Abstract

CV Teknologi Batam Solusindo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Supplier dan perdangangan barang elektronik. Perusahaan ini sudah bergerak dibidang bisnis online maupun offline, namun pada dasarnya CV Teknologi Batam Solusindo terdapat beberapa permasalahan yaitu kepercayaan pelanggan dan kepercayaan produk yang dijual oleh perusahaan. Hal ini berdampak pada perusahaan sehingga tidak terjadinya perubahan ataupun kenaikan omset. Untuk mencegah dari permasalahan yang terjadi, dilakukan perancangan company profil berbasis website, dimana dapat membantu sebuah perusahaan dalam mencegah permasalahan hal yang terjadi. Perancangan company profil berbasis website akan dilakukan dengan metode Waterfall, menggunakan Bahasa pemograman JavaScript dan menggunakan library ReactJs. Dengan adanya company profil berbasis website, perusahaan tersebut dapat membuat nilai plus kepada konsumen untuk menambahkan produk yang dipasarkan serta kepercayaan terhadap konsumen bertambah.

Abstract

Practical Work (KP) is one of the lecture programs that must be completed by students as one of their final assignments. With this practical work, the aim of educational institutions running the program is to provide real work experience to students. In carrying out this practical work, the author carries out service activities to PT. Interpak Industries Batam. The author has the opportunity to analyze and provide solutions to problems found by partner companies. The problem found by the author is the partner's company profile website being outdated. Therefore, the author will help partners by designing and implementing a more attractive and efficient company profile website for PT. Interpak Industries Batam. The design uses methods including data collection, design process, implementation process and valuation process. The results of the company profile website design will then be implemented live (hosting), so that partners and customers can directly access the website.

Abstract

Currently in an environment full of competition, the use of competitive advantage for companies must be very agile and adaptive. While it is often unable to establish a certain level of performance based on existing technology advancements, companies also frequently tap into new emerging technologies. How to address business appropriately as a way for companies to simultaneously exploit their current competitive advantages while exploring opportunities for the future. This achievement is based on a balance between exploration and exploitation which consists of more than just allocating resources in proportion between the two processes. So as will be discussed, For exploration to exploitation is a process that should be, different structures and cultures.

Abstract

At this time, business is very easy to do because there are already systems that help the development of a business. There are several examples of business development systems, one of which is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. With this system, it can help entrepreneurs to make a business plan so that it can run more effectively and efficiently. In addition to making business more effective and efficient, this system can also be combined with SCM (Supply Chain Management) so that these businesses can maximize the company's performance. There are lots of companies that use this ERP system, for example, CV Sumber Cipta Agung, which is engaged in producing food and beverages. CV Sumber Cipta Agung is a company engaged in the field of beverage manufacturers in the city of Batam which uses this system in developing its company to improve supply chain management (SCM) performance. The method used in this study is the method of interviews and literature review. CV Sumber Cipta Agung conducts its resource planning using SAP software and manages its supply chain system using the cross docking method.

Abstract

Dengan kemajuan era digital, aksesibilitas terhadap berbagai hal menjadi lebih mudah. Contoh nyata dari hal ini adalah munculnya e-commerce, dimana perdagangan dapat dilakukan secara daring antara berbagai pihak, mirip dengan platform Tokopedia. Tokopedia telah menjadi pemimpin dalam industri e-commerce di Indonesia selama beberapa waktu. Ditengah pandemi saat ini, Tokopedia baru ini menghadirkan fitur terbaru bernama Tokopedia Play Live Shopping. Live Shopping adalah bentuk siaran langsung dimana penjual mempromosikan produk mereka kepada audiens atau calon pembeli. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengukur dampak dari fitur Tokopedia Play Live Shopping terhadap minat pembelian dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Variabel penelitian ini meliputi Trust (Kepercayaan), Risk Perceived (Persepsi Risiko), Perceived Usefulness (Persepsi Kegunaan), Perceived Ease of Use (Persepsi Kemudahan) dan Repurchase Intention (Minat Pembelian). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner daring melalui pengambilan sampel acak. Penganalisaan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (SEM) dengan bantuan alat AMOS, dan didukung oleh SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap minat pembelian di Tokopedia Play Live Shopping di Kota Batam adalah persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap repurchase intention.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought about many changes to society in the industrial, economic, social, and even digital realms, including in the world of filmmaking. As the world of filmmaking has evolved, genres within film series have proliferated. This has created difficulties in navigating through recommendations for currently airing series due to the lengthy duration of episodes. Consequently, every enthusiast intending to watch a series must possess a high level of attraction to follow each episode. With the abundance of reviews, this can serve as a consideration for every viewer regarding a film series, allowing conclusions to be drawn about it. This research utilizes data from Twitter processed through machine learning and calculated using algorithms, comparing the results of analysis and experiments that demonstrate fairly accurate accuracy. The above research findings prove that the use of the Naïve Bayes machine learning algorithm provides a comprehensive overview of the assessment of film series. The predictions from the Naïve Bayes algorithm demonstrate sufficiently accurate accuracy compared to the experimental method and the analysis results from Rotten Tomatoes.

Abstract

Batam merupakan kota yang terkenal dengan statusnya sebagai tujuan wisata andalan. Kota Batam memiliki fasilitas pariwisata yang sangat baik, aksesibilitas yang mudah, dan beragam fasilitas umum yang menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh information quality, information quantity, information credibility, needs of information, serta attitude towards information terhadap information adoption dan purchase intention pada wisatawan yang mengunjungi Kota Batam. Pendekatan yang digunakan berupa pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan terhadap 304 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik SEM-PLS dengan SMARTPLS Versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa information quality, information credibility, needs of information, dan attitude towards information membawa efek yang signifikan atas information adoption. Namun, information quantity tidak mendatangkan efek signifikan atas information adoption. Information adoption tidak dapat mendatangkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, information adoption mampu memediasi pengaruh information quality, needs of information, dan attitude towards information terhadap purchase intention, tetapi tidak mampu memediasi hubungan information quantity dan information credibility terhadap purchase intention
