Abstract

The educational institutions at the moment are controlled in the financial management of schools in the educational institution. Therefore, in an educational institution it is very important to implement a system of guarantees in the financial management of the school so that the educational institutions can manage their finances effectively and effectively. The aim of this research is to look at the system of funding in the school's financial management in SMAN 5. This research uses qualitative methodology, in particular using descriptive analysis and type of research case studies in the field. This research focuses on the theme of school education. Research findings suggest that budgetary planning has been proven effective by the existence of accurate manual accounting evidence and financial management carried out with the principles of openness and public accountability. Financial management at SMAN 5 Payakrasuh has successfully adopted the concept of openness and accountability in its internal reporting. It has been found that 85% of the money has been spent according to the planned.

Abstract

Digital transformation of public services is an important step towards efficient, transparent and accountable government institutions. This study recommends strengthening digital infrastructure and providing ongoing training for staff and the community to support the optimization of digital transformation of land services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Management Information Systems in supporting the digital transformation of land services at the Land Office (BPN) of Asahan Regency. The study used a qualitative approach, combining case studies and analysis. The results show that various services such as Complete System Land Registration (PTSL), certificate checking, and electronic transfer of rights have been digitized, supported by innovations such as the Touch My Land application and digitization of land registration archives. This shift has accelerated service processes, increased transparency, and improved public satisfaction. However, challenges remain in terms of public digital literacy, technology infrastructure, data security, and so on. To maintain the sustainability of the transformation, Asahan District BPN implements a strategy of continuous system development, human resource training, and cross-sector collaboration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek di SMAN 5 Payakumbuh sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning) dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMAN 5 Payakumbuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Project-Based Learning (PBL) di SMAN 5 Payakumbuh menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu, variasi keterampilan guru, fasilitas yang kurang memadai, dan dukungan orang tua yang terbatas. Meskipun demikian, PBL efektif meningkatkan prestasi akademik, keterampilan sosial, dan motivasi siswa. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, sekolah perlu meningkatkan pelatihan guru, menyediakan fasilitas yang lebih baik, dan memperkuat komunikasi dengan orang tua. Strategi untuk mendukung PBL meliputi peningkatan kompetensi guru, kolaborasi antar-guru, penyesuaian kurikulum, dan dukungan moral dari manajemen sekolah. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, PBL dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendalam dan mendukung keterampilan abad ke-21 siswa.
