Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to describe the presentation of a single organ at the wedding receptions in Nagari Talang Koto Pulai Tapan. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with human research instrument is an instrument. The study was conducted on February 15, 2014 in Nagari Talang Koto Pulai Tapan, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. The results of the study found that a single organ music presented on the third day after the marriage / wedding receptions. The place that used only a small stage that rested on the right, left, front of the house or if the yard of a house narrow the taking of the road. Presentation time during the day and at night. Presentation time daylight hours ranged from 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 am and evening hours ranging from 9:00 p.m. to 03:00 am. The singer who is a singer who has a stunningly good singers sound management provided by a single organ and a singer of songs in the show as diverse as pop, Minang, dangdut, kasidah. In the evening the songs presented are also an assortment of mixed again with dj, house and also Remik. Every single organ always presenting a rendition of 'Night bainai'. Attendance of a single organ music is a guest and family of parents, youth and children.   Kata kunci : Penyajian, Organ tunggal, Pesta Perkawinan

Abstract

Abstract   This research was aimed at describing the perception of the people toward Gandang Tambua show in Desa Talago Sariak Kecamatan Pariaman Timur. This was a qualitative research which used descriptive method. The data was collected through library study, observation, questionnaires and interview. The result of the research indicated that the people had positive perception toward the Gandang Tambua show and expected that this should be perpetuated and developed in the future. The figures of the society, the youth and the local government were suggested to work cooperatively to promote this art show as one of the typical characteristics of Pariaman especially Desa Talago Sariak.   Kata Kunci:   Persepsi, Gandang Tambua.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the composition analysis recuerdos de la Alhambra works of Francisco Tarrega. This research uses a qualitative approach through analysis study (content analysis). Data collection through literature studies and laboratory work. Analysis of the composition Recuerdos de la Alhambra examines the form of songs that includes motifs, phrases, periods and cultivation techniques that include the technique of playing the right hand and left hand playing techniques. The theory used prier theory, Banoe and Poerwadarmita. That said point a is a collection of motifs, phrases, periods and cultivation techniques. The composition of the research results Recerdos de la Alhambra works of Francisco Tarrega consists of a 55-bar using ¾ time signature by using the basic tone C major and modulated to the basic tone of A major. Song form consists of a form that is A (a a '), consists of two motives in the phrase antecedents and motives in the phrase concequens 3. In the arable techniques there are two, namely the technique of the game in the right hand and left hand technique in the game. On the right hand playing techniques there is one bar that uses apoyando and and tirando which include: there are two bars which uses techniques tirando on chords, arpeggios and a 1-bar at 52 bars in tremolo. Abstract

The Purpose of this research is to find out the societies’ appreciation on devotee, lover, and creatif lover levels toward saluang dangdut’s performances in Padang city where is held on Pauh subdistrict. During the research, the writers see the live performances of saluang dangdut at Mr. Syahrial house which is the family appreciation to this performance is good, the neighbour and relative’s appreciation is really good. While, the resul of the research on the guest of Mr. Syahrial on this performance at Pauh subdistrict is very good. Keywords: Appreciation, Performance, Saluang Dangdut.

Abstract

Abstract Bedeker was one of the arts possessed by society at Talang Rimbo Lama Kecamatan Curup Tengah Kabupaten Rejang Lebong which was Islamic. The presentation was a kind of combination between music and dance played in an ensamble. The lyric of the music was derived from words in Al-qur’an accompanied with Rebana and Gendang and the dance was done to beautify the performance. The inheritance of Bedeker was given to the society informally by inheriting to the family and to the environment. The next inheritance step was done by teaching it phase by phase, started from teaching its vocal, then teaching the instruments, and thirds teaching the dance.   Kata kunci: Bedeker, Pewarisan, Informal, Rebana, Gendang

Abstract

Abstract   This research aims to (1) describe and discover how the shape of the show At Pasisia party Rabab marriage in Pekonina Pauh Duo District in South Solok Regency, (2) This type of qualitative research methods a descriptive analysis. Main is the author's own Istrument, using the tools in the field such as writing instruments, cameras for recording and taking pictures. Data collection techniques through observation, interview and study library. Rabab pasisia performances in the form of the marriage festivities is shaped of joke performing arts night, serving a wide range of dendang-dendang pantun-pantun-shaped. The audience is the general public, show the relatives invited home masters and come see the show. Abstract

This research discusses the Analysis of The Form and Structure of Melly Goeslaw's True Love Song which deals with motif processing, phrase processing, and period processing. This research includes qualitative research with content analysis approach that is systematic, objectivity, and generalization. This research data is collected from library study activities, observations, and labor work. Data analysis is done by means of data reduction, analysis and conclusion.  Based on the analysis of the song True Love created by Melly Goeslaw found The Shape of The Song is 4 parts with the sentences A A' B C and D in detail with the arrangement of sentences A (a, a1), A' (a2, b), B (c, c1), B (c, c1), C (d, d1), and D (c2, c4). Judging from the structure of the song is formed from 20 motifs. The processing of motifs from one basic or initial motif is developed by processing in a ha-rafiah, sequen up and down sequen, interval magnification and in-terval downsizing. The motives are m, m1, m2, m3, m4, n, o, p, q, q1, r, r1, r2, r3, s, s1, h, i, i1, and j. From the motive formed antecedent phrases, consequent phrases and connecting phrases as many as 15 phrases namely a, a1, a2, b, c (rep 1x), c1 (repetition 1x), c2, c3, d, d1 and phrase p / liaison (rep 2x). The end of period A has half kadens, the end of period A' has half kadens, the end of period B and D has perfect authentic cadence and the end of periodC has deceptive cadence. The D-shape is the part that modulates from the base tone of F Major to G Major.

Abstract Saluang Pauah artistic is one of the traditional arts wich has been living and developing in Pauah regency in Padang. Saluang Pauah is an art that combines vocal (dendang, in Minangkabau language) and it is in the same time followed by Saluang Pauah. Abstract

Abstract The idea in this artwork was started from the expression of feeling which is channeled into expression. Then, this expression was expressed into musical compositions that is interpreted in tones of melody, harmony, and rhythm that is composed into musical expression of feeling. This artwork was created by implementing some artwork methodologies; they were exploration, document analysis, experiment, and formation phase. This musical composition was also done in 3 parts of composition, namely Part A, Part B, and Part C. The Part A shows a calm expression in happiness. Then, Part B brings “conflicts or problems" atmosphere expressed in grief, worry, full of anger emotion. In Part C the music is composed as the expression of the spirit that was so tempestuous. Music can be expressed by an artist or any one through various media, such as voice in song, musical instrument in the instrumentalia, or voice and musical instruments in the vocal-instrumental. Meanwhile, the actualization or the expression of ideas in a musical artwork can be expressed in a musical composition. Kata kunci: Ekspresi, Tahap, Komposisi

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to describe the implementation of extracurricular choirs in SMK N 2 field. The cornerstone of the theory used in this study are: (1) implementation of extra-curricular activities choir. This research is qualitative research with the descriptive approach. This research was conducted in the field — 2. Data obtained from the results of the observation/observation and interview at SMK N 2 field. Research instrument is the researchers themselves as supporting instruments namely observation, notebooks and stationery, photo camera/mobile phone, and notes about the extracurricular choirs. Research results explain that through extra-curricular activities choir students are able to develop their talents and interests they have, because of the extracurricular activities is one of the extracurricular activities of the first chorus time held at SMK N 2 field. The implementation of extracurricular activities carried out on Fridays and Saturdays 13:40 exercise was carried out after hours of instruction completed this exercise is divided into two schedules latihanya it penggulangan exercise and workout staple material. Keywords: Implementation, Extracurricular, Chorus
