Abstract

In this study aims to analyze the use of Community radio frequency (Rakom) in Denpasar and byanalyzing the number of channels allocated frequency and the amount of authorized community radioauthorization in the city of Denpasar. It is hoped that the study is expected to give an overview of howavailability community radio channels in Denpasar City area. To be able to avoid interference in theservice area on radio community broadcasts in the city of Denpasar. Conducted analysis andsimulation of mapping of new LPK Radio services (community broadcasting institutions). Themeasured parameters include the calculation of the Budget link and the measurement results obtainedin the field which is then compared with the theory. Based on the results of simulated analysismapping and calculations used, in the area of Denpasar city there can only be 2 (two) radiocommunities.

Abstract

Technological advances have been utilized in various fields, including in agriculture.The technology that is currently widely used is the Internet of Things (IoT). With this technology,farmers can monitor and control remotely so that their work becomes more efficient and optimal.In this study, a control and monitor system was developed for paprika hydroponics. This systemwas built using a Rasberry Pi as a data processing center equipped with Arduino uno as ananalog data reader and relay control, a DS18B20 sensor as a water temperature reader, a pH4502C sensor as a water acidity reader, and a TDS/EC sensor as a water nutrient ppm valuereader. This system is realized in the form of a prototype system for hydroponic paprika. Thesystem works automatically to monitor and control water temperature, water pH, nutrient ppmvalue, water level and automatic watering. The system is also equipped with a notificationfeature so that farmers can obtain information via telegram media such as water temperature,water pH, nutrient ppm value, water level, and watering notifications. This prototype is alsoequipped with a webcam camera as a feature that functions to detect ripe peppers in terms offruit color. The camera will detect the color of the peppers, and if the peppers are red, thepeppers are categorized as ripe, and farmers will receive notifications via telegram in the formof image data and notifications that ripe peppers have been detected.

Abstract

Currently technology is growing so that many tools are created, especially reforms inagriculture. Aquaponics is a combination of hydroponic and aquaculture techniques intoaquaponics techniques. This aquaponics technique only uses water as a growing medium.Cultivating aquaponics does not require a large area of land, it can be done in the yard of ahouse that does not have a large area. Currently aquaponics techniques have developed,especially in modern agriculture because this aquaponics technique will use an Internet ofThings (IoT) based system. Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept in which the virtual world of information technology blends with real objects in the real world. In other words, the Internetof Things (IoT) is a concept which aims to expand the benefits of continuously connectedinternet connectivity. This system is built using the Node Mcu Esp8266 microcontroller as thecontrol center and uses the Raspberry Pi 3 type B mini PC as visual notification and is equippedwith a pH sensor 4502C, DS18B20 temperature sensor, Servo Motor, SRF05 sensor. A plantcommonly used in aquaponics is pakcoy, which is one of the most widespread vegetables inAsia. While the fish used in aquaponics techniques are freshwater fish, one of which is parrotfish. In testing the pH sensor is carried out with 3 conditions, namely when the pH is normal,acidic and alkaline on the sensor test detects normal pH, acid and alkaline approaching theresults of the pH meter comparison tool, then the water level test is carried out with 2 conditions,namely when the water is normal and reduced by using a ruler comparison tool, where thesensor has a little detecting error, on testing the water temperature sensor using a thermometercomparator has an error detecting the state of the aquaponic water temperature. When testingthe chat feature is done by typing / getdata, the application will send a chat with sub watertemperature, water level, water pH, then testing the camera feature is done by typing /getpHoto, the application will send a picture of the condition of the aquaponics.

Abstract

In this journal, a new network is designed in the area of Udayana University, Bukit JimbaranCampus using Cisco Packet Tracer. The purpose of this design is to build a network that can improveefficiency in the process of exchanging data and information. The design uses one dynamic routing,namely Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP). EIGRP was chosen because thisprotocol is the only protocol that has a backup system. In addition, the network that is designed alsouses a ring topology, with the consideration that the ring topology is the best topology for buildingnetworks with service areas in the form of rotations. Analysis of the designed network performancehas been carried out by sending PING with several scenarios to obtain packet loss, throughput, anddelay parameter values. Based on the research results obtained the same packet loss parametervalue for each case that is 0%, the average value of throughput is 4,398 bps, and the average delayvalue is 10.125 ms. The three results of each of these parameters meet the requirements of theTIPHON in the excellent category and have a class 4 index.

Abstract

This study aims to compare VMware server virtualization technology and Xen server that simulates hardware into the software. In order to share loads can be balanced on both virtual servers, this research used HAproxy as Load Balancing which is implemented on Apache Web Server so performance from CPU usage side, memory and access speed from VMware and Xen server virtualization can be compared. By comparing these two models, it is expected to be used as a reference for selecting virtualization models for shared resource needs on one or more physical servers. From the results of testing in this study, it was found that the performance of VMware is better than Xen when viewed from the CPU usage. CPU usage in VMware is lower than Xen with 1.57% when handling one website and 1.58% when handling two websites. In terms of memory usage Xen Server is more efficient in memory usage when compared to VMware, Xen is more efficient memory of 29.11% and 34.84% for handling one and two websites when compared to VMware. While in terms of data access speed on Xen faster than VMware, which is about 42,132 Kbps.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang bangun robot humanoid yang dapat berjalan dengan stabil dan tidak mudah jatuh. Robot humanoid ini dirancang agar dapat mengikuti ajang perlombaan Kontes Robotika Indonesia kategori robot humanoid sepak bola yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemenristekdikti. Robot dapat berjalan dengan stabil pada lapangan berumput dan mampu menggiring bola lalu memasukannya ke gawang lawan. Robot yang digunakan menggunakan 8 servo dynamixel AX-12 dan 10 servo dynamixel AX-18. Robot dilengkapi dengan sebuah kamera pada bagian kepala robot dengan rangka akrilik. Untuk mendeteksi kemiringan robot digunakan sensor MPU6050. Kontrol utama yang digunakan adalah Raspberry Pi. Robot dikatakan stabil jika selama melakukan pergerakan robot tidak mudah terjatuh. Untuk mencapai kestabilan pergerakan robot secara statis perlu diperhatikan titik COG (Center of Gravity) dari robot agar selalu tegak lurus dengan support polygon atau tumpuan robot.. Hasil dari pengujian sensor MPU6050 menunjukkan ketika robot miring ke depan atau ke belakang maka output sumbu Y mengalami perubahan dan ketika miring ke kiri atau ke kanan maka output sumbu X akan berubah. Pengujian gerakan statis robot menunjukan bahwa robot berhasil tidak terjatuh selama berjalan.

Abstract

Tanah longsor merupakan bencana alam yang tidak dapat dicegah. Di indonesia, frekuensi terjadinya tanah longsor masih cukup tinggi. Walaupun tidak dapat dicegah, namun upaya untuk meminimalisir kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh tanah longsor dapat dilakukan dengan memasang alat peringatan dini bahaya tanah longsor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang early warning system menggunakan ATmega328 dengan sensor hygrometer dan sensor piezoelectric. Sistem ini memiliki tiga status yaitu aman, waspada dan awas. Persentase kelembaban tanah dan pergerakan tanah dapat dipantau melalui smartphone dan pada situs www.thingspeak.com. Sistem akan mengirim sms ketika status longsor awas.Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan sistem yang dibuat sudah mampu mengirim data sensor ke web server ThingSpeak secara realtime, mengirim sms himbauan terkait status bahaya dan menghidupkan buzzer ketika status awas

Abstract

Handbrake of a vehicle is the most important thing in a safety system in maintaining theposition of the vehicle in its stop position. The hand brakes function to brake or lock the rearwheels mechanically through the connecting rods and cables. The hand brake is also to parkthe vehicle on a down/climb road. In order to facilitate the ability of four-wheeled vehicles whenstopping on the ramp due to traffic jams, a special wheel locking system is used on the ramp. Ina one-way wheel shooting system when a four-wheeled vehicle stops on the ramp, the systemlocks the wheel when the wheel rotates slightly backwards without having to pull the handbrakelever. Therefore, this research aims to describe how the work of the one-way wheel lockingsystem when on the ramp of a four-wheeled vehicle. At the design of this system researchersmake prototype as a simulation system that is approaching similar to the shape of componentsof a four-wheeled vehicle. Researchers perform test system work when the prototype movesforward and backwards to find out if the system is capable of locking the wheels when the moveis backward and release the locking wheel when moving forward without using the hand brake.Using a one-way wheel locking system is expected to facilitate the driver in driving four-wheeledvehicles on the ramp without having to use the hand brake.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan suatu solusi untuk mengoptimalkan sistem monitor infrastruktur jaringan di Universitas Udayana. Optimasi sistem monitor dimulai dari pencarian segala informasi tentang perangkat jaringan internet pada server OpenNMS dan Router Mikrotik. Layanan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Telegram. Pengguna dapat melakukan komunikasi dengan Bot Telegram yang sudah di integrasikan dengan sistem monitoring agar dapat memberikan informasi tentang jaringan internet di Universitas Udayana. Aplikasi Telegram dipilih karena aplikasi ini gratis, ringan, dan multiplatform serta didukung dengan Bot API yang sangat lengkap dan terus berkembang. Segala bentuk respon sudah dirancang dinamis dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada, dan sudah dibuat dalam penelitian ini sebagai prototype dengan beberapa perintah.

Abstract

The hospital information system has been regulated in Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals. The law states that every hospital is required to record and report all hospital operations in the form of a hospital management system. In this regard, the research conducted at Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City, aims to determine the performance calculation of the fiber optic network design at the hospital so that SIMRS implementation can be carried out optimally. This research uses Optisystem 7.0 simulation to determine the performance of network design at Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City. Optisystem simulation with MMF OM4 cable produce a power receive value greater than allowable minimum receiver sensitivity, that is -11.1 dBm. The BER value obtained from the Optisystem simulation is less than 1x10-9 which indicates that the value has met the adequacy of the standard BER value in fiber optic networks. However, the Q-factor value obtained in the simulation is greater than the optical communication standard, that is 6. This design is feasible to implement using MMF OM4 cable from the results of testing with Optisystem simulations.
