Abstract

AbstractThe role of MSMEs is very large in the Indonesian economy, the contribution of MSMEs is 97% of the workforce and 61.9% of the contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, MSMEs in Indonesia still faces several challenges to developing and improving their business. The Indonesian government implemented stimulus in dealing with and controlling the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and was effective when compared to other countries. In 2021, Indonesia's real GDP index has reached pre-pandemic conditions at the level of 101.5, while neighboring countries namely Malaysia are at the level of 96.4, the Philippines are at the level of 95.5 and Thailand is still at the level of 94.4. The purpose of this research is to design a Business Incubator Platform in an effort to increase the competency of MSME players through a business incubator. If the competence of MSME players matches current needs, it is hoped that Indonesian MSMEs will be able to compete and improve the Indonesian economy. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Model. While the stages carried out in this method are the stages of system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system maintenance. While system testing uses the Black Box testing model which focuses on system functionality. The result of this research is an Incubator Platform that can be used by MSME players to improve their business competence. To join this platform, UMKM players register through the platform, after being verified by the admin team, MSME players can use the features that have been provided.

Abstract

Tourism has the economic potential to support regional income. One of the natural resources located in Battu Winangun Village is the water area, namely Lake Sendang Cinta. The method used in this service is the method of observation, interviews and outreach. The concept of optimizing the Sendang Cinta Lake area is by building parking facilities, toilets, places to eat, parks, main gates, and wharves and tourism development in an area that involves the participation of community members in tourism development plans, which makes the area have certain characteristics and play a role major in this activity.

Abstract

Pada saat ini pelaksanaan suatu sistem website sekolah pada beberapa sekolahan masih belum diciptkan, dimana banyak menggunakan media promosi seperti brosur, cetak dan lain sebagainya. Misalnya saja pada SDN 12 OKU masih menggunakan sistem informasi promosi secara manual, sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya penyampaian hasil dari suatu pesan yang ingin disampaikan menjadi lambat dan kurang efektif. Sehingga dipihak sekolahan mengalami kurang maksimalnya media promosi dan dipihak masyarakat kurang mengetahui lebih jauh tentang sekolahan SDN 12 OKU. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dan penelitian inilah penulis mencoba menganalisa dan merancang sebuah website untuk SDN 12 OKU. Sehingga diharapkan nantinya dapat menjadi media promosi online yang resmi dengan menggunakan ekstensi .sch.id dan membuat masyarakat lebih jelas lagi tentang informasi SDN 12 OKU dengan akurat. Adapun metode yang dipakai dalam melakukan penelitian ini menggunakan langkah kerja analisa sistem. Dalam menganalisis dan merancang suatu sistem yang terdiri dari definisi masalah, studi kelayakan, rancangan sistem, detail sistem, penerapan dan evaluasi sistem. Dari pembuatan sistem ini penulis menggunakan framework CodeIgniter3 dengan PHP MySQL yang akan menghasilkan suatu website sekolah untuk SDN 12 yang nantinya dapat meningkatkan efisiensi sekolah SDN 12 OKU serta meningkatkan penggunaan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

The library is a facility that supports student and teacher learning activities. The library collection is in the form of textbooks that are used as references during the learning process. The Library of SMA Negeri 10 OKU Regency South Sumatra uses traditional methods in managing data and information. This hinders librarians to process data and present information effectively. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based library information system to assist libraries in solving school library problems. Observations, interviews and literature studies are the methods used to collect data (needs analysis). The prototype is used to build a school library information system. The results of the school library information system design were tested using black box testing. The results of the system activity data, the designed school library information system and the results of the information system evaluation. Activity data is shown in the analysis of running systems. The information system design is displayed with business processes, UML diagrams, and web-based information system screen displays. The evaluation results show that the school library information system can quickly query data, and the information displayed in reports is accurate.

Abstract

Alumni are assets for an educational institution, can illustrate how the vision and mission of the alumni home institution are achieved. Educational institutions need to track their graduates, this is done as a source of information and to find out the absorption, process, and position of graduates in the world of work and assist government programs in mapping the needs of the world of work with competencies obtained from universities. In addition, to increase the accreditation of a university, college or department. So important is alumni data in the world of work, there is a need for a system to predict the waiting points for alumni to work. The purpose of this study isĀ  to apply the Case Based Reasoning in predicting the waiting period of prospective alumni at Baturaja University using the K-Neareast Neigbor algorithm. Reasoning is based on 14 attributes with 10 rule bases. Based on the representation of the new case, the similarity value of the old case with the new case is 0.64

Abstract

Industry 4.0 offers tremendous technological advances and has a significant impact on community institution services at the village level. Currently, many improvements have been made in the village related to community services, one of which is technology and information services. Government information must be made public quickly, as information has an expiration date. The information conveyed is certainly very useful for the village community, so it is necessary to do socialization quickly and precisely. The purpose of this activity is to increase the creativity of village officials and community members in making media. Packaging design training to convey information and other village activities to promote such activities. Package design training is considered very necessary to increase the creativity of village officials and the communities that represent them. The proposed solution is to provide packaging graphic design training assistance to residents of Gedung Pekoun Village, Lengkit District, Ogan Kemering Ulu Regency.

Abstract

Sebagai penyedia jasa pelayanan dan informasi, BPJS Kesehatan, diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan dan informasi yang berguna bagi pengguna khususnya daerah Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Website bpjs-kesehatan.go.id, merupakan sebuah website yang menyediakan jasa pelayanan dan informasi berbasis online, mulai dari pendaftaran, fasilitas kesehatan, skrining kesehatan, cek iuran dan informasi lainnya terkait dengan pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan, dimana melalui website BPJS kesehatan yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja dapat membantu masyarakat memperoleh informasi terkait dengan BPJS Kesehatan dengan mudah, cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas website BPJS Kesehatan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara persepsi dengan harapan pengguna di daerah Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu terhadap website BPJS Kesehatan dengan menggunakan metode WebQual dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Dimana pada metode WebQual 4.0 befokus pada kegunaan (usability), Kualitas informasi (information quality), Kualitas interaksi pelayanan (service interaction quality), dan keseluruhan (overall impression). berdasarkan persepi dari pengguna website. Sedangkan Metode User Acceptance Testing (UAT) yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini berguna untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden (user) di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu terhadap sistem yang akan diimplementasikan yaitu dengan Angket Skala Likert yang umumnya diguanakan untuk dalam riset berupa survei dan memberikan pertanyaan kepada responden (user) dimana jawaban dari pertanyaan tersebut terdiri dari tingkatan yang dapat dipilih. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat diketahui parameter mana yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas perbaikan pada tampilan website.

Abstract

The Personnel Information System is an integrated system, which includes employee data collection, data processing, procedures, rank, employment status, and computer technology to produce fast, complete and accurate information in order to support personnel administration activities. Personnel storage is the main thing in staffing issues, especially in finding or changing staffing data to then change it according to needs. This Personnel Information System Application was made using descriptive research methods with the type of case study research at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration, Ogan Komering Ulu Setalan Regency , where the data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and literature studies. For the analysis and design methods used in making the system using the ERD method as a data model and DFD as a process model. Using codeigniter 3 programming and action scripts in making visual code programs. Based on the test results, it was concluded that it allows delays in the data manipulation process and delays in each data display that appears. Meanwhile, based on observations concluded that the system was considered good enough, learnable, easy to use. The system created is in accordance with the needs of the Ogan Komering Ulu Setalan Manpower and Transmigration Office, and this system has been tested using the Black Box testing technique.

Abstract

Abstrak Selama ini Yayasan Mitra Mulia Banyuasin melakukan pelayanan pasien ketergantungan NAPZA dan ODGJ, namun terdapat kendala yang dirasakan oleh pengurus, perawat, dan terapis yakni terbatasnya kemampuan untuk melakukan inventarisasi data dan implementasi terapi secara optimal guna mewujudkan program penyembuhan pasien sesuai dengan target waktu yang ditentukan. Semua dokumentasi data dan kegiatan terapi telah dilakukan petugas kesehatan masih dicatat secara manual. Mulai dari identifikasi awal (screening) berupa kuesioner anamnesa pasien (BB, TB, TTV, riwayat pengobatan, penyakit penyerta) masih tersimpan di rak berkas, jadwal kegiatan terapi baik obat dan psikoterapi yang masih dalam map berkas pasien serta catatan kemajuan pasien masih tersimpan dalam buku catatan perawat dan pasien. Dokumen pasien diatas tentunya sangat rentan dan tidak terorganisasi dengan baik, mudah rusak, hilang. Upaya untuk mewujudkan program pemulihan pasien dapat dilakukan dengan baik melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital berupa E-Healing Program: From Good Food to Good Mood terdiri dari deteksi pasien dan intervensi program melalui dua program unggulan program pengelolaan gizi dan psikoterapi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui metode sosialisasi inventarisasi E-Healing Program, workshop, uji coba sistem dan pendampingan pengurus. Terwujudnya invetarisasi pengelolaan data dasar pasien terdiri dari ODGJ dan NAPZA yang berbasis digital. Terdapat peningkatan keterampilan pengelolaan inventarisasi pengurus sebesar 79% dalam menerapkan program klasifikasi data pasien berbasis digital. Diharapkan program inventarisasi berbasis digital ini dapat menjadi salah satu upaya mewujudkan program penyembuhan yang efektif dan sesuai target waktu pengobatan pada yayasan rehabilitasi. Kata kunci : E- Healing, pelatihan dan pendampingan, Pemberdayaan Abstract: So far, Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation has been serving drug and ODGJ dependent patients, but there are obstacles felt by management, nurses, and therapists, namely the limited ability to conduct data inventory and optimal implementation of therapy in order to realize patient healing programs in accordance with the specified time target. All documentation of data and therapeutic activities that have been carried out by health workers is still recorded manually. Starting from the initial identification (screening) in the form of patient history questionnaires (BB, TB, TTV, treatment history, comorbidities) are still stored on the file shelf, the schedule of therapeutic activities both drug and psychotherapy which is still in the patient file folder and patient progress records are still stored in the nurse and patient notebooks. The patient's documents above are certainly very vulnerable and not well organized, easily damaged, lost. Efforts to realize patient recovery programs can be done well through the use of digital technology in the form of E-Healing Program: From Good Food to Good Mood consisting of patient detection and program intervention through two flagship programs of nutrition management and psychotherapy programs. Community service activities are carried out through the method of socializing the E-Healing Program inventory, workshops, system trials and management assistance. The realization of investment in basic patient data management consists of digital-based ODGJ and drugs. There was a 79% increase in management inventory management skills in implementing a digital-based patient data classification program. It is hoped that this digital-based inventory program can be one of the efforts to realize an effective healing program and according to the target treatment time at the rehabilitation foundation. Abstract

Telkom Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in the field of IT services, ICT and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. PT. Telkom Indonesia has a service that can be used for individuals or companies, namely Indihome. Indihome is a network package, an Indihome Fiber package that provides internet services, interactive TV and home telephones. It takes a design data system for troubleshooting services that can be accessed by customers and suitable technicians to support the smooth running of the process, processing of complaint information and corrective action. By using the proposed system correctly, it may be easier to monitor the distribution of complaint information, so as to speed up the repair process. This can also help speed up the presentation of reports that are accurate, timely and relevant so that they can assist management in making decisions. This is intended so that technicians do not face the main obstacles in recording information and monitoring the length of time working on field problems. In order to overcome this problem, we need a design data system service for electrical problems that can be accessed by the appropriate admin to support the smooth running of the process of processing complaint information and corrective action.
