Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membentuk karakter unggul anak-anak melalui pementasan drama tari ‘Sampik Ingtai’ di Desa Lodtunduh kabupaten Gianyar. Pertunjukan seni besar sekali dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter manusia. Seseorang akan mampu memaknai nilai-nilai moral, nilai kehidupan dan nilai-nilai karakter yang lain yang berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan perilaku melalui pementasan maupun pertunjukan seni drama tari. Masyarakat Indonesia dalam perjalanannya membangun sumber daya manusia yang unggul membutuhkan kolaborasi yang positif untuk mewujudkan moral yang baik. Selain memiliki fungsi hiburan, seni pertunjukan drama memiliki aspek sosiologis dimana hal ini bisa menjadi media aspirasi masyarakat, yang mana dalam pertunjukan sebuah drama tari akan sarat dengan pesan moral dan nilai karakter yang positif. Manfaat dari kegiatan ini meyakinkan bahwa pentingnya kolaborasi antara insan Pendidikan dan masyarakat untuk mewujudkan karakter unggul.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of independent boards of directors and commissioners on the disclosure of sustainability reports on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research time period used is 4 years, namely the 2018-2021 period. The population in this study includes all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques. Based on the criteria that have been set in the acquisition of 10 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id site, the analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study show that the board of directors has an effect on the disclosure of the sustainability report, then the independent commissioner has an effect on the disclosure of the sustainability report.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between aesthetic structures and philosophical meanings in Tandang Mendet Dance as a cultural practice of the Sasak community. Departing from the prevalent tendency to separate aesthetics from meaning in traditional art studies, this research employs an interpretive qualitative approach, integrating semiotic analysis, symbolic anthropology, and the sociology of art. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of Tandang Mendet performances at the Sembalun Mountain Festival 2025. The findings reveal that the aesthetic structure comprising repetitive movement patterns, collective synchronization, the use of properties, and musical rhythm functions as an operational system in the articulation of values. The philosophy of Lombok Mirah Sasak Adi, particularly the value of honesty, is not verbally represented but is internalized through consistent and coordinated performative practices. The analysis demonstrates a dialectical relationship between aesthetics and philosophy, in which form not only represents meaning but also produces and reproduces it within a dynamic social context. The study further highlights that traditional arts can function as an experiential medium of cultural education, while simultaneously confronting challenges of commodification and the transformation of meaning in the context of globalization.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the basic English skills of fifth-grade students at Pengiangan 2 Public Elementary School through interactive and fun training. The training focused on mastering basic vocabulary, simple expressions in everyday communication, and listening and speaking skills. The methods used included short lectures, educational games, dialogue practice, and group activities that encouraged active student participation. This activity involved fifth-grade students as the main participants with direct guidance from the implementation team. The results showed an increase in students' understanding of basic English vocabulary and increased confidence in pronouncing and using simple expressions. In addition, the interactive learning atmosphere was able to increase students' motivation to learn English. Thus, this basic English training made a positive contribution in supporting the development of foreign language competencies in elementary school students as provisions for facing future educational challenges.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh laverage, Umur perusahaan, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Dan Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap perataan laba pada perusahaan industri barang dan konsumsi yang terdaftar di abaursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Periode waktu penelitian yang digunakan adalah 5 tahun yaitu periode 2016-2020. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi seluruh perusahaan industry barang dan konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah di tetapkan diperoleh 18 perusahaan. Jenis data yang di ambil adalah data sekunder yang di peroleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh posistif signifikan terhadap perataan laba, leverage, umur perusahaan, dan kepemilikan institusional tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perataan laba, dan leverage, umur perusahaan, kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap perataan laba.

Abstract

The development of electric vehicle technology encourages the readiness of Automotive Engineering Education students as future educators in implementing materials relevant to industrial needs. This study aims to analyze student readiness in implementing electric vehicle materials based on aspects of conceptual knowledge, technical skills, and pedagogical readiness. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with 56 students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the majority of students were in the ready and very ready categories at 77 percent. The highest readiness was found in the aspect of conceptual knowledge, followed by pedagogical readiness and technical skills. Although all respondents had practical experience through the Professional Strengthening Program for Education and Industrial Practice, student readiness was not fully evenly distributed. These findings indicate that practical experience needs to be supported by the quality and relevance of learning so that student readiness in implementing electric vehicle materials can be optimal.
