Abstract

The library is a facility that supports student and teacher learning activities. The library collection is in the form of textbooks that are used as references during the learning process. The Library of SMA Negeri 10 OKU Regency South Sumatra uses traditional methods in managing data and information. This hinders librarians to process data and present information effectively. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based library information system to assist libraries in solving school library problems. Observations, interviews and literature studies are the methods used to collect data (needs analysis). The prototype is used to build a school library information system. The results of the school library information system design were tested using black box testing. The results of the system activity data, the designed school library information system and the results of the information system evaluation. Activity data is shown in the analysis of running systems. The information system design is displayed with business processes, UML diagrams, and web-based information system screen displays. The evaluation results show that the school library information system can quickly query data, and the information displayed in reports is accurate.

Abstract

Today in the implementation of an employee payroll system in several companies, it is still possible for errors or corruption to occur when many use program packages such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, for example at PT. The Tongkang Mas Review Branch still uses a payroll information system manually, making it possible for the delivery of results from a data processing to be slow and less effective. So that on the part of the company experienced material losses and on the part of employees the service needs have not been served properly and adequately. Based on these findings and research, the authors try to analyze and design an employee payroll information system at PT. Tongkang Mas the Review Branch. So that it is hoped that later it can reduce the occurrence of misuse of information and be able to serve the information needs of employees quickly and accurately. The method used in conducting this research uses system analysis work steps. In analyzing and designing a system by Tavri D. Mahyuzir which consists of problem definition, feasibility study, system design, system detail, implementation, maintenance, and system evaluation. From the development of this system, the author uses the Microsoft Access application to produce an employee payroll information system design consisting of general system design, input design, output design, and process design, as well as program display design which can later increase work efficiency and effectiveness and increase usage. computer resources.

Abstract

This study aims to create a website-based Company Profile of Tanjung Kemala Village, East Baturaja District, to facilitate the people of Tanjung Kemala Village. Providing better village profile openness to the community regarding village facilities and village advantages, the company profile website will be an easily accessible source of information for all parties who want to find out more about the village and provide community services Tanjung Kemala Village, East Baturaja District. In designing and building a company profile website in Tanjung Kemala village using WDLC methods, namely Planning, Analysis, Website Design and Development, Testing, Website Implementation and Maintenance. Website creation using codeigniter framework and database using Mysql. This research resulted in a website company profile of village services The proposed web-based can maximize services at the Tanjung Kemala Village Office as planned and provide quick information about health, social education and village profiles. By having a modern and informative company profile website, Tanjung Kemala Village can increase the value of promotion and professionalism in the eyes of the community.

Abstract

Kegiatan perencanaan portofolio aplikasi bisnis dengan rencana yang matang dan tepat sesuai kebutuhan, bisa menjadi harapan untuk mencapai visi dan misi yang sejalan dengan organisasi maupun perusahaan. Adapun fokus objek penelitian ini terhadap Perusahaan pergudangan XYZ yang bergerak dalam bidang penyimpanan produk makanan yang siap diperjual belikan ke berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Penulis menggunakan tiga metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, yaitu observasi atau melakukan pengamatan ke area perusahaan pergudangan XYZ. Melakukan wawancara dengan para staff dan Manajemen Perusahaan pergudangan XYZ, yang berfokus terhadap sasaran wawancara meliputi permasalahan dan aspek apa saja yang potensial untuk dikembangkan. Serta melakukan studi pustaka jurnal dan buku yang bereputasi, dengan topik yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini mengenai analisis dan perencanaan portofolio aplikasi bisnis. Hasil dari penelitian ini, berdasarkan analisis dan perencanaan portofolio aplikasi bisnis pergudangan XYZ. Maka penulis bisa menyimpulkan bahwa perseroan swasta atau pergudangan XYZ saat ini, hanya terdapat satu sistem yang mendukung kegiatan bisnisnya. Berdasarkan SWOT-Analisys yang dipaparkan maupun dijelaskan oleh penulis, maka dapat mengasumsikan atau diusulkan kepada para pihak Manajemen. Penulis berharap usulan atau masukan tersebut dapat di kembangkan berdasarkan dengan kebutuhan. Pada pembagian kuadran Mc.Farlan, maka dapat kita lihat pada  pembagian kuadran: tiga sistem pada kategori kunci operasional, empat sebagai kategori aplikasi pendukung, dua kategori aplikasi strategic, dan ada dua termasuk dalam kategori yang mempunyai harapan potensi yang tinggi.
