Abstract

ABSTRAK  Pola hidup bersih dan menjaga protokol kesehatan 3M harus tetap berjalan meskipun pelaksanaan vaksinasi sudah dilakukan. Langkah ini bertujuan agar kasus baru dan penyebaran Covid19 bisa di hentikan. Dalam upaya itu, dosen dilingkungan UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau melaksanakan Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dimaksudkan memberikan perspektif lain dalam usaha pencegahan dari penularan virus. Salah satunya adalah dengan menjaga kebersihan diri. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di desa Tlk.Latak Kab. Bengkalis. kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di aula kantor desa dan diikuti oleh perangkat desa, tokoh masyarakat dan warga. Di akhir sesi, tim pengabdi memberikan cindera mata serta alat prokes berupa masker dan hand sanitizer pada perangkat desa. Kata Kunci: Kebersihan dalam Islam, penyuluhan kesehatan, Covid-19  ABSTRACT A clean lifestyle and maintaining 3M health protocols must continue even though the vaccination has been carried out. This step is intended to stop new cases and the spread of Covid-19. In that effort, lecturers within the UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau carried out community service activities that were intended to provide another perspective in efforts to prevent virus transmission. One of them is to maintain personal hygiene. Service activities are carried out in the village of Tlk. Latak Kab. Bengkalis. This activity was carried out in the village office hall and was attended by village officials, community leaders, and residents. At the end of the session, the service team provided souvenirs and health care tools in the form of masks and hand sanitizers to village officials. Keywords: Cleanliness in Islam, health education, Covid-19

Abstract

Penelitian ini di lakukan di Desa Kuok, Kecamatan Kuok, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana evealuasi pelaksanaan musrenbangdes di Desa Kuok Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar dan untuk menganalisis hambatan evaluasi pelaksanaan Musrenbangdes di Desa Kuok Kecamatan Kuok Kabupaten Kampar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif, digunakan dalam menganalisa ataupun memberikan gambaran atas hasil dari penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan Pedoman Penilaian Dan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Penyelenggaraan Musyawarah Rencana Pembangunan. Keputusan Mentri Dalam Negeri No. 050-187/kep/Bangda/2007. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Peran bupati dalam pelaksanaan Musrenbangdesa masih tekesan bersifat elitis, elitis di dalam sini maksudnya yakni dalam arti pemerintahlah yang menjadi penentu kebijakan pembagunan, sedangakan masyarakat berperan memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah tentang apa yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarkat.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of exposure to the Pedestrian Transport Equipment (Kempang) in the Meranti Islands Regency and to analyze the constraints faced by the local government regarding the implementation of supervision of the Pedestrian Transport Equipment (Kempang) in the Meranti Islands Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of supervision carried out by the Meranti Islands Regency Government for cross-Kampang has not been carried out properly or has not been optimal. Starting from planning supervision, implementation of supervision to the evaluation carried out. Therefore, the kempang as a means of public transportation needs serious attention from the Regional Government through the Ministry of Communication and Information, both in terms of budget management and planning programs, bearing in mind that many people depend on the kempang to facilitate their daily activities. Factors hindering the implementation of supervision of the People's Crossing Transport Equipment (Kempang) in Meranti Islands Regency are the absence of a communication forum between the Department of Transportation, kempang owners, and the community in an effort to create safe and comfortable kempang crossing transportation, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure in the kempang crossing process , there is no seriousness from the Department of Transportation in carrying out supervision, even though the kempang crossing is an alternative transportation used for shopping, work, school and other needs and the local government's lack of attention to public transportation (kempang).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Kampar District Office of Industry and Labor in the process of settling industrial relations. In addition, the author also wants to know the obstacles in the process of resolving industrial relations equations. The research technique used is a qualitative research method with direct interviews, observation, and documentation related to research. From this research technique, informants were obtained consisting of the Head of the Industry and Labor Office of Kampar Regency, the Head of the Industrial Relations Section, the Head of the Industrial Relations Section, Mediators, companies and workers. Based on the research conducted, it is known that functional officials, namely section heads, are mediators who play a role in fostering industrial relations. The Department of Industry and Labor of Kampar Regency lacks technical personnel, namely only 1 (one) mediator.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak edukasi politik terhadap pemilih pemula di Desa Rimbo Panjang Tambang, Kabupaten Kampar. Desa ini dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian karena tingkat partisipasi pemilih pemula dalam proses politik seringkali rendah, yang bisa disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman tentang politik dan kebijakan publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dan wawancara dengan pemilih pemula dan pemangku kepentingan lokal.Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa edukasi politik memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap pemilih pemula di Desa Rimbo Panjang Tambang. Sebelum mendapatkan edukasi politik, mayoritas pemilih pemula memiliki pemahaman yang terbatas tentang proses politik dan isu-isu penting. Namun, setelah mengikuti program edukasi politik, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan berpikir kritis mereka, kemampuan untuk mengevaluasi informasi politik, dan partisipasi aktif dalam proses politik lokal.

Abstract

This study examines the social and religious roles of Rumah Singgah Tuan Kadi as a faith-based shelter serving the Muslim community in Pekanbaru, Riau Province. Shelter homes (rumah singgah) function as important social institutions that provide assistance for individuals facing social, economic, and spiritual challenges, particularly travelers and marginalized groups. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach to explore how Islamic values are integrated into the shelter’s social services and religious activities. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with administrators, beneficiaries, and community members, as well as document analysis conducted from November to December 2025. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, supported by source and method triangulation to ensure validity. The findings reveal that Rumah Singgah Tuan Kadi plays a significant social role by providing temporary accommodation, distributing social aid, and facilitating educational and community-based activities. In terms of religious function, the shelter offers regular religious studies, spiritual guidance, Qur’anic education, and moral development programs, particularly for children and adolescents. The community perceives the shelter positively due to its contribution to social welfare, spiritual growth, and community cohesion. Despite limitations in facilities, human resources, and funding, Rumah Singgah Tuan Kadi remains committed to fulfilling its socio-religious mission and strengthening social solidarity in an urban Islamic context.

Abstract

The 100 Free Marriage Program organized by the Pekanbaru City Government is one of the strategic policies aimed at strengthening family resilience based on religious values. This program seeks to expand public access to marriage services that are legally recognized both religiously and by the state, particularly for economically disadvantaged communities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the free marriage policy program at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Tampan District and its contribution to optimizing family resilience.The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach through document studies and literature reviews. The findings indicate that the free marriage program not only alleviates the economic burden on the community but also strengthens the role of the KUA in premarital guidance and the internalization of Islamic values. Furthermore, the program contributes positively to preventing unregistered marriages and improving couples’ readiness to build a sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah family.
