Abstract

UD. X is a distributor of LPG and mineral water located in the Sukoharjo area. Currently UD. X has not implemented information system technology in recording goods data, causing discrepancies in the actual inventory data. Inventory data discrepancies occur three to four times a week. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to have an information system that can make it easier to store data. The design of information systems begins with making ERD, context diagrams, and DFD. After that, it is continued by calculating the optimal order interval and calculating the minimum and maximum inventory needed by UD. X. Then proceed with making an information system application based on Microsoft Excel. The final result of the design of the information system is an application that has been designed to make it easier for admins to record accurately the inventory of goods and assist the owner in supervising the activities in and out of goods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan mengusulkan optimasi sumber daya manusia yang diperlukan untuk Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Volare Giftbox. Volare Giftbox adalah toko pembuatan hardbox yang menggunakan bahan dasar greyboard dalam proses produksinya. Peneliti mengumpulkan data permintaan pelanggan berdasarkan rekap tahunan toko dengan akses informasi yang didapatkan oleh perusahaan. Metode optimasi yang dilakukan peneliti adalah dengan analisa sensitivitas dari segi keuntungan yang diperoleh dan dari segi permintaan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan paling optimum sehingga dapat diusulkan untuk UMKM Volare Giftbox. Studi ini menemukan bahwa keuntungan akan mencapai titik optimum sebesar 12.07% ketika UMKM menambahkan 1 pegawai baru dengan efisiensi kerja 100% atau sama dengan 2 pegawai yang dimiliki UMKM sebelumnya. UMKM juga mendapatkan keuntungan bila menambah pegawai yang efisiensi kerjanya minimal 50% sebesar 0.52%. Sementara bila jumlah permintaan berubah, UMKM memperoleh keuntungan maksimal bila jumlah permintaan naik minimal 30% diatas rata-rata 5 tahun dan mengalami kerugian bila permintaan mengalami penurunan sebesar 10%.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the integration of Dynamic Value Stream Mapping (DVMM) and Cost Time Profile (CT-profile) method for optimizing offshore drilling logistic base operations. The novelty of the research is the implementation of DVMM and CT-profile that implemented in monitoring system INTACTS (Integrated Dynamic value stream mapping and Cost time profile for shore base operation) which is directly connected to shore base material movement recording system. Each successful lift performed in JIT mode will be recorded and its characteristics studied so that it can be applied to other material lifting operations. This research uses data on the lifting operation on July - December 2020. The new method is applied in a logistic system for drilling activity. The research shows that DVSM is suitable to be applied for logistics in off shore base problems since the job and situation are very dynamics.
