Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the development of religious values of Ansor Youth Movement (GP Ansor) members. One of the religious-based community organizations capable of realizing the nation's progress is the Ansor Youth Movement (GP Ansor). How much and how far religious values can influence and shape a person's character depends on how much religious values are embedded in him. This research includes field research, with a qualitative approach, which is research that produces analytical procedures that do not use statistical analysis. The data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study show that religious values are fostered by members of GP Ansor Kebojongan Branch by giving good advice, teaching about morals from the book of Taitsirul Kholaq and Akhlakul Banin, as well as teaching the book of Aqidatul Awwam and holding additional activities such as maulidan activities, grave pilgrimage prayers, and others. While the supporting factor is the development of religious values for members of GP. Ansor Ranting Kebojongan, Comal Sub-District, Pemalang Regency is the recitation of the book of Taisul Kholaq, and support from the community, while the inhibiting factors are inadequate infrastructure and the busyness of the members.

Abstract

English online class has been conducted as a variety of language learning. It is also as an implementation of the advance of technology and educational system in post pandemic era. This study aimed at investigating English online class as an evaluation and describing students’ learning boredom appeared during class. It employed students majoring Information System and Accounting Information System to ask for their ideas, perception and complains by spreading questionnaires and open-ended interview. The data gathered were analyzed by describing and interpreting them qualitatively. It resulted that English online class could be implemented as a new way of learning and there was learning boredom had by students with some factors, internally and externally.

Abstract

English for Specific Purposes (ESP) emphasizes on the use of English related to the students’ major taken. It is manifested in four skills and one of them is speaking skill. The role-playing learning technique has been implemented for boosting their speaking skill. The aim of this research is to find students’ perception towards the application of the role-playing learning technique in boosting students' speaking skill. As much as 31 students of Information System and Accounting Information System majors were employed to this research and it was conducted in Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. This research was a descriptive and analyzed qualitatively. The data were gathered from students’ perception which were obtained from their fulfillment of online form and also an open-ended interview. There were 13 questions to investigate and dig students’ perception and it has represented the data. It resulted that they had positive perception towards the implementation of role-playing in English class with details: good for boosting linguistics (1). Accuracy of speech, 2). Appropriate placement of pressure, tone, joints and duration. 3). Word choice (diction). and 4). Accuracy of conversational targets (use of sentences)) and non-linguistics skills (natural, calm and not stiff, as well as their self-confidence). In conclusion, role playing can be recommendation for learning speaking English, not only for students in primary education, but also students in higher education.

Abstract

Konten kreatif dalam smartphone mencakup berbagai jenis konten seperti vlog, video tutorial, ulasan produk, unboxing, dan banyak lagi. Tren seperti penggunaan smartphone untuk fotografi, videografi, dan aplikasi kreatif juga telah meningkatkan minat orang untuk menjadi kreator konten. Selain itu, banyak juga konten edukasi yang diberikan melalui sosial media tersebut. Maka, tujuan dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dalam pembuatan dan pengeditan video menggunakan aplikasi Capcut sebagai salah satu pengenalan dan pengasahan keterampilan bagi santri dengan kami yang menjadi tutor dan fasilitatornya. Guna mengimplementasi dari aplikasi tersebut kami memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dari kategori sosial media sebagai sarana berkomunikasi dengan khalayak tanpa batasan untuk mengedukasi dengan penyajian semenarik mungkin namun mudah dipahami oleh khalayak, contoh pengaplikasikannya adalah dengan membuat video pembelajaran ataupun video yang sifatnya untuk menghibur orang lain untuk disebarkan melalui sosial media masing-masing seperti YouTube, Whatsapp, Instagram, TikTok dan lain sebagainya. Mitra pengabdian masyakarat kali ini adalah Pondok Pesantren Dar Al-Faradis, yang berlokasi di Jalan Muslimat Komplek Harjosari Kidul, Kecamatan Adiwerna, Kabupaten Tegal, Jawa Tengah. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra adalah para santri kurang mahir dalam penguasaan aplikasi membuat dan mengedit video yang saat ini belum dapat diterapkan secara maksimal untuk menunjang hard skill. Solusi yang diambil yaitu memberikan materi dalam pembuatan video dan mengedit video untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bagi para santri dalam menghadapi era 4.0. Pelatihan  ini dilakukan secara tatap muka atau luring di lokasi mitra. Mitra diberikan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan persepsi mereka mengenai kegiatan ini dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, memperoleh jawaban diantaranya: sangat puas, puas, sangat update, sangat setuju dan sangat berminat. Namun, masih perlu adanya perbaikan untuk pelatihan dimasa mendatang. Creative content on smartphones includes various types of content such as vlogs, video tutorials, product reviews, unboxings, and more. Trends such as using smartphones for photography, videography and creative applications have also increased people's interest in becoming content creators. Apart from that, there is also a lot of educational content provided through social media. So, the aim of carrying out this community service activity was to provide training in making and editing videos using the Capcut application as an introduction and sharpening of skills for students with us being the tutors and facilitators. In order to implement this application, we utilized technological advances from the social media category as a means of communicating with audiences without limitations to educate with presentations that were as attractive as possible but easily understood by the audience. An example of the application was by creating learning videos or videos that were intended to entertain other people to be distributed via respective social media such as YouTube, Whatsapp, Instagram, TikTok and so on. The community service partner this time was the Dar Al-Faradis Islamic Boarding School, located on Jalan Muslimat Harjosari Kidul Complex, Adiwerna District, Tegal Regency, Central Java. The problem experienced by partners was that the students were not proficient in mastering video creation and editing applications which currently could not be applied optimally to support hard skills. The solution taken was to provide material for making videos and editing videos to improve students' skills in facing the 4.0 era. This training was carried out face-to-face or offline at partner locations. Partners were given a questionnaire to get their perceptions regarding this activity and the results showed that overall, the answers included: very satisfied, satisfied, very updated, very agree and very interested. However, improvements still need to be made for future training.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was aimed to determine the application of learning using Micro Teaching program to the final students of Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School, Aceh. This program was conducted there. Beside, this study focused on investigating the success assessment of Micro Teaching program with the supporting factors. By applying Micro Teaching program in learning, the students are able to be active and skillful as final students in the Islamic Boarding School. This program had been conducted by concept-planning based which includes the understanding of the Micro Teaching purpose itself, especially at the Islamic Boarding School. Specifically, this program had objectives, such as for increasing the students competence in teaching and also measuring their competence in understanding material contained in each core discussion. In this study, the observation, interview and document analysis methods were carried out for collecting the data. In addition, the readability test was also conducted in accordance with the expected audio target and the end of this activity was an assessment using description of the completeness of learning during class.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi tidak dapat dielakkan di dunia ini, karena kemajuan teknologi berjalan seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan. Kemajuan teknologi juga memberikan banyak menfaat untuk kemajuan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Kewirausahaan merupakan suatu pemikiran kreatif dan inovatif yang mana proses kreatif tersebut dilakukan oleh mereka yang berani untuk maju, yang berfikir untuk menciptakan sesuatu yang baru, yang memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan dan kualitas yang dimilikinya. Pemasaran digital merupakan pemasaran barang atau jasa dengan menggunakan teknologi melalui media digital atau internet. Media digital dapat berupa website, e-mail, blog atau media sosial. Perbedaan antara pemasaran digital dengan pemasaran tradisional adalah terdapat perbedaan pendekatan atau metode pemasaran dan penggunaan teknologi yang berbeda yang berbasis pada digitalisasi. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, yaitu bagaimana kegiatan kewirausahaan dapat berlanjut dan tidak berhenti. Materi yang dipaparkan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari ap aitu kewirausahaan, bagaimana memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan, pelatihan digitalisasi pemasaran serta pelatihan kewirausahaan. Dari hasil kegiatan tersebut, terdapat manfaat, yaitu menambah ilmu dan pengetahuan serta pengalaman bagi peserta. Selain itu, dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tentang kewirausahaan ini, maka motivasi peserta setelahnya mengalami peningkatan. Maka, dengan bertambahnya ilmu yang didapat dan motivasi yang disampaikan, diharapkan agar kegiatan ini mampu membuat peserta memiliki semangat dalam berwirausaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Panti Asuhan (SIMAPAN) di LKSA Puteri Aisyiyah Slawi. Penggunaan sistem informasi dalam manajemen panti asuhan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PIECES Framework yang meliputi enam indikator utama, yaitu Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, dan Service. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 15 responden, terdiri dari ketua, pengurus panti, dan perwakilan anak asuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator mendapatkan kategori PUAS dengan rata-rata kepuasan pengguna sebesar 4,39. Indikator information memperoleh nilai tertinggi dengan RK 4,57. Sementara indikator service memiliki nilai terendah dengan RK 4,05. Secara umum, aplikasi SIMAPAN dinilai cepat, akurat, dan efisien meskipun beberapa fitur layanan memerlukan perbaikan untuk memudahkan pengguna baru. Metode PIECES Framework yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memberikan pendekatan yang komprehensif untuk menilai kinerja sistem informasi dari berbagai aspek. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa SIMAPAN telah memberikan manfaat yang signifikan terutama dalam hal pengelolaan informasi dan efisiensi operasional. Namun hasil juga menyoroti perlunya peningkatan dalam layanan aplikasi, terutama terkait panduan pengguna baru dan penyempurnaan fitur. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengelola panti asuhan dan pengembang aplikasi dalam melakukan perbaikan sistem informasi untuk mendukung operasional yang lebih optimal di masa mendatang. Abstract

The research with the intention of knowing how the payroll system and internal control in the West Java branch restaurant, the procedures in this restaurant already have a very good system starting from supporting data and evidence of existing transactions and documents owned are very complementary to activities in the payroll system. The analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis, namely by analyzing according to the existing data then being able to describe and compare data from the company so that it can be supporting data for research. Researchers also conducted interviews, observations and to complete the data, a literature study was carried out in accordance with the research. The results of the study are that in this company the data is very supportive in the accounting information system starting from records then supporting data so that the payroll system runs smoothly and the effectiveness of internal control in this internal control system has also run effectively, each employee works well and honestly, this internal control system is also carried out directly by the head office so that when there are problems or obstacles that occur, they can be resolved immediately because with internal control running well, the company is in good.

Abstract

Project Based learning is a learning model using projects or assignments as a core for learning process. In Project Based Learning, students learn by finishing complex and meaning projects, which are commonly related to real world and require problem solving.  This study aims to describe the result of Project Based Learning in ESP Class. Utilizing qualitative research and descriptive analysis, this research employed Information System and Information Technology major students of first-year to be the objects. The data were obtained from students’ projects in the form of videos that they uploaded on their YouTube channel. Besides, the researcher interviews some students to get additional data and observes students’ activities when finishing the projects. The data analyzed were students’ involvement in solving problems and evaluating creativity and innovation in projects (idea uniqueness, thinking flexibility, explorative skill, new technology innovation and application, resulted effect of solution and collaboration and adaptation). The results showed that project-based learning not only provides students with assignments, but also empowers them with problem-solving and critical thinking strategies. Besides, students were trained to be more responsible and confident with what they have to do suitable with their roles in team respectively. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence of project-based learning results in ESP class. The implications for learning process in ESP class and future research directions are discussed.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the role of the mosque in improving the religious education of the Brekat Village Community is due to some people who use the mosque as a religious activity only. While the mosque has a role in all worship carried out by Muslims. Through qualitative methods, researchers have found that the role of the mosque is very influential in the religious education of the Brekat Tegal Village community. The role of the mosque makes the mosque a place of worship, religious activities, social activities and activities to gain knowledge for the Brekat village community.
