Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of startup entrepreneurs in Jayapura City in using Break Even Point Analysis as a model/tool for good business profit planning, as well as to increase interest in entrepreneurship and the ability to manage and control company finances for entrepreneurs. Beginner business actors in Jayapura City by utilizing Break Even Point Analysis. This activity has a positive impact on the participants of the activity. The result of this activity is an increase in participants' understanding of the BEP analysis. Through this BEP analysis, participants can find out basic calculations in assessing the condition of a business, especially in running an entrepreneurial business that they are working on as beginners during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh variabel intensitas pelatihan keuangan daerah, kesesuaian kualifikasi pendidikan, dan komitmen organisiasi secara simultan dan parsial, serta menganalisa variabel manakah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja kinerja aparatur pengelola keuangan dan aset daerah Provinsi Papua. Populasi atau satuan analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai tetap (ASN) Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Papua. Untuk menetapkan besarnya sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini, digunakan formula menurut Kerlinger dan Pedhazun sehingga sampel yang dilibatkan berjumlah 57 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh secara simultan variabel Intensitas Pelatihan Keuangan Daerah, Kesesuaian kualifikasi pendidikan, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja aparatur pengelola keuangan dan aset daerah Provinsi Papua. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh secara parsial variabel Intensitas Pelatihan Keuangan Daerah, Kesesuaian kualifikasi pendidikan, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja aparatur pengelola keuangan dan aset daerah Provinsi Papua. variabel intensitas pelatihan keuangan daerah memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja aparatur pengelola keuangan dan aset daerah Provinsi Papua.

Abstract

This Research aims to see the influence of bloking technology on the efficiency and security of financial transaction, with a case study in the banking industry in Indonesia. The method in this research uses a combination approach, including analytical and descriptive approaches. The result of this research are that the use of this technology provides significant benefits in terms of safety and operational efficiency. This blokchain technology can increase transaction security and reduce the risk of fraud, besides that it can strengthen data integrity so that transactions are more efficient. This blokchain technology can increase transaction security and increase the trust of customers and banking authorities.

Abstract

The implementation of Technical Training for Making Financial Reports Based on the SIAPIK Financial Information Recording Application System for UMKM Beginner Culinary in Jayapura City, this training to improve the skills and knowledge of culinary business actors in more professional and systematic financial management. This training was attended by 24 participants who are culinary business actors, who are beginners. Through this training, they can have basic knowledge of simple accounting principles and practical use of applications as a form of recording their financial information. This training is carried out through an operational and practical approach and is technology-based, namely with materials in the form of an introduction to the basic functions of the SIAPIK application, as well as direct practice in operating it. The achievements obtained through this training are that participants become aware of making financial records in accordance with accounting standards. Participants also have accounts in the SIAPIK application system. Thus, what has been obtained through this training is a supporting factor for the development of UMKM owned by participants.

Abstract

This study discusses The Influence of Managerial Leadership and New Public Management on Community Welfare in Kaimana Regency Mediated by Good Governance and Local Government Performance. The approach used with two research designs (mixed method), namely: explanatory (quantitative method) and exploratory (qualitative method). The research sample consisted of 241 people. The quantitative data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the Amos program version 24.0 and qualitative analysis uses interactive models. The research results show that: (1) Managerial leadership has a positive and significant effect on good governance. (2) Managerial leadership directly and indirectly through good governance has a positive and significant effect on government performance. (3) Managerial leadership directly and indirectly through government performance has a positive and significant effect on people's welfare, while through good governance it is not significant. (4) New public management has a positive and significant effect on good governance. (5) New public management directly and indirectly through good governance has a positive and significant effect on government performance. (6) New public management directly has a positive and insignificant effect on people's welfare, while indirectly through good governance and government performance it has a positive and significant effect. (7) Good governance has a positive and significant effect on government performance. (8) Good governance directly has a positive and insignificant effect on community welfare, while indirectly through government performance it has a positive and significant effect. (9) Government performance has a positive and significant effect on community welfare.

Abstract

At the Kaimana Regency Youth and Sports Education Office it is known that there are still many employees who have less than optimal performance. The problems studied in this study are (1) How is work motivation, transformational leadership, and employee performance, (2) How much influence does work motivation have on employee performance, (3) How much influence does transformational leadership have on employee performance, (4) Is work motivation and transformational leadership simultaneously have an influence on employee performance. The purpose of this research is to (1) find out how work motivation, transformational leadership, and employee performance, (2) analyze the influence of work motivation and transformational leadership on employee performance partially or simultaneously. Data collection methods used are documentation and questionnaires. The analytical method used is instrument test (validity test and reliability test), percentage descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 15 for Windows. The research results obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.854 + 0.276 X1 + 0.431 X2. The result of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.509 meaning that 50.9% of the performance variable is influenced by work motivation and transformational leadership and the remaining 49.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, workload, and work environment on individual commitment, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, among contract employees at the Regional Secretariat of Boven Digoel Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 100 contract employees selected through stratified random sampling. Data analysis is conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that compensation, workload, and work environment significantly and positively influence individual commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction serves as an intervening variable in the relationship between compensation, workload, and work environment with individual commitment. Hence, appropriate compensation, balanced workloads, and a conducive work environment can enhance job satisfaction, ultimately strengthening the individual commitment of contract employees. These findings provide implications for policymakers at the Regional Secretariat of Boven Digoel Regency in enhancing employee welfare and loyalty through more effective human resource management policies.   Keywords: Compensation, Workload, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Individual Commitment

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership, work discipline, and training on employee performance at the Communication and Information Office of Papua Province. A survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire distributed to 92 respondents, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results reveal that leadership, work discipline, and training collectively have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership and work discipline significantly influence performance, while training does not show a significant effect. Among the three variables, work discipline emerges as the most dominant factor affecting employee performance. These findings imply that enhancing employee performance requires strengthening leadership practices and work discipline, while training programs should be restructured to ensure greater effectiveness.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing the impact of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee creativity and organizational innovation in the West Papua High Court Jurisdiction. The type of research used is quantitative research method with causality analysis. Data was collected by utilizing a questionnaire. In the data processing process to calculate each indicator, a Likert scale was used. Furthermore, validity and reliability tests were carried out. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and SmartPLS Analysis. The results showed that partially, transformational leadership has no effect on employee creativity, organizational culture partially has a positive effect on employee creativity, partially transformational leadership has no effect on organizational innovation, partially, organizational culture affects organizational innovation, and employee creativity partially has no effect on organizational innovation, partially, transformational leadership intervened by employee creativity has no effect on organizational innovation, and partially, organizational culture intervened by employee creativity has no effect on organizational innovation. Suggestions, it is good for organizations to improve the quality of transformational leadership, and need to pay attention to values, norms, and behaviors that encourage creativity.

Abstract

The research focused on the effect of the reward and punishment system on the level of satisfaction and work ethic of employees, and how to influence the organizational commitment of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in the South Papua Province Region. The type of research used is quantitative. The total population totaled 159 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling approach (census), which involves all members of the population. Data collection procedures through online questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that reward has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, reward has a significant positive effect on work ethic, reward has no significant effect on organizational commitment, punishment has no significant effect on job satisfaction, punishment has no significant effect on work ethic, punishment has no significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, work ethic has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction mediates the effect of reward on organizational commitment, work ethic mediates the effect of reward on organizational commitment, job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of punishment on organizational commitment, work ethic does not mediate the effect of punishment on organizational commitment.
