Abstract

Pembelajaran mikrobiologi perlu lebih ditingkatkan harapannya mahasiswa dapat membentuk kepribadian mandiri, kreatif, dan objektif yang memiliki karakter (softskill) dalam penampilan, sikap, dan tingkat laku. Hasil observasi dilokasi penelitian diperoleh data sebagai berikut nilai rata-rata  hasil belajar mikrobiologi yang diperoleh dari mahasiswa angkatan 2012 sebesar 48 dan data nilai rata-rata metakognisi yang diperoleh sebesar 46. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah design dengan factor 4x2. Teknik analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis kovarian (Anacova). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai terkoreksi dari yang paling rendah  adalah control dengan pendekatan konvensional sebesar 63.102 kemudian disusul TPS sebesar  68.923, selanjutnya Reciprocal Teaching sebesar 71.587 dan TPS+RT sebesar 81.644.  Uji homogenitas varian antar kelompok data tidak berbeda atau homogen. Rata-rata nilai kemampuan metakognisi terkoreksi pada masing-masing model dari yang paling rendah  adalah control dengan pendekatan konvensional sebesar 53.546 kemudian disusul TPS sebesar 64.001, selanjutnya Reciprocal Teaching sebesar  71.479 dan TPS+RT sebesar 84.351.  Rata-rata terkoreksi dari 4 model diatas yang menunjukkan signifikan yaitu: integrasi TPS+RT berbeda nyata RT, berbeda nyata terhadap TPS dan berbeda nyata terhadap konvensional (control). Namun untuk model TPS dan RT tidak  berbeda nyata.

Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan bantuan yang diberikan pendidik agar dapat terjadi proses pemerolehan ilmu dan pengetahuan, penguasaan kemahiran, serta pembentukan sikap dan kepercayaan pada peserta didik. Sikap peserta didik dikenal dengan kemampuan afektif. Selain sikap, kemampuan afektif berhubungan dengan minat dan nilai-nilai. Berdasarkan observasi di IKIP Budi Utomo Malang pada matakuliah Biokimia menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan afektif siswa belum diberdayakan. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan hanya menilai kemampuan kognitif peserta didik. Hasil belajar afektif peserta didik dapat diketahui dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Search, Solve, Create and Share (SSCS). Model pembelajaran SSCS dapat dilengkapi dengan media video. Tujuan penelitian adalah menjelaskan pemberdayaan hasil belajar afektif mahasiswa melalui model pembelajaran SSCS dengan media video. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan ialah eksperimen semu (quasi) dengan Pretest-Postest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Variabel bebas adalah model pembelajaran SSCS. Variabel terikat adalah hasil belajar afektif. Hasil belajar afektif diukur dengan tes dan angket yang berisi pernyataan negatif dan positif. Data diperoleh berdasarkan hasil pretest dan postest. Uji hipotesis menggunakan anakova dengan taraf signifikansi 0,5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar afektif dapat diberdayakan menggunakan model pembelajaran SSCS dengan media video. Saran berdasarkan hasil penelitian adalah model pembelajaran SSCS dengan media video sebaiknya diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran.Learning was an aid provided by educators in order to occur the acquiring knowledge and science, the mastery of skills, and the formation of students attitude and confidence. The attitude of students was known as affective ability. In addition to attitude, the affective ability was related to interests and values. Based on the observation in IKIP Budi Utomo Malang on Biochemistry material showed that students affective ability has not been empowered. The learning done only assessed students cognitive ability. Students affective learning outcome could be known by the application of Search, Solve, Create and Share (SSCS) learning model. SSCS learning model could be equipped with video media. The purpose of this research was to explain the empowerment of students affective learning outcome through SSCS learning model with video media. The research design used was quasi experiment with Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The independent variable was SSCS learning model. The dependent variable was students affective learning outcome that measured by the affective learning outcome test and a questionnaire contained negative and positive statements. The data were obtained based on results of pretest and posttest. The hypothesis test used anakova with significance at 5%. The result showed that the affective learning outcome could be empowered using the SSCS learning model with video media. The suggestion based on research result was SSCS learning model with video media should be applied in learning.

Abstract

There were no practicum guidebook in Biochemistry hands-on activity at IKIP Budi Utomo, Malang city, East Java-Indonesia. The purposeof this study was to develop a guided inquiry-based biochemistry practicum guidebook for students of IKIP Budi Utomo. The development of guidebook followed the 4D-Thiagajaran model which has 4 stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The types of the data in this study were qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative data was obtained from the validator suggestions. The quantitative data was obtained through validator assessment scores and legibility tests. The instruments used to collect data included validation sheets and questionnaires. The results showed that the practicum guidebook validation percentages were 93.48% (material experts), 100% (learning media expert), and 81.5% (teacher) which were categorized as very feasible. It can be concluded that the biochemistry practicum guidebook is highly suitable to be implemented.

Abstract

Anemia is a patologies condition which the hemoglobin concentration under the normal. Anemia ferrum (Fe) deficience usually attacts to womens pragnance, that is corelated with highly abortion, mother and baby born mortality, baby borned with low weight and IQ level defences. Spinach (Amaranthus tricolor. L) are rich vegetable ferrum that is 3,9 mg/100 g. Aim the research are known the effects of spinach leaf juice to increasing hemoglobin on womens pragnance (first trimester). Result of normality, homogenity and paired-t test shown that spinach leaf juice effected increasing hemoglobin on womens pragnance at first trimester. Ability of ferrum (Fe) on spinach to increasing hemoglobin that is caused by some factors. One of it’s estimated caused by a component that effect the ferrum absorbtion in the women pragnance blood’s namely ascorbic acid. It’s compound estimated to accelerate the ferrum absorbtion in the woman pragnance blood’s.

This study also examine organizational commitment on moderating the relationshipbetween budgetary participation and managerial performance. This study use data obtained fromAMDK companies in Pasuruan through proportional stratified sampling. This studies? respondentsare middle and lower managers in 20 AMDK companies in Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia. From120 questionnaires distribute to respondents, only 68 questionnaires were returned and were useablefor analysis a response rate of 56,67 %. The method to analyze data is a moderating regressionanalysis. The results show that budgetary participation has no influence on managerial performance.Organizational culture as moderating variable has no influence on relationship between budgetaryparticipation and managerial performance. Abstract

Many ironic, cynical, and sarcastic expressions are found in Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk trilogy. Because of the differences of situational context and cultural background, it is not easy for the target readers to grab the information and mission or messages delivered by Ahmad Tohari in the source text. Some techniques might be chosen by the translator. The accuracy, acceptability or naturalness, and readability of the ironic, cynical, and sarcastic expressions should also be considered. The aims of the study were first to identify the translation techniques of ironic, cynical, and sarcastic expression in Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk trilogy from Indonesian into English, and the second, to explore the translation accuracy, acceptability, and readability of translating ironic, cynical, and sarcastic expression in Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk trilogy from Indonesian into English. The object of this study was Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk trilogy written by Ahmad Tohari translated by Rene T.A. Lysloff. This study employed embedded research design. It combined or integrated qualitative and quantitative data. The data analysis was deductively built from particular to general. The result of the translation techniques analysis shows that the most dominant translation techniques are established equivalent, reduction, and modulation. Based on the analysis, it reveals that the translation quality of ironic expression translation possesses the highest score compared with cynic and sarcastic expressions translation. It can be concluded that translation techniques influence the translation quality. It might be suggested for the future researchers to investigate how translation technique influences the translation quality.

Abstract

One factor that can influence the occurrence of stunting in toddlers is the nutritional status of pregnant women. Nutrition for pregnant women is not only needed to meet the mother's own needs, but is also needed for the growth and development of the fetus in her womb. The nutritional problem that often occurs in pregnant women is anemia. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between Hb levels of pregnant women and the incidence of stunting in toddlers.The design of this research is correlation analytic with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a sample size of 82 respondents. The results of data analysis using Chi-Square obtained a result of 0.000, p < 0.05, so the hypothesis was accepted, so there was a relationship between maternal Hb levels and the incidence of stunting at the Ngemplak Community Health Center. The Odds Ratio (OR) value is 8.337, meaning OR > 1 shows that the factor studied is a risk factor, so it can be concluded that anemia is a risk factor for stunting. Abstract

ABSTRAKPerawatan payudara masa nifas (Breast Care Post Partum) merupakan suatu kebutuhan bagi ibu nifas. Dimana dengan perawatan payudara akan sangat membantu pengeluaran ASI yang berimbas pada peningkatan produksi ASI. Dengan produksi ASI yang berlimpah, bayi akan mendapatkan ASI Eksklusif. Cakupan ASI Eksklusif di kab. Semarang  pada tahun 2014 masih dibawah target  yaitu 44,3 %, demikian juga di Susukan hanya sebesar 24,8 % (Profil Kesehatan Kabupaten Semarang tahun 2014). Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya cakupan ASI Eksklusif, salah satunya adalah faktor rangsangan yang berupa perawatan payudara. Apabila seorang ibu nifas diberi rangsangan berupa metode breast care secara rutin akan membantu meningkatkan produksi ASI sehingga ibu bisa menyusui secara eksklusif. (Soetjiningsih, 2010). Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan non equvalentcontrol group desain yaitu suatu penelitian yang terdapat kelompok perlakukan dan kelompok kontrol. (Notoatmodjo, 2005). Kelompok kontrol adalah ibu nifas yang tidak dilakukan breast care dan kelompok perlakuan adalah ibu nifas dengan breast care. Responden adalah ibu nifas hari ke-1 sampai hari ke-7. Untuk kelompok perlakuan diberikan breast care 2x sehari (pagi dan sore)  kemudian diobservasi produksi ASI-nya pada hari ke-8. Responden sejumlah 36 ibu nifas, diambil dengan tehnik purposive sampling terdiri dari 18 ibu nifas dengan breast care  dan 18 ibu nifas tidak diberikan breast care. Hasil perhitungan independent t-test diketahui bahwa besarnya nilai t-hit (16.40) > t-tab (1.691). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Breastcare Postpastum efektif meningkatkan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui.Kata Kunci : Produksi ASI, Breast Care post partum..POSTPARTUM BREASTCARE EFFECTIVENESS OF PRODUCTION ASI ABSTRACTBreast Care Post Partum is a requirement for postpartum mothers. Where to breast care will greatly assist ASI expenditures which impact on the increase in milk production. With the abundant production of milk, the baby will be breastfed exclusively. Scope of exclusive breastfeeding in the district. Semarang in 2014 was still below target at 44.3%, so in Susukan only by 24.8% (Semarang District Health Profile 2014). Many factors affect the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding, one of which is a factor stimulation in the form of breast care. If a given stimulus in the form of postpartum mothers breast care routine methods will help increase milk production so that mothers can breastfeed exclusively. (Soetjiningsih, 2010). Study is a quasi-experimental research with non equvalentcontrol approach to the design of a study group contained treatment group and the control group. (Notoatmodjo, 2005). The control group was postpartum mothers who do not breast care and the treatment group was puerperal women with breast care. Respondents are postpartum mothers day 1 to day 7. For the treatment group given breast care 2x a day (morning and evening) and then observed their milk production on the 8th day. Respondents number 36 puerperal women, taken by purposive sampling technique consisted of 18 puerperal women with breast care and 18 postpartum mother was not given breast care. Results of independent t-test calculation is known that the value of t-hit (16:40) > t-tab (1.691). It can be concluded that Breastcare Postpastum effectively increase milk production in nursing mothers.Keywords: milk production, post partum Breast Care.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTingginya Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Boyolali terlihat dari data tahun 2014 sebesar 93,05/100.000 kelahiran hidup.  Penyebab kasus kematian di Boyolali tersebut karena ekalmsi, perdarahan, infeksi dan lain-lain. (Dinkes Kab. Boyolali, 2014). Kematian ibu dapat dicegah apabila dapat dilaksanakan penanganan secara cepat dan tepat. Penanganan cepat dapat dilakukan apabila penyakit dapat dideteksi secara dini. Pengetahuan tentang deteksi dini dapat diperoleh melalui kelas ibu hamil di tingkat desa yang merupakan program dari pemerintah yang dicanangkan sejak tahun 2009. Salah satu media yang digunakan pada saat kelas ibu hamil adalah buku KIA. Di dalam buku KIA terdapat berbagai informasi tentang kesehatan ibu dan anak termasuk deteksi dini komplikasi/ penyulit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experiment dengan rancangan One group pretest-posttest,  dimana kelompok ibu hamil diberikan pre test terlebih dahulu, kemudian diberikan perlakukan kelas ibu hamil 4x pertemuan dan diakhiri dengan post test. Populasi sejumlah 31 orang ibu hamil dengan responden 30 ibu hamil, diambil dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di desa Kragilan, Mojosongo, Boyolali.  Analisis data  menggunakan paired t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada saat pre test, responden yang memiliki pengetahuan tentang Buku KIA pada kategori baik (76% - 100%) sebanyak 3 responden (10%), dan pada saat post test, pengetahuan responden tentang buku KIA pada kategori baik mengalami peningkatan menjadi 20 responden (66,7%). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai ρ-value (0,00) < α (0,05) yang artinya kelas ibu hamil efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Buku KIA. Nilai corelation 0,856 menunjukkan bahwa kelas ibu hamil memiliki pengaruh yang erat terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan tentang Buku KIA.Kata kunci : kelas ibu hamil, pengetahuan tentang buku KIA    EFFECTIVENESS OF PREGNANT WOMEN CLASS ON IMPROVEMENT KNOWLEDGE ABOUT KIA BOOKABSTRACTThe high maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Boyolali is seen from 2014 data of 93.05 / 100,000 live births. Knowledge of early detection can be obtained through pregnant women's classes at the village level which is a government program proclaimed since 2009. One of the media used during the pregnant mother's class is the KIA book. In KIA books there are various information about maternal and child health including early detection of complications / complications. This research is a quasi experiment research with One group pretest-posttest design, where group of pregnant mother is given pre test first, then given treatment class of 4x pregnant woman meeting and ending with post test. The population of 31 pregnant women with respondents 30 pregnant women, taken with purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted in the village of Kragilan, Mojosongo, Boyolali. Data analysis using paired t test. The result of the research shows that in the pre test, respondents who have knowledge about KIA Book in good category (76% - 100%) are 3 respondents (10%), and at post test, the knowledge of respondents about KIA book in good category has increased to become 20 respondents (66.7%). The result of data analysis shows the value of ρ-value (0,00) <α (0,05), which means the maternal class is effective to increase the knowledge of KIA Book. The value of corelation 0.856 indicates that the class of pregnant women has a close influence on the increased knowledge of the KIA Book.Keywords: class of pregnant mother, knowledge of KIA book
