 verified destinations sourced from the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office (Disporapar) of Boyolali Regency. Unlike standard approaches, the TF-IDF feature extraction in this system explicitly concatenates four textual attributes, destination name, category, facilities, and description, to mitigate data sparsity and enrich the semantic context. A comparative analysis justifies the selection of Cosine Similarity over Euclidean Distance or Jaccard Similarity because of its robustness in handling variable-length tourism text descriptions. Testing was conducted using the Black-Box method to ensure functional compliance, and a System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation yielded an average score of 81.5. This SUS score demonstrates that BoyTure successfully abstracts complex algorithms into a user-friendly interface to provide accurate and personalized tourism recommendations.
