Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi budaya literasi pada Pembelajaran Al Qur`an Hadits Kelas XII di Madrasah Aliyah Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru Al Qur`an Hadits Kelas XII di Madrasah Aliyah Raden Paku Wringinanom Gresik. Obyek penelitian adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hambatan yang dialami guru Al Qur`an Hadits Kelas XII dalam menerapkan Budaya Literasi. Hasil penelitian Implementasi Budaya Literasi pada pada Pembelajaran Al Qur`an Hadits Kelas XII menunjukkan bahwa; Implementasi Budaya literasi dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu pertama pembiasaan, pengembangan dan pembelajaran. Pendukung Implementasi budaya literasi pada pembelajaran al qur`an hadits, adanya payung hukum yaitu a) Juknis Gerakan Literasi Sekolah, b) Kepala Madrasah seorang penulis dengan tim literasi yang solid, c) Anggaran biaya dialokasikan dalam RAPBM, d) Dukungan dari semua pihak baik sekolah, orang tua dan masyakat. Adapun faktor penghambatnya antara lain a) SDM masih belum maksimal, b) motivasi guru kurang maksimal, c) minat baca siswa masih rendah, d) minimnya biaya yang dianggarkan atau dikelola. Solusi yang harus dilakukan yaitu a) mengalokasikan dana yang lebih besar dari anggaran biaya operasional sekolah, b) mengadakan pelatihan atau diklat tentang literasi sekolah, c) memperbanyak koleksi buku disetiap kelas, d) mengoptimalkan peran guru dan petugas perpustakaan e) mengajak semua stekhoalder yang ada untuk mendorong siswa siswi gemar membaca.

Abstract

Quality education will emerge from schools that have good quality, therefore improving the quality and good learning outcomes. This study discusses the implementation of the Discovery Learning Learning Model to improve Student Mastery in Zakat Management Materials in the Fiqih Study Field in Class VIII Mtsn 6 Pasuruan. The formulation of the problem is how to plan discovery learning models, how to implement discovery learning to improve students' mastery of zakat management materials in the field of Fiqih studies, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing discovery learning to improve student mastery of zakat management materials in the field of Fiqih studies, in research This includes descriptive research using a qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques in this study used the techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. Research result. Discovery learning-based Fiqih learning planning at MTSN 6 Pasuruan was realized in the form of a syllabus along with the development of lesson plans. The lesson plan is designed as a teacher's guide for teaching, what is unique is that in addition to containing competency indicators to be achieved, the lesson plan developed by the teacher is also loaded in full and in detail according to the scenario of the stages of the discovery model. Implementation of Fiqih learning based on discovery learning at MTSN 6 Pasuruan was carried out in accordance with the stages of implementation of the discovery learning model (Stimulation, problem statement, data collection, data processing, generalization). What is different from the discovery model, in general, is the way and innovation teachers in delivering, always updated according to technological developments and collaborating with existing media. This makes students able to complete their discoveries very well. Supporting and Inhibiting Factors Fiqih learning is based on discovery learning using repeating the core material into the subject matter, Providing several questions that are relevant to the material presented.

Abstract

. The focus of this research is as follows; 1) How is the planning of the headmaster’s academic supervision program to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? 2) What is the strategy for implementing the headmaster’s academic supervision program to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? 3) How is the supervision of the implementation of the headmaster’s academic supervision program to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? 4) How to evaluate the implementation of the headmaster’s academic supervision program to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? 5) What is the follow-up plan for the academic supervision of the headmaster to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This type of descriptive research accommodates all qualitative data information according to different descriptions, not only presenting numerical statements or results in the form of numbers. The approach used in this research is a case study to look carefully for events, activities, processes, and cases limited by time, so that various procedures are used according to a predetermined time.The results of this study are, 1) At the planning stage of the academic supervision program at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo, the head of the madrasa emphasizes identifying the problems faced by educators as well as SWOT analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the aspects of the learning activities they carry out , 2) the head of the MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo madrasa in carrying out the academic supervision program using supervision approaches, techniques and instruments that had been prepared beforehand, 3) The head of the MIS madrasa Raden Rahmat Balongbendo supervised the implementation of academic supervision related to the progress of educators in carrying out the instructions of the head of the madrasa as a supervisor not only looking for teacher mistakes, but also looking for positive things done by educators, for further development, 4) the head of the MIS madrasa Raden Rahmat Balongbendo evaluates academic supervision to find out the success of the strategy for implementing the academic supervision program, 5) the headmaster of the MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo carries out follow-up on the academic supervision of the madrasah head to improve the performance of educators in accordance with the results of the evaluation of the academic supervision that has been carried out.
