Abstract

West Nusa Tenggara has a high level of fauna (animal) characteristics, because its position is on the Wallacea line as an ecological transition between the continents of Asia and Australia. The fauna in NTB varies according to the existing ecosystem, this happens because there is a match between the species and the environment or place where they develop. An ecosystem that experiences changes in certain conditions can also cause changes in species variations. Climate change is one of the causes of changes in an ecosystem. This research aims to determine the impact of climate change on biodiversity conditions in NTB. Research activities were carried out at the offices of the NTB Environment and Forestry Service, the NTB Natural Resources Conservation Center, and the NTB Maritime and Fisheries Service, for interviews and requests for data regarding climate change and diversity in NTB. The research method used was purposive sampling. The results of animal data show that this species already has a small number in NTB so it must be immediately conserved by the local government so that it does not experience extinction due to climate change.

Abstract

Abstract

Dusun Segenter merupakan salah satu dusun yang memiliki banyak tumbuhan yang berpotensi sebagi bahan pangan, obat dan Pewarna. Masyarakat Dusun Segenter masih menggunakan pengetahuan tradisional dalam memanfaatkan sumberdaya alam disekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis dan cara pelestarian tanaman yang dimanfaatkan sebagai tanaman pangan, obat dan pewarna alami oleh masyarakat Dusun Segenter, Desa Sukadana, Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam, Teknik pengambilan sampel narsumber dilakukan secara random sampling dengan menggunakan panduan wawancara kepada tokoh dan masyarakat Dusun Segenter. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tanaman yang dimanfaatkan sebagai tanaman pangan sebanyak 4 spesies yaitu jagung, padi ketan, komak dan Buncis. Tanaman yang dimanfaatkans sebagai tanaman obat sebanyak 3 spesies, terdiri dari kayu jawa, daun jarak dan daun sirih. Tanaman yang dimanfaatkan sebagai pewarna alami yaitu daun kelor. Organ tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan yaitu buah, biji, daun atau seluruh tanaman. Upaya konservasi yang dilakukan penanaman kembali dan melestarikan kebudayaan yang telah ada.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the policies of the government that decides do not repatriate former Indonesian citizens of sympathizers ISIS in Iraq and Syria. The theory that used to analyze the case is the theory of maqashid al-shari'ah Jasser Auda. Theories of maqashid al-shari'ah Jasser Auda considered very relevantly in this case because of the ideas that were brought to consider universal human rights enforcement. This is different from the previous theory of maqashid al-shari'ah which only had individual function protection and preservation. Theory of maqashid al-shari'ah Jasser Auda is a reconstruction of the concept of previous scholars with the aim of revitalizing the values of maqoshid value with contemporary problems, especially in terms of enforcement of the human rights (hifdzu al-nafs). In addition, the writer considers that the idea of human rights has a correlation with article 28J paragraphs 1 and 2 of the 1945 Constitution which forms the basis of limitations on the fulfillment of individual rights. Next, not all ISIS sympathizers are the perpetrators of terrorism, therefore the writer offers a de-radicalization effort for children and sympathizers' wives before returning to community life. As victims, they have the right education on the good ideology (hifdzu al-aql) and still carry out the function of heredity (hifdzu al-nasl).

Abstract

Abstrak: Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas terpenting dalam industri perkebunan Indonesia dan mulai banyaknya para penikmat kopi yang menjadikannya sebagai gaya hidup mereka. Dengan fenomena ini, muncul peluang untuk membuka coffee shop Indonesia khususnya di Kota Bandung. Bisnis coffee shop memang sangat menjanjikan sehingga tidak heran jika berbagai merek dan bisnis coffee shop mulai banyak bermunculan di Bandung maka persaingan antar brand pun semakin kuat. Salah satu dari coffee shop pada Kota bandung adalah Tri Tangtu Kopi Roasters. Coffee shop ini beroperasi sejak tahun 2016, Tri Tangtu Kopi Roasters masih lemah dalam identitas visual serta implementasinya pada media promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang visual identitas dan media promosi yang tepat untuk Tri Tangtu Kopi Roasters. Selain itu, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan akumulasi data melalui observasi, studi pustaka dan wawancara. Data yang telah dikumpul lalu diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode SWOT dan metode AISAS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di implementasikan pada sebuah perancangan ulang identitas visual dan media promosi yang cocok untuk Tri Tangtu Kopi Roasters menciptakan brand identitas yang kuat, sehingga mampu memikat konsumen.Kata Kunci: Branding, Identitas Visual, Media Promosi, Kopi, Kedai Kopi

Abstract

For more than three decades, marketers' primary focus has been directed toward consumer behavior patterns. During COVID-19, marketing science experts have paid particular attention to the behavioral change in consumer buying-related health areas. By highlighting the research themes using bibliometric analysis and providing an agenda for future research, this study aims to analyze the trends in consumer behavior in the health aspect. The bibliographic information for 34 papers was gathered from Scopus, one of the most well-known academic indexing databases. The study used open-source software tools like VOS Viewer and NVIVO to conduct various bibliometric analyses. Based on our bibliometric analysis, this study was related to a number of themes of consumer behavior of health aspects, including consumer lifestyle, consumer buying behavior, consumer health awareness, health behavior, perceived health benefit, and consumer health risk. The results from co-authorship analysis indicate that there is no particular connection between the topic of consumer behavior on the health aspect that different authors explore since each research focuses on a specific topic. For research academics in the academic community, the analysis of scientific research will serve as a reference manual for understanding the theoretical underpinnings of research on consumer behavior, identifying knowledge gaps, and suggesting future research direction.

Abstract

Gerakan buruh di berbagai negara selalu identik dengan unjuk rasa ataupun aksi mogok kerja. Pada era globalisasi efektifitas gerakan massa khususnya di ASIA perlu dikaji ulang untuk menghadapiperubahan zaman. Konfensi ILO 193 tahun 2002 merupakan metoda alternatif bagi perjuangan gerakanpekerja. Konfensi tersebut menetapkan langkah-langkah dan komitmen untuk mendukung gerakan koperasipekerja di seluruh dunia. Pimpinan Unit Kerja Toshiba Serikat Pekerja Elektronik Elektrik Federasi SerikatPekerja Metal Indonesia (PUK Toshiba SP EE FSPMI) telah mencoba mengkolaborasikan kekuatan aksimassa dengan gerakan koperasi. Dari berbagai penelitian yang ada telah ditemukan hubungan baik antaraserikat pekerja dengan koperasi. Sayangnya berbagai penelitian tersebut belum mengukur kontribusi serikatpekerja terhadap koperasi berdasar pada poin-poin rekomendasi dari konfensi ILO 193. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran serikat pekerja pada koperasi dan dampaknya terhadapkesejahteraan pekerja pada koperasi berdasar pada rekomendasi dalam konfensi ILO 193. Seluruhpenelitian terdahulu merupakan hasil pengalaman yang  menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sehinggalebih menarik dalam penelitian ini untuk menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif yang diukurmenggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian regresi menggambarkan adanya pengaruh peran serikat pekerja padakoperasi terhadap kualitas hidup pekerja. Seluruh indikator yang berasal dari konfensi ILO 193 dinyatakanvalid dan relevan untuk diterapkan di lingkungan PUK Toshiba SP EE FSPMI. Abstract

Objective A massive advance in the digital era has changed customer habits, and marketing has even changed these past few years. Banking service started focusing on customer relation. The government policy also contributed a lot in law paying for the implementation of banking technology. This research was aimed at identifying the effects of technology, government, and customers on marketing performance through the mediation of human resources. This research was conducted at Rural Banks in Indonesia.Design/Methodology This research utilized Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The samples of research were 184 respondents who have already known the marketing condition in Rural Banks.Results The research result referred that a number of factors relating to technology, government, and customer have significant effects on marketing performance. The human resource played a role in mediating the effects of technology and government on marketing performance partially.Contribution This research showed that the effect of technology, government, and customer were able to trigger a good improvement of marketing performance. Further, the practical contribution indicated that the marketing performance was needed and required by Rural Bank in this digital era.Novelty/Originality This paper contributes to the rural bank literature by providing a unique overview of the field of corporate performance research. The study also utilizes a unique methodology by sampling a variety of different objects. By adopting a comprehensive strategy, this study aims to provide a more holistic perspective on marketing performance, especially in the field of rural banking

Abstract

This research focuses on the recruitment, selection, and job placement processes at PT. Samudra Abadi Nusantara Gemilang (SANG) in Malang City. PT. SANG is a com- pany specializing in workforce outsourcing services. The study aims to: 1) Describe compre- hensively the recruitment, selection, and placement processes at PT. SANG, and 2) Identify and analyze challenges within these processes. A descriptive research method with a quali- tative approach was used, with data sources obtained from informants, events, and docu- ments. Findings indicate several issues across the recruitment, selection, and placement phases. In the recruitment phase, challenges arose due to client demands for rapid staffing, making it difficult for PT. SANG to find candidates quickly. During selection, issues in- cluded candidate absences during scheduled interviews and difficulty in matching candidate skills with job requirements. Lastly, in the placement phase, problems included limitedfacil- ities and operational support from PT. SANG, along with delays in job start dates due to client absences. This study provides an in-depth analysis of these challenges, highlighting the need for improved coordination and resources to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of PT.SANG's recruitment, selection, and placement services. Abstract

The capital market industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth in recent years. This growth is driven by the increasing public interest in investing in the capital market, particulary in stocks. However, this significant growth has not been accompanied by an improvement in the financial literacy of the Indonesian population. Recognizing this potential, PT. Surya Family Capital has decided to transform into an investment advisory and asset management service provider after obtaining the necessary business license and operational legality. This research aims to design the business strategy for PT. Surya Family Capital, covering several key aspects including product or services design, marketing strategy, operations, organization, management, and financial planning. The research methodology used is a qualitative descritive approach, aiming to analyze the business conditions in depth and to understand the issues related to the research object. The result show that the business plan for PT. Surya Family Capital is feasible for implementation. The designed strategy focuses on service innovation, a personalized approach to cliens, and operational efficiency, enabling the company to face the dynamic challenges of the capital market and strengthen clien trust.
