Abstract

Alih media merupakan salah satu strategi dalam pengelolaan arsip yang bertujuan untuk menjaga kelestarian informasi serta mencegah kerusakan pada arsip, khususnya arsip foto sejarah yang rentan mengalami kerusakan fisik akibat usia dan lingkungan penyimpanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses alih media arsip foto sejarah sebagai bentuk upaya pengamanan dan pemeliharaan arsip yang dilakukan di Museum Brawijaya, Malang.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Action Research (Penelitian Tindakan), dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data juga dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada staf Museum Brawijaya di lokasi penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan dilakukan dalam dua siklus.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Museum Brawijaya melakukan alih media arsip foto sejarah dari bentuk fisik ke format digital sebagai upaya untuk menjaga dan melestarikan arsip. Langkah ini dinilai efektif dalam mencega kerusakan lebih lanjut serta memudahkan akses dan pelestarian informasi sejarah yang terkandung dalam foto. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya ditemukan beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas yang belum memadai untuk mendukung proses alih media arsip foto sejarah.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa digitalisasi arsip foto sejarah di Museum Brawijaya menjadi langkah awal dalam upaya pelestarian dan perlindungan arsip dari kerusakan. Oleh karena itu, proses digitalisasi ini memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut dan peningkatan kualitas agar hasilnya dapat lebih optimal. Penelitian ini terbatas pada proses alih media arsip foto sejarah sebagai bagian dari upaya pelestarian dan pengamanan arsip, dan belum mencakup jenis dokumen sejarah lainnya yang juga memerlukan perlindungan terhadap kerusakan fisik guna menjaga integritas informasinya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between debt policy and tobacco excise tax rates with stock prices. Data sources were obtained from data published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and company websites. This research uses multiple regression analysis tools. The research found that first, the debt policy variable has a positive effect on the stock price of tobacco company Gudang Garam (GGRM), while for Sampoerna Company, the debt decision contributes negatively to the stock price. Second, the excise tax rate variable has a negative impact on tobacco stock prices. Third, debt policy and excise tax rates simultaneously affect tobacco stock prices. The implications of these findings indicate that company managers must carefully design debt policies to create optimal capital structure, as the effects of debt decisions can vary between companies. Government policies related to excise tax rates have a direct impact on stock market performance in the tobacco industry, meaning that investors and stakeholders must consider regulatory dynamics as an important factor in investment decision-making. The results of this research provide evidence that excise tax rate adjustments not only affect state revenues but also affect the stability and valuation of companies related to the tobacco industry in the capital market.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology and the increasing importance of financial literacy have redefined entrepreneurial behavior, particularly among small business owners in developing countries. In Indonesia, many small and medium enterprises (SMEs) continue to face challenges in financial management and technology adoption, especially in heritage-based economies such as Kampoeng Heritage Kajoetangan, Malang City. This study aims to examine the relationship between financial education, digital innovation, and financial behavior among micro and small entrepreneurs operating within this cultural and economic setting. This research employs an explanatory quantitative design using survey data collected from 50 SMEs. The data were analyzed through Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the structural relationships between the variables. The results reveal that both financial education and digital innovation have positive and significant effects on financial behavior, with financial education demonstrating a stronger influence. Entrepreneurs with higher financial literacy tend to exhibit more responsible financial decision-making, while digital innovation enhances financial efficiency and accessibility through technology-based operations. These findings underscore the complementary role of education and digital innovation in fostering rational and sustainable financial behavior among SMEs. The study highlights the importance of integrating financial literacy programs with digital capacity-building initiatives to strengthen entrepreneurial resilience. Policymakers are encouraged to design targeted interventions that expand access to financial education and digital infrastructure, particularly in cultural tourism areas where micro enterprises play a key role in local economic development.

Abstract

Persediaan barang merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting bagi operasional dan pelayanan perusahaan. Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) berperan penting dalam mengelola persediaan barang di perusahaan. Salah satu proses penting yang berhubungan dengan persediaan adalah purchase order (PO) yang dilakukan untuk mendapat barang dari pemasok. Proses purchase order (PO) dan pengiriman barang dari gudang ke toko memiliki langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku supaya proses persediaan barang berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah prosedur pengendalian barang di Alfamart Bululawang sudah berjalan secara efektif dan efisien ataukah belum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang proses purchase order (PO) persediaan barang di Alfamart Bululawang. Untuk pengumpulan data penulis melakukan kegiatan peninjauan (observasi) dan wawancara (interview). Hasil dari observasi ini proses persediaan barang di Alfamart yang beralamat di Jl. Raya Diponegoro, kec. Bululawang, Kabupaten Malang sudah berjalan dengan baik, efektif dan juga efisien. Perusahaan disarankan untuk melakukan evaluasi berkala terkait persediaan barang di Alfamart Bululawang untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan dan ketidaksesuaian.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi saat ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat luas, termasuk peneliti maupun mahasiswa. Salah satu kemajuan teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan khususnya dalam membantu membuat daftar pustaka adalah “Mendeley Reference Manager”. Mendeley merupakan salah satu dari beberapa alat manajemen referensi yang direkomendasikan baik jurnal nasional maupun jurnal bereputasi internasional. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan training penggunaan “Mendeley Reference Manager” untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam membuat daftar pustaka otomatis. Metode pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui ceramah online, instruksi tentang penggunaan Mendeley reference manager, praktik penulisan sitasi dalam artikel ilmiah, dan tanya jawab. Peserta dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjumlah 18 orang dengan berbagai latar belakang. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah para peserta dapat melakukan install “Mendeley Reference Manager” , membuat collection, membuat group kolaborasi hingga menyusun daftar pustaka otomatis. Kedepannya diharapkan para pengguna khususnya penelit dan mahasiswa dapat membuat daftar pustaka otomatis, dengan lebih baik, efektif, efisien dan meminimalisir kesalahan.

Abstract

Earnings are the critical indicators of a company's financial performance. Investors' investment decisions can be taken, predicting the company's future growth, and even earnings can determine the unsteady in an institution's stock price. Earning quality in a company's financial reporting is a must because quality earnings are real earnings without earnings management. In 2019, the financial statements of Garuda Indonesia (GI) were quite crowded and caused polemics. The airline with the GIAA issuer code managed to record a net profit of US $809 thousand in 2018, inversely proportional to the financial statements of 2017, which lost US$ 216.58 million. This performance is quite surprising because, in the third quarter of 2018, the company still lost US$ 114.08 million. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) also investigated this case until finally, in mid-June 2019, OJK imposed sanctions on the Office of Public Accountants that audited financial statements and imposed fines on Directors of Garuda Indonesia. This case is reminiscent of the importance of applying earnings quality to reporting a company's financial statement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meninjau tentang proses pengiriman barang pada perusahaan ekspor. Studi dilakukan pada CV Dona Doni Rattan Gallery yang berlokasi di Malang. CV Dona Doni Rattan Gallery Malang merupakan UMKM yang bekerja sama dengan PT Eskpedisi yang membantu proses pengiriman barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran terkait prosedur perencanaan serta pelaksanaan ekspor CV Dona Doni Rattan Gallery Malang hingga barang yang dikirimkan sampai ke luar negeri. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah owner atau pemilik CV Dona Doni Rattan Gallery Malang. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alasan CV Dona Doni Rattan Gallery Malang bekerja sama dengan PT Ekspedisi karena dinilai lebih menghemat tenaga dan biaya. Dalam proses ekspornya, CV Dona Doni Rattan Gallery Malang hanya menerbitkan invoice dan packing list sebagai syarat dokumen yang harus dipenuhi. Hal ini disebabkan karena dokumen lain telah diterbitkan oleh PT Ekspedisi sebagai pihak ketiga dalam kegiatan ekspor ini. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi pada CV Dona Doni Rattan Gallery Malang untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam proses pengelolaan ekspor.

Abstract

Generation Z, the latest working generation born between 1995 and 2012, has grown amidst the advancement of the digital technology era. As a generation that coexists with technology and benefits from easy access to information, Generation Z demonstrates a heightened sensitivity to various forms of information available on social media, including the trending awareness of the importance of mental health. The increasing trend of mental health awareness within Generation Z significantly influences their work ethic. This research aims to assess the extent of the impact of mental health trends on the work ethic behavior of Generation Z in the professional world. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach utilizing Systematic Literature Review methodology. The findings of this study reveal the substantial influence of mental health trends on the work ethic of Generation Z. Moreover, the outcomes contribute to a better understanding of how mental health awareness trends shape the work behavior of this generation in the workplace.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to analyze the effect of earnings quality on financial performance of banks in Indonesia by comparing the SOEs and private banks. This study uses discretionary accruals and earnings persistence indicators to measure earnings quality, as well as financial performance variables measured through return on assets, return on equity, rate return on loans and total asset turn over. Eight conventional banks compared in this study are 4 government banks and 4 private banks, with research data from 2006-2018. Data is processed using Partial Least Square Multigroup Moderation Technique. The results of this study indicate that earnings quality has a significant effect on financial performance of banks in Indonesia. While the results of bank type moderation show that the effect of earnings quality on financial performance of private banks is greater than that of state-owned banks. This study recommends the importance of applying earnings quality in banks, especially in state-owned banks. Furthermore, this study suggests that government companies should avoid earnings management in order to create good and high quality financial performance, especially in the banking sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Current developments in counseling show significant improvements, especially with the increasingly deeper integration of artificial intelligence (AI). This research focuses on analyzing research development trends in counseling and artificial intelligence, with data collected from Scopus-indexed publications from the beginning of 1982 to 2024. From this period, 470 relevant articles were identified for further analysis. The analysis process is carried out using bibliometric methods with PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) framework, with the help of R-Biblioshiny software, which allows in-depth analysis of patterns and trends in the literature. The analysis results show that this topic has experienced a significant increase in articles published, with an average annual growth of 11.59%. In addition, this topic also shows a reasonably high citation rate, with an average of 10.81 citations per article, indicating substantial influence in the academic community. Despite this, some areas are still not fully explored, such as artificial intelligence's role in decision-making in counseling, which represents a new and exciting niche for further research. Hopefully, this research will provide additional insights and encourage further research exploring the full potential of integrating artificial intelligence in counseling.
