Abstract

Kinerja guru adalah kemampuan yang ditunjukkan oleh guru dalam melaksanakan tugas atau pekerjaannya. Kinerja dikatakan baik dan memuaskan apabila apabila tujuan yang dicapai sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, teknologi informasi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN 2 Solok yang dimediasi oleh variabel kepuasan kerja. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2025 di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Solok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuisioner pada 100 orang responden yang merupakan guru yang bekerja di SMK Negeri 2 Solok. Untuk mengukur tanggapan responden terhadap topik yang diteliti, kuisioner yang dibagikan menggunakan skala Likert dengan lima kelas, yaitu sangat tidak setuju (1) tidak setuju (2), kurang setuju (3), setuju (4), dan sangat setuju (5). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling), yaitu teknik analisis statistik multivariat berbasis varian yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel (model struktural) dan variabel dengan indikatornya (model pengukuran). Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja guru, juga tidak dapat memediasi motivasi terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the Generic Open Source Management Information System (SIMS GOS) and the work environment on nurse performance through job satisfaction at M. Natsir General Hospital, Solok City. Data collection was conducted through a survey and the distribution of a Google Form link, with a sample of 77 respondents. The analysis methods used were the measurement model (Outer Model) and the structural model (Inner Model). The results obtained based on the measurement model (Outer Model) and the structural model (Inner Model) showed: There is a significant effect of information system implementation on job satisfaction. There is a significant effect of the work environment on job satisfaction. There is an insignificant effect of the work environment on nurse performance. There is a significant effect of the work environment on employee performance. There is a significant effect of job satisfaction on nurse performance. There is a significant effect of information system implementation on nurse performance through job satisfaction. There is a significant effect of the work environment on nurse performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of interest rates and exchange rates on stock returns with profitability as an intervening variable in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020–2024. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The research population includes all banking companies listed on the IDX, with purposive sampling techniques resulting in a sample of 27 companies. The data used is secondary data obtained from annual financial reports and related official publications. The data analysis method used path analysis with the help of statistical software to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed that interest rates did not have a significant effect on profitability, while exchange rates had a significant effect on profitability. Interest rates and exchange rates did not have a significant direct effect on stock returns. Profitability was found to have a significant effect on stock returns. Furthermore, interest rates have a significant effect on stock returns through profitability as an intervening variable, while exchange rates do not show a significant indirect effect through profitability. These findings indicate that profitability plays an important role in bridging the influence of macroeconomic factors on banking stock returns.
