Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas perkebunan unggulan nasional. Pembibitan kopi umumnya melalui biji, padahal kopi dapat dibudidayakan melalui cara vegetative yaitu stek asal diberi perlakuan at pengatur tumbuh. Tujuan penelitian  ini adalah untuk  mempelajari pengaruh pemberian berbagai zat pengatur tumbuh alami pada stek kopi. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan  Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Garut pada Oktober – November 2016 menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan perlakuan tanpa pemberian ZPT, growtone, ekstrak bawang merah, dan air kelapa. Hasil percobaan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak bawang merah dapat menumbuhkan sebesar 50% dan penggunaan growtone sebesar 55% stek kopi hidup.KATA KUNCI: auksin, air kelapa, ekstrak bawang merah,  stek kopi  THE EFFECT OF VARIOUS NATURAL PLANT GROWTH REGULATOR ON GROWTH CUTTINGS OF COFFEEABSTRACTThe Coffee is one of national excellent commodities. The Nurseries of coffee generally through the beans, but it can be grown through vegetative through by cuttings treated with growth regulators. The purpose of this research was to study the effect of various naturally plant growth regulators in coffee cuttings. The experiment was conducted at the Experimental Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Garut in October-November, 2016 using Randomized Complete Block Design with treatment  without giving plant growth regulator, growtone, onion extract, and coconut water. The result showed  that the extract of onion can grow at 50% and the growtone treatments  can grow 55% of the coffee cuttings.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the diversity of species and the role of insects between pests and natural enemies insect in siamese orange (Citrus nobilis l.). Observation was done in Karangsari villege, Karangpawitan subdistrick, Garut districk from April to Jone 2018. The method used in qualitative method in five different land basedon the age of siamese orange plants (Citrus nobilis l.) where on the first and seccond field of the plant age 1,5 years, the third land the plant age of 2,5 years, the fourth land the age of the plant 4 years,  and on the fifth is the age of 8 months of plant life which concists of 2 observation, that is observation using yellow trap and visual observation at 5 sample points of siamese orange (Citrus nobilis l.). The results showed that the insects found in citrus (Citrus nobilis l.) plants consisted of 9 orders and conculated using the diversity index and dominance index. Insects found from five different fields, generally insect pests are the highest compared to natural enemies. The highest insects populations is on experiental land 5  with 8 moths of plant life and diversity index on five fields of siamese orange  (Citrus nobilis l.) planting has a moderate measure value and a low dominance index.

Abstract

        This study aims was to determine the effect of molasses and rice bran on the planting media to the growth and yield of brown oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus cystidiosus). The study was conducted in Patrol Village, Sirnagalih Village, Cigalontang District, Tasikmalaya Regency, in May until August 2018. The research used Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two factors and three replications. The first factor is the addition of molasses (M) consisting of four levels, namely m0 = no molasses, m1 = molases 34 cc /ℓ  water, m2 = molases 68 cc /ℓ water, m3 = molases 102 cc /ℓ water. The second factor is giving bran (D) consists of 4 levels, namely d0 = rice pholish 20%, d1 = bran 14% + 6%  rice pholish / kg ingredients, d2 = bran 16% + 4% rice pholish / kg ingredients, d3 = bran 18 % + 2% rice pholish / kg of ingredients. The results showed that there were interactions between doses of molasses and bran on the planting medium on the mycelium growth length of 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 day after inoculation with the best treatment in bran 20% and no molasses. The addition of bran 18% + 2% rice pholish / kg of material and molases 102 cc/ℓ water significantly affected the number of diameter mushrooms, fungi per baglog in periods I and II, number of fungi per plot I and II, fungal weight per baglog period I and II and mushroom weight per plot in periods I and II.
