Abstract

A helpdesk is an area or department in a company that carries out the process of collecting data from various existing sources and must actively listen and respond to user needs. It is hoped that the development of the Helpdesk will be able to overcome various problems and provide extensive services for internal and operational problems, as well as problems related to information systems and technology. The Information Technology Helpdesk system at the Kospin Jasa Purbalingga Disaster Recovery Center currently only uses manual writing, telephone, and the Android application, namely WhatsApp. If a problem occurs related to IT devices, the user immediately contacts IT via telephone or WhatsApp. The Helpdesk application can reduce data processing time, reduce human error in the data recording process, and produce helpdesk reports quickly and accurately, to support the company's decision-making process. The research method used is the analytical method. The analysis used is problem identification, test scenario analysis, system requirements analysis, hardware requirements analysis, software requirements analysis, and HR requirements analysis.

Abstract

Current generic concepts in Myrtaceae suggest that nearly all Old World taxa originally described in Eugenia L. and Jambosa Adans. should be accommodated within Syzygium P. Br. ex Gaertn. Six new combinations and a new name in Syzygium are proposed. Complete synonymy and typifications are given.

Abstract

Abstract

Kata Kunci : Perancangan sistem, Pembayaran SPP, Waterfall Abstract  - Currently, the information system for processing tuition payment data implemented at Vocational School Ma'arif 1 Kalibawang still uses a manual system, the tuition payment process is still archived in a ledger where student financing is written manually, so without realizing it, mistakes are always found in the data collection. , the collection of data is not unified, as well as the formation of information. Where this requires the right level of precision and accuracy in data processing. Through this explanation, the SPP financing stage using a computerized strategy is needed. This is done to handle the conflict so that the reviewer compiles a website-based computerized report. With this website-based SPP payment design, the author hopes that it will make it easier to input data, monitor incoming money, create reports and speed up managing SPP financing data appropriately. The study target is for the form of tuition payment reports at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kalibawang and to minimize the loss of student data that will be archived. The method for paying tuition fees at SMK Ma'arif 1 Kalibawang uses the waterfall method. System testing using black box testing by utilizing the maze application, shows that all systems can run 100% as planned. Keywords: System design, SPP Payment, Waterfall

Abstract

A molecular analysis was conducted to determine whether Eugenia boerlagei Merr. (Myrtaceae) belongs to genus Eugenia or Syzygium based on sequences of cpDNA fragments namely atpB-rbcL intergenic spacer. The study used seven specimens of Syzygium sect. Jambosa, three of Syzygium sect. Syzygium, two of Eugenia s.s. and one of Eugenia boerlagei Merr. with Baeckea ovalifolia and B. tuberculata as the outgroup. The results show that Eugenia boerlagei is appropriately placed under the genus Syzygium.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the infectious diseases that remains a major public health problem in Indonesia, particularly at the primary healthcare level such as public health centers. The increasing amount of patient data stored in health information systems requires effective analytical methods to support accurate and efficient decision-making. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Naive Bayes algorithm in classifying tuberculosis patient data. The dataset used in this research was obtained from medical records of TB patients and non-TB patients, which were processed through several preprocessing stages, including data cleaning, data integration, data transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality. The data were then divided into training and testing datasets for classification purposes. The Naive Bayes algorithm was implemented to classify patient status based on selected clinical and demographic attributes. Model performance was evaluated using a confusion matrix and several evaluation metrics, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The experimental results show that the Naive Bayes algorithm achieves satisfactory performance in classifying tuberculosis patient data and demonstrates good efficiency when applied to real-world healthcare data. However, the algorithm still has limitations related to the assumption of independence among attributes, which may affect classification accuracy. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of a decision support system that can assist healthcare professionals at public health centers in performing early classification and analysis of tuberculosis patient data more effectively and efficiently.
