Abstract

Wilayah perairan Kepulauan Riau merupakan salah satu lokasi dengan tingkat kerawanan tindak pelanggaran di laut yang cukup tinggi di Indonesia, karena wilayah ini berbatasan langsung dengan negara tetangga dan merupakan jalur perdagangan dan pelayaran internasional. Salah satu peran dari TNI AL adalah menjaga stabilitas keamanan wilayah yurisdiksi nasional, termasuk di wilayah perairan Kepulauan Riau yang kemudian diwujudkan dalam Operasi Keamanan Laut, dimana dalam pelaksanaannya masih memiliki beberapa kendala yaitu keterbatasan anggaran, kemampuan teknis, jumlah kapal, keterbatasan informasi, serta keterbatasan sarana pendukung, sehingga pelaksanaan Operasi Keamanan Laut menjadi tidak optimal. Penyebab utamanya adalah penempatan kapal patroli selama operasi tidak tertata dengan baik. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka diadakan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode set covering untuk mendapatkan lokasi penempatan kapal patroli yang paling optimal dengan kapal yang sesedikit mungkin namun tetap dapat menjangkau seluruh wilayah perairan Kepulauan Riau dan meminimumkan biaya operasionalnya. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pendekatan secara diskrit yaitu penentuan titik rawan yang berjumlah 37 titik rawan. Semua titik ini harus terjangkau oleh kapal yang bertugas.

Abstract

As the main component of the defense and security of the maritime dimension of the state, the Indonesian Navy must be able to carry out organizational tasks effectively and efficiently so that the success of achieving organizational goals can be achieved. The main resource needed to support the implementation of the tasks of the Indonesian Navy is Human Resources or personnel. With an important role as leader/superior in decision-making and policy-making as well as the organizational driving force, officer personnel planning is urgently needed in manning the entire spectrum of office space assignments in a timely, quality, quantity, and place manner. This planning is a form of implementation within the Indonesian Navy officer personnel development system with complex and dynamic system characteristics. Given these system characteristics, the researcher uses a system thinking approach analysis with the aim of articulating the problem in the form of a causal loop diagram model and then integrating it into a dynamic system simulation model with the aim of obtaining the best policy scenario formulation from the simulation results of the planning model for the number of officer personnel needs at rank strata. "C" to "H", so that the behavioral conditions of a stable personnel development system are still achieved regarding the elements of the number of personnel needs in supporting the continuation of the implementation of the duties of the Indonesian Navy effectively and efficiently in achieving organizational goals. Abstract

The proposed mathematical model aims to optimize the amount of demand based on the uncertainty of salt supply to meet the needs of salt in society. This study uses an econometric approach to model the supply and demand for salt based on the uncertainty of the amount of supply. The research results are the salt productivity model used to build a salt availability model. Meanwhile, the salt demand model is built based on past data about the number of requests for each period. The demand and supply functions for salt use a two-variable linear equation system. The salt field productivity models follow a quadratic polynomial pattern according to the difference in seasons at each time. The demand and supply of salt model follows a linear regression. The supply of salt in Indonesia is uncertain at any time. But, the demand for salt increased at the time. It is necessary to model the demand and supply of salt to meet the demand for salt

Abstract

Force development is directed at meeting the needs of the 2020-2044 National Defense System Development The Indonesian Navy is capable of upholding sovereignty and law in the Indonesian National Jurisdiction area which is guided by the development direction of meeting the 2020-2044 national defense system development needs of the defense of large islands and clusters strategic islands and the surrounding waters within the framework of the Archipelago Marine Defense Strategy and the Indonesian Maritime Defense Strategy. Fulfilling the Needs for the Development of the National Defense System for 2020-2044 the required forces of the Indonesian Navy consist of KRI, aircraft, bases, The concept and strategy of national defense at sea that has been carried out above proves that the concept of national defense at sea has been implemented, and is in accordance with the threats faced. The concept and strategy of national defense at sea is also supported by relevant war strategy theories. The increasingly dynamic spectrum of threats caused by Indonesia's geographical constellation and developments in the global and regional strategic environment have been able to be answered by the national defense strategy as outlined in both national legislation and national defense doctrine. So in this research we need a strategic structure for the strength of the sea dimension that is able to carry out the defense of the archipelago to face every threat both actual and potential and will provide scientific studies by creating a dynamic system model of the SPLN smart defense to support the duties of the Indonesian Navy. In this study, the authors will use the Delphi method to determine the criteria for smart defense that have an effect on SPLN, then use Fuzzy Weighting to determine priorities in the development of smart defense systems. Abstract

Indonesia memiliki potensi energi baru terbarukan (EBT) yang sangat besar, namun belum diikuti dengan pemanfaatan yang optimal. Sistem Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) berbasis fotovoltaik menjadi teknologi yang paling mudah diimplementasikan oleh semua kalangan dan di berbagai sektor. Di sektor Pendidikan, Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki visi membentuk sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi keahlian di bidang tertentu, salah satunya teknik instalasi tenaga listrik. Meski begitu, belum banyak SMK yang sudah mulai memperkenalkan pentingnya pemanfaatan EBT pada siswanya. Pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (Abmas) ini diusulkan Implementasi dan Sosialisasi Mini Laboratorium Sistem Pembangkit Tenaga Surya sebagai Media Pembelajaran di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi, Malang. Mini Laboratorium ini terdiri dari Trainer PLTS yang merupakan mereplika sistem PLTS stand-alone dalam skala laboratorium yang cukup untuk proses pembelajaran. Trainer PLTS ini terdiri dari sistem fotovoltaik, beserta komponen pendukung berupa Solar Charger Controller (SCC), baterai, dan inverter. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi implementasi dan sosialisasi mini laboratorium. Dari hasil pelaksanaan abmas diperoleh peningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para siswa dan guru terkait pemanfaatan teknologi EBT dalam bentuk trainer PLTS.

Abstract

Sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) berbasis fotovoltaik merupakan teknologi yang paling mudah diimplementasikan oleh berbagai kalangan. PLTS memiliki berbagai aplikasi di sektor-sektor seperti perumahan, industri, dan lingkungan akademik. Lingkungan akademik dianggap sebagai tempat yang ideal untuk eksperimen test-bed karena banyaknya akademisi yang memiliki semangat dan kemampuan yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, pengenalan Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT) perlu diperkuat di tingkat pendidikan dasar, khususnya di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Tujuannya adalah untuk mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang mulai tertarik dalam pengembangan teknologi EBT sejak dini. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, diusulkan program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang menerapkan trainer PLTS sebagai media pembelajaran di SD Muhammadiyah 4 (Mudipat) Surabaya. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mendukung proses pengembangan dan pembelajaran bagi siswa dan tenaga pendidik, serta mensosialisasikan pentingnya EBT kepada masyarakat. Trainer PLTS ini merupakan replika sistem PLTS stand-alone dalam skala laboratorium yang cukup untuk keperluan pembelajaran. Trainer ini terdiri dari tiga modul, yaitu modul kontrol utama, modul solar panel, dan modul lampu halogen. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup sosialisasi dan implementasi trainer PLTS. Hasil dari pelaksanaan program ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa serta guru terkait pemanfaatan teknologi EBT melalui trainer PLTS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model konseptual berbasis FCM yang dapat menangani kompleksitas, ketidakpastian, serta melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Metode penelitian mencakup identifikasi faktor utama melalui studi literatur dan konsultasi dengan ahli, pemetaan hubungan antarvariabel dengan bobot yang diberikan dalam rentang -1 hingga 1, serta simulasi model untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai skenario alternatif. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepatuhan regulasi (B4) memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap optimalisasi fasilitas pengelolaan air, dengan nilai bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,977. Selain itu, keterlibatan masyarakat (B6) dan kualitas air (B1) juga berperan signifikan dalam sistem. Validasi model menunjukkan bahwa penyimpangan rata-rata bobot observasi dan hasil pemodelan adalah 0,253, yang menegaskan keandalan model dalam merepresentasikan kondisi nyata. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan FCM dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan fasilitas pengelolaan air di pertambangan batubara dengan mempertimbangkan aspek teknis dan keberlanjutan lingkungan.
