Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The integration of Deep Learning approach into the Independent Curriculum 2025 is a crucial strategy for transforming education in Indonesia towards meaningful, adaptive, and contextual learning. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with document and literature analysis, identifying that the success of Deep Learning implementation largely depends on human resource readiness and technological infrastructure. Findings indicate increased active student engagement and learning effectiveness through a model focusing on meaningful learning, mindful learning, and joyful learning. Major challenges such as technology access disparity and low digital literacy must be addressed to enhance national education quality and to prepare learners to face the global challenges of the 21st century

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal (Makan Bergizi Gratis/MBG) program is an Indonesian government initiative aimed at improving nutrition for vulnerable populations, implemented through Nutrition Service Units (SPPG). However, its operations generate significant food, packaging, and wastewater, contributing to environmental impacts if not properly managed. This study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of publications from 2018–2025 to examine circular economy-based waste management in institutional food services. Findings reveal that food waste is predominantly organic and driven by technical, behavioral, and institutional factors. Although circular economy principles such as reduce, reuse, recycle, and recover are widely discussed, their implementation remains fragmented and context-specific. A key gap exists between holistic circular economy concepts and partial real-world application, particularly in government-led food programs in developing countries. This study proposes an integrated conceptual framework combining technical, behavioral, and institutional dimensions to support sustainable waste management in SPPG and strengthen MBG program sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to improve earthquake disaster mitigation skills in early childhood by using a picture storybook that incorporates storytelling and role-playing methods. The research was conducted at Sekolah Alam Bekasi from February to April 2025. A mixed-method approach was employed, integrating both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The population consisted of all kindergarten students at Sekolah Alam Bekasi, totaling 60 children. A sample of 30 students was selected through purposive random sampling. Data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. The book Berani Menghadapi Guncangan was rated highly feasible with a feasibility score of 93.75%. Student responses indicated a very high level of interest, reaching 98.7%. Their knowledge of earthquake mitigation increased significantly, as shown by an N-Gain score of 0.7742, which exceeds the 0.7 threshold and is therefore considered effective, with an overall effectiveness level of 77%. Therefore, it can be concluded that book Berani Menghadapi Guncangan is not only interesting, but also has a significant impact on disaster mitigation learning. This makes the book highly suitable and effective for disaster education for early childhood.

Abstract

The construction of illegal sea fences in Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency, has restricted fishermen's access to marine resources, triggering environmental degradation, economic decline, and social conflict. This study aims to analyze the impacts of sea fence construction in Bekasi Regency from environmental, social, and economic aspects, as well as the responses of coastal communities in Bekasi Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore the social and economic dynamics of coastal communities through observations in Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency, as well as in-depth interviews with fishermen, policymakers, and affected communities. The findings reveal that, from a social perspective, the sea fences have triggered horizontal conflicts among fishermen due to competition over fishing grounds and have led to social exclusion, worsening the welfare of coastal communities. From an economic standpoint, reduced catches have caused a decline in fishermen's incomes and forced some to switch professions, though alternative job options often lack comparable stability.
