Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan perencanaan sarana prasarana untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Jajar Islamic Center Solo, digunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dengan reduksi, penyajian data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Analisis kebutuhan infrastruktur dilakukan oleh emua unit di JIC f, dengan peran kunci dipegang oleh wakil kepala infrastruktur di bawah pengawasan pengurus yayasan. Pemenuhan kebutuhan ini memengaruhi citra dan kualitas JIC serta terkait dengan visi pendidikan nasional. Proses inventarisasi penting untuk menjaga fasilitas pendidikan, dengan tanggung jawab dibagi kepada warga pondok yang melakukan inventarisasi secara rutin. Proses seleksi infrastruktur melibatkan guru, kepala sekolah, dan komite siswa, memilih fasilitas sesuai perkembangan pendidikan. Pendanaan di JIC tanggung jawab kepala sekolah dan bendahara, dengan evaluasi berkala. Pengelolaan infrastruktur menjadi fokus dalam pertemuan bulanan pengurus pondok, meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan layanan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of mentoring scientific articles is to improve the structure and content of articles owned by lecturers or students. The implementation method is face to face for 5 hours using laptop equipment, LCD projector, sound system, materials. Implementation results: the first material regarding the title is written in a maximum of 15 words, the abstract is written briefly and the keywords are written in a maximum of 5 words or phrases. The second material regarding the introduction must explain the specific research objectives and research methods that meet a minimum of 4 qualitative elements and 6 quantitative elements. The third material concerns the results and discussion which must be prepared based on the subject matter and conclusions which must be prepared without repeating the research results. The fourth material is about citations and bibliography which must be prepared by memorizing a form of citation. The overall conclusion was that the implementation of the service was successful and had a positive impact, namely that participants better understood how to write good articles according to national accreditation journal standards.

Abstract

Thesis writing remains one of the most feared tasks among students, with many lacking an understanding of how to produce a well-structured thesis. This training was conducted to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of how to quickly and effectively compose a high-quality thesis. The training employed a PAR (Problem-Action-Result) approach using Zoom meetings, laptops, and educational materials. Training outcomes include: creating a good title involves selecting a relevant and innovative topic, identifying the problem, and crafting a title that reflects both the topic and research methodology. The background section should explain the relevance of the topic, problem context, and literature review to identify research gaps. Research focus should include understanding variables, choosing relevant theories, and determining supporting variables. The literature review involves understanding variables X and Y, research location, and both main and supporting theories. Finally, the research methodology must describe the type and approach of the research, data collection and processing techniques, data validity, and hypothesis testing for quantitative research

Abstract

Character education is an effort to foster and shape student character according to school culture. The research objective was to describe the process of cultivating character in students through school intracurricular and extracurricular activities. The research method with qualitative, data collection with interview, observation, and documentation. The results showed (1) character planting through intracurricular activities with (a) strengthening learning, namely character building in accordance with the theme or material, and (b) spiritual paradigm by inserting Islamic values ??in the learning process. (2) character planting through extracurricular activities with (a) scouts, namely forming leadership characters, being independent, solving problems, and loving nature, (b) leadership, forming leadership characters, responsibility, and making decisions, (c) painting, forming detailed, focused, creative characters , (d) martial art, forming tough, skilled characters, (e) reciting recitation, forming religious, moral, orderly characters, (f) child preachers, forming brave characters, positive thinking, art of communication, influencing others. Pendidikan karakter merupakan upaya membina dan membentuk karakter siswa sesuai dengan budaya sekolah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan proses penanaman karakter siswa melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah. Metode penelitian dengan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Penanaman karakter melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler dengan cara (a) Penguatan pembelajaran yaitu pembentukan karakter yang sesuai dengan tema atau materi, dan (b) paradigma spriritual dengan menyisipkan nilai keislaman dalam proses pembelajaran. (2) Penanaman karakter melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, (a) Pramuka yaitu membentuk karakter kepemimpinan, mandiri, memecahkan masalah, dan cinta alam, (b) Kepemimpinan, membentuk karakter kepemimpinan, tanggung jawab, dan membuat keputusan, (c) Melukis, membentuk karakter detail, fokus, kreatif, (d) Pencak silat, membentuk karakter tangguh, terampil, (e) Mengaji, membentuk karakter religious, akhlak, tertib, (f) Pendakwah cilik, membentuk karakter berani, berfikir positif, seni komunikasi, mempengaruhi orang lain.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze and describe the process of formulating the vision and mission, determining programs, setting budgets, determining procedures and the impact on quality at the At-Taqwa Integrated Islamic Junior High School, Surabaya. The research was conducted qualitatively using a case study approach. Data collection techniques: documentary interviews and observation. Data processing techniques: reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Data validity techniques with credibility and confirmability. The results of the research show: (1) the process of formulating the vision and mission: the school has 5 visions, namely the vision of solid faith, good morals, optimal achievement, global insight, and caring for the environment, with details of 3 of the Foundation's visions and 2 of the school's development visions (2) strategy implementation: (a) program determination: prepared by the Al-Qur'an, Islamic, Principal, Infrastructure, Student Affairs, English, Public Relations, Curriculum and national examination divisions. (b) budget determination: sourced from central, regional and foundation assistance, (c) procedure determination: carried out within one year according to the schedule prepared by each division. (3) impact: success of the work program, student achievement and teacher achievement. Conclusion: the vision and mission have been implemented very well as evidenced by the existence of relevant work programs from nine divisions which were developed from the school's mission

Abstract

Background. The quality of education in Indonesia is still stagnant, as evidenced by students’ achievements, which have not shown significant changes. This is influenced by the competence of teachers, who are not yet fully professional. Purpose. This research aims to reveal the impact of teachers’ personality competence and students’ attitudes on the quality of learning, both partially and simultaneously. Method. This study employs a quantitative method with a correlational approach, involving 57 students from SDN Pangilen 3 Sampang in grades 4, 5, and 6. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale ranging from strongly agree (5) to strongly disagree (1). Data processing includes descriptive statistical analysis, prerequisite tests such as normality and linearity, as well as validity and reliability testing. Hypothesis testing is conducted through multiple regression analysis, including simultaneous testing (F test) and partial testing (t test) to analyze the contributions between variables. Results. It shows that teachers’ personality competence and students’ attitudes have a significant impact on the quality of learning, with Sig. values of 0.000 and 0.004, respectively. The simultaneous test confirms the collective influence of both variables, with teachers’ competence contributing 34.1% and students’ attitudes contributing 19.5%. The dominance of teachers’ competence in affecting the quality of learning is evident from its relative contribution of 63.6%. Conclusion. This research emphasizes the importance of enhancing teachers’ personality competence to improve the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

Management of education in an educational organization is very important to do to create a special educational atmosphere for effective, efficient and conducive learning so that educational goals can be easily achieved. The purpose of this research is to describe the management of education, namely the management of learning, classrooms, teachers and offices and to describe the impact of education management on the quality of education in KB Nur-Masithah Sampang. The research method is a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique with reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. While the data validity technique is triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed: the management of education in the aspect of learning management by setting the learning schedule into three parts, namely thematic, religion and sports and educational games. Aspects of classroom management by grouping the class into 2 parts, namely the age group of 3-4 years and the age group of 5-6 years. Aspects of teacher management by dividing teachers based on class groups. Aspects of office management by arranging the teacher's room and office. While the impact of education management on school quality is that learning runs and is efficient, principals can measure learning success and teachers can measure and control student achievement.

Abstract

School rehabilitation is an effort made by schools to overcome problems that exist in schools, including student problems. The purpose of this study was to describe the identification of problems and problem solving of students in Junior high school Sabilul Muttaqin Sampang. The research method is qualitative with an analytical study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. Data processing techniques with reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Technique of data validity by triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed: (1) identification of student problems, including: discipline or activeness in school, school uniforms, student quantity, dislike of subject matter, dislike of teachers, bad ethical problems, and disobedience to school rules. (2) Handling student problems, among others: first with a face to face approach by giving directions and warnings to students. Second, giving awards to students who are disciplined and give punishment to students who are not disciplined (problematic).. The third is holding Muhadhoroh Bersama activities once a week. And fifth, providing guidance and counseling to students who have severe problems at school.

Abstract

Preventive efforts are efforts made by a person or agency in fixing existing problems through a prsikis approach. The purpose of this study was to describe the efforts of the Waru Pamekasan Religious Affairs Office before and during the divorce process to prevent divorce. The research was conducted qualitatively through a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation and observation. The validity of the data by triangulation techniques and sources. The results showed: (1) The efforts of the Waru Pamekasan Religious Affairs Office before the divorce process took place, namely: first with premarital guidance to prevent problems in the household. Second, with guidance after the marriage contract by giving advice or spiritual showers about marriage. Third, with the guidance of the Sakinah family. (2) The efforts of the Waru Pamekasan Religious Affairs Office at the time of the divorce process are: first, to approach the husband and wife in a family manner. Second, give advice to prevent divorce. Third, providing guidance, both individually and in groups through conversations to reveal the problems faced.

Abstract

Thematic learning becomes very important in the era of the 2013 curriculum and also the current independent learning curriculum, the output of the two curricula is strengthening the processes and learning outcomes for students. The seminar was conducted with the aim of strengthening and increasing the teacher's pegagogical competence, especially in terms of learning innovation. The seminar was conducted offline with a duration of 200 minutes on August 29 2022 at UPTD SDN Pangilen 3 Sampang which was attended by 8 teachers. The speaker uses the help of a laptop as a medium for delivering material. The results of the seminar implementation: 1) The first speaker gave material about holistic and meaningful learning, the second speaker gave authentic and active learning material. 2) The seminar runs actively as evidenced by lively discussions. 3) The results of the teacher's seminar increasingly understand and can practice holistic, meaningful, authentic and active learning in front of the presenters. The impact of this seminar is as a reference material and study for other schools, especially rural schools that have not implemented thematic learning as a whole.
