Abstract

Pola asuh ibu mempunyai peran penting dalam pembentukan perilaku anak sejak kecil sampai dewasa. Tanpa adanya pola asuh ibu, maka anak akan kehilangan arah dalam pembentukan perilaku religius dan motivasi belajarnya. Pada saat ini banyak terdapat kasus ibu di Desa Waruwetan, Kab Lamongan yang ikut membantu suaminya dalam permasalahan ekonomi yang mengharuskan ibu ikut bekerja dengan berbagai pekerjaan yang ada. Banyak dari ibu yang bekerja di sekitar Lamongan bahkan sampai Surabaya. Hal tersebut menimbulkan permasalahan yang menjadikan waktu ibu dengan anak menjadi kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengidentifikasi gaya Pengasuhan working Mom, strategi yang digunakan, dan dampak Pengasuhan working Mom terhadap pembentukan perilaku religius dan motivasi belajar anak. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni: 1) Pola asuh working Mom dalam pembentukan perilaku religius dan motivasi belajar anak sangat bervariasi antara satu ibu dengan ibu yang lain antara lain yakni pola asuh otoritatif, pola asuh otoriter, dan pola asuh memanjakan, serta tidak ada yang menggunakan pola asuh lalai. 2) Strategi working Mom yakni dengan memberikan pembiasaan, mencontohkan dan menanamkan anaknya hal-hal yang baik, memberikan stimulus dan fasilitas yang baik, serta membagi waktu dengan baik. 3) Dampak pola asuh working Mom memiliki perbedaan, pada dampak pola asuh otoritatif anak lebih senantiasa berperilaku baik, mandiri, dewasa, senantiasa happy, dan dapat berinteraksi dengan baik. Pola asuh otoriter anak kadang mandiri dan kadangkala malas, dewasa, berperilaku baik, kadangkala menjauh dari sosialiasi, kadangkala akan membantah terhadap apa yang diperintahkan ibunya, dan keberatan karena kurangnya waktu bersama ibu. Pola asuh memanjakan anak memiliki perilaku yang sangat dekat dan mentaati ibunya, anak ingin senantiasa untuk dituruti keinginannya, dan belum bisa memahami keadaan ibunya yang bekerja dengan selalu protes terhadapnya.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism and student learning motivation are critical factors influencing student achievement, including in the context of Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam, PAI). This study investigates the extent to which teacher professionalism and student learning motivation affect PAI learning outcomes at the UM Laboratory Junior High School in Malang City, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative correlational research design, the study involved a randomly selected sample of 113 students from grades VII and VIII. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 27, incorporating classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that teacher professionalism has a statistically significant effect on PAI learning outcomes (p = 0.001), contributing 27.3% to the variance in outcomes. Student learning motivation also showed a significant effect (p = 0.001), with a larger contribution of 54.0%. When analyzed jointly, both variables significantly influenced PAI learning outcomes, with a combined explanatory power of 48.2%. These findings highlight the pivotal role of both teacher competence and student motivation in enhancing the effectiveness of PAI instruction. The study underscores the need for targeted interventions aimed at improving teacher professionalism and fostering student motivation to support more meaningful and successful learning experiences in religious education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Multiple Intelligences (MI) based learning model in improving the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for Children with Special Needs (ABK) at Saleh Children's Elementary School Malang and SLB Autisme River Kids. Using a qualitative approach with a case study type, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with key informants including PAI teachers, principals, and parents. The results of the study show that the implementation of multiple intelligences (MI) is carried out by identifying the dominant intelligence of each student, then designing appropriate learning strategies, such as visual media, kinesthetic activities, and musicalization. This strategy increases motivation, participation, and understanding of Islamic values contextually and gradually. The success of the implementation is greatly influenced by the creativity of teachers, school support, and parental collaboration. This research shows that the MI approach has great potential to build an inclusive and equitable religious education system. The implication is that policies are needed that encourage differentiating curricula and teacher training that is responsive to the needs of ABK. In addition, synergy between schools, families, and communities needs to be strengthened to create an adaptive learning environment that respects the diversity of intelligence. These findings are an important contribution to the reform of PAI pedagogy in inclusive primary schools.

Abstract

This research investigates the changes school principals face in improving education quality through the Program Sekolah Penggerak in Indonesia. The principal's leadership is considered one of the key factors in successfully implementing this program. This study uses a qualitative approach by analyzing data from interviews, observations, and document analysis at SMAIT Miftahul Khoir Bandung. The results of the research show that school principals in this program are more active in directing (decision making, developing RKAS and budgeting, designing educational unit operational curricula, experience regarding curriculum changes, evaluative competence), managing human resources (building the personal capacity of teachers and staff, building a conducive culture, organizing the school structure), and building partnerships. With the various trainings available both through the direction of school principals and the government, it is hoped that teachers will become more active in capturing various changes in the curriculum and become role models for other schools. The research is expected to contribute to the researchers who will conduct military research on madrasa-based schools in implementing the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of internationalization of Islamic higher education through the use of educational technology towards achieving a world-class university status in two universities: the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim, Malang, Indonesia, and Sultan Syarif Ali University, Brunei Darussalam. This paper uses a case study approach with a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Regarding data analysis, the researcher reduces the data, presents it, and draws conclusions. Verification is used for comparison between case studies. Additionally, this study employs triangulation of sources and methods to validate its findings. The results of the study show that the development strategy of Internationalization of Islamic Higher Education with the use of educational technology aims to prepare graduates who are relevant to current needs and able to compete in the era of globalization with the following steps: integrating technology in the learning process through educational technology using Learning Management System, E-learning, blended learning, and holding conferences with the system hybrid, online learning platform and digitization of administrative systems, conducting quality evaluations and audits, developing international collaboration programs and adapting the curriculum to global standards, developing networks between universities in Asia in strengthening international relations and cooperation.
