Abstract

Remaja merupakan periode perkembangan kearah kemandirian. Kemandirian merupakan kemampuan membuat keputusan, berinisiatif, memiliki tanggung jawab, dan tidak mudah tergantung dengan orang lain. Kemandirian remaja yang berstatus sebagai siswa di pondok dapat dilihat dengan cara mengetahui iklim sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim sekolah dengan kemandirian siswa SMA Pondok Modern Selamat Kendal.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 kelas dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak sembilan kelas. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Prosedur cluster random sampling adalah pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan melakukan randomisasi terhadap kelompok. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kemandirian yang terdiri dari 25 aitem (α=0,829) dan skala iklim sekolah yang terdiri dari 40 aitem (α=0,919).Analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan rxy=0,477 dengan p=0,000 (p<0,05), artinya ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan kemandirian siswa SMA Pondok Modern Selamat Kendal. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin positif iklim sekolah maka semakin tinggi kemandirian. Sebaliknya, semakin negatif iklim sekolah maka semakin rendah kemandirian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian siswa SMA Pondok Modern Selamat Kendal berada dalam kategori yang tinggi dan memiliki iklim sekolah yang positif. Iklim sekolah memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap variabel kemandirian sebesar 22,8% sedangkan 77,2% berasal dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The research aims to develop a scheme of waqf fund management based on the blockchain system. This system is used for the procurement of personal protective equipment as an effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The approach method used qualitative research, based on the basis of consideration of data and facts related to the spread of pandemic Covid-19 requires in-depth analysis. The renewal of the schemes and instruments of the waqf fund with blockchain endowments that can be applied in specific social projects is an important added value. The results of this research are the optimization of waqf funds, which starts from the process of collecting, managing, developing, and distributing waqf funds for specific social activities that can be targeted. The target of this research is the transparency of the management of waqf funds can be better so that sharia-based financial instruments can contribute greatly to the handling of Covid-19.

Abstract

The state of the environment for consumers to get information, namely electronic word of mouth and the promotional mix will affect consumer decision-making when shopping. This study aims to determine the effect of promotional mix variables and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions on the online buying and selling site Shopee. Promotion mix variables used are advertising and sales promotion. The sample used in this study were Semarang residents who had shopped on the Shopee online buying and selling site with a sample size of 100. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression with the classical assumptions of multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and normality. The results showed that the variables of advertising, sales promotion, electronic word of mouth had a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions. The adjusted r square value is 0.496, which means that the variables of advertising, sales promotion, and electronic word of mouth can explain online purchasing decisions by 49.6%. In contrast, the rest is explained by other variables, not in this study.

Abstract

The presence of Natural Dye Fashion Ronsaga with its founders Mr. Wahyu and Ms. Dewi as ecopreneurs is needed to support improving the welfare and social equality of the community while reducing environmental damage. One of the strategic steps taken is to encourage industry and business actors to commit and behave in an environmentally friendly manner. This study aims to determine what factors motivate an ecopreneur in running his business, ecopreneur motivation theory. This research uses a qualitative method by describing and describing the empirical reality behind the phenomenon. The population in this study was carried out by observations and interviews aimed at the owner of Natural Dye Fashion Ronsaga. The results showed that there was a match between the research objectives and the theory used. There are five things that motivate Pak Wahyu in running his business as an ecopreneur, namely in the form of green values, gaps in the market, make a living, be their own boss, and passion.

Abstract

Pendidikan literasi keuangan sejak dini sudah seharusnya dilakukan baik secara teori atau praktek. Anak-anak, khususnya yang berada di usia 0 hingga 6 tahun dikenal dengan masa ke-emas-an, sehingga jika diberikan pemahaman mengenai literasi keuangan, akan benar-benar terinternalisasi pada pola fikir dan termanifestasi pada perilaku anak sehari-hari secara sederhana. Namun saat ini masih ditemukan beberapa kendala dalam mengenalkan literasi keuangan sejak dini yang belum masuk pada kurikulum nasional. Selain itu, pelaksanaan pendidikan nasional masih berupa pemahaman teori sehingga penguasaan literasi keuangan pada anak sejak dini menjadi kurang komprehensif. Salah satu solusinya dengen memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan secara teori dan praktek dari literasi keuangan sejak dini khususnya di RA Terpadu Al-Qolam Semarang. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam program kemitraan masyarakat ini berupa pemberian ceramah, pemutaran video, praktek kegiatan jual beli dan praktek kegiatan menabung dalam celengan yang diberikan. Harapannya dapat menambahkan penguasaan pengetahuan dan keterampilan secara teori dan praktek dari literasi keuangan sejak dini dan penanaman karakter siswa khususnya di RA Terpadu Al-Qolam Semarang dalam literasi keuangan

Abstract

AbstractIn the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, digital technology plays a role in all aspects of human life, where this condition requires everyone to prepare themselves to be able to compete in the midst of many human resources being replaced by robots or machines. One of the early self-preparations is to instill entrepreneurial character values, namely creativity, hard work, independence, leadership, risk taking, and orientation to action in early childhood which is also a step in realizing the vision of the RA Terpadu Al-Qolam School Semarang. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. This study aims to reveal the actual conditions of inculcating entrepreneurial values with children being taught to be creative in making products, understanding product prices, and marketing them at RA Terpadu Al-Qolam Semarang. The results of these activities can be used as a way to instill entrepreneurial character values from an early age with the hope that in the future they will form a superior generation and even be able to create jobs.Keywords: entrepreneurial value, early childhood, industry 4.0

Abstract

This research aimed to implement a smart university to optimize the three higher education principles aka Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Education Dharma, Research Dharma, and Community Service Dharma). A strategic step that can be taken is to apply digitalization to increase the selling value of universities in the education industry and increase the usefulness of the satisfaction of lecturers and students. The research is exploratory qualitative using interviews, observations, and literature studies as data collection techniques. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling (purposive sampling). The findings show that several supporting factors that influence the optimization of the three principles of higher education are the flexibility of the workplace and time, as well as the use of information technology which is easier to use and has high accessibility. Facilities and infrastructure are supporting elements. The hardware and software infrastructure condition in universities is still inadequate to support a quality learning process. Universities need to improve the performance of educators and education staff.

Abstract

The Mayangsari River Tubing Tourist Village, Semarang is one of the new tours in the city of Semarang, initiated since 2018 by a number of people who are members of the Mayangsari Putra Disaster Preparedness Group (KSB Puma) and the Mayangsari Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis Mayangsari). Starting to only serve the requests of people who are still within the scope of their community or have not yet served the general public, the Culture and Tourism Office of the City of Semarang provides an idea for the development of Mayangsari River Tourism by raising the potential for river tubing attractions, river educational attractions, and culinary tourism attractions. With the progress of the development of the River Tubing tourist village, Mayangsari, which became a finalist for the 2022 great village competition in the category of creative and innovative villages, there were still a number of things that needed to be improved during the investigation stage, namely optimizing digital marketing in making the River Tubing tourist village one of the leading tours. and an independent tourism community that is able to creatively manage the existing innovative potential. Therefore as a solution by providing knowledge and skills in theory and practice of digital marketing in the community of the River Tubing Mayangsari tourism village. The approach method used in this community partnership program is in the form of giving practical lectures in examples of forms of digital marketing that the public can reach and use. It is hoped that the results of this service will be able to add to the mastery of knowledge and skills in theory and practice of digital marketing in the community of the River Tubing Mayangsari tourism village. This addition of knowledge and skills goes hand in hand with the increasing number of tourists who come.
