Abstract

The lack of technology and information utilization in the making of learning media by teachers is the main factor in this community service activity. It is a challenge for teachers to create an interactive and varied learning media that can stimulate students to be more active, stimulate students' critical and creative thinking. To increase students' concentration and interest is audio-visual media, which is able to stimulate their senses of sight and hearing together. This designing audio-visual learning media based IT training uses the Powtoon application and the Screencast O Matic application. Direct and mentoring training made it easier for teachers to produce interesting and interactive learning media based on audio-visual. The aims of this training in community service are 1) provide teachers' knowledge and understanding of the nature of learning media, 2) developing audio-visual media training uses Powtoon application and Screencast O Matic application, 3) provide assistance related to audio-visual learning media based IT. The subjects in this community service are vocational high school teachers in Bangkalan and members of MGMP Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP). The implementation of this community service uses a variety of lecture methods, discussions, question and answer, direct tutorials and direct practice of making an audio-visual learning media based IT. The result of this community service are that most trainees are able to practice and design learning media from the learning subjects using Powtoon or Screencast O Matic application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green marketing and green product partially on the decisions to purchase Sukin product. In addition, this study also aims to determine the effect of green marketing and green product simultaneously on the decision to purchase Sukin product. This research uses descriptive quantitative. The population of this tudy are respondents who have made at least one purchase decision regarding Sukin product. In this study used a purposive sampling technique method of 120 samples. Data was collected via google form and measured with a likert scale using the IBM version 25 of SPSS software with multiple liniear analysis method. The result of this study indicate that there is a partial and simultaneous positive effect on green marketing and green product on purchasing decisions for Sukin product.

Abstract

Advances in technology and information have brought significant changes to aspects of human life, one of which is in the field of marketing. This study aims to find out how to use digital platforms as a marketing tool for MSMEs in Kampung Kue. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study stated that the use of digital platforms as a marketing tool for MSMEs in Kampung Kue was less active.

Abstract

Upaya untuk menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang siap menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja, diwujudkan dengan adanya program praktik kerja industri yang diterapkan oleh sekolah menengah kejuruan dan pembekalan kemampuan pendukung. Dalam hal ini, SMKN 4 Surabaya melakukan kerja sama dengan Alfamart dalam mengadakan program prakerin kelas Alfa yang dilakukan selama kurang lebih 6 bulan dan diawali dengan training secara online dan offline, serta penempatan di area yang berbeda untuk tiap siswa. Dengan merujuk pada fenomena tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pelaksanaan program prakerin kelas Alfa serta penguasaan soft skill dapat mendorong kesiapan siswa memasuki dunia kerja. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik pusposive sampling, di mana sejumlah 26 informan berhasil dikumpulkan sebagai sampel penelitian. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan siswi kelas XII jurusan BDP SMKN 4 Surabaya yang mengikuti dan telah menyelesaikan prakerin kelas Alfa. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas XII jurusan BDP di SMKN 4 Surabaya yang menyelesaikan prakerin kelas Alfa sudah siap memasuki dunia kerja karena telah mendapatkan pengalaman bekerja dan soft skill yang akan dibutuhkan saat bekerja nanti.

Abstract

Educational curriculum changes in vocational high schools (SMK) require adaptation in their implementation in the learning process, as in learning assessment activities. In class X Digital Business at SMK Negeri Mojoagung, teachers have not adapted learning assessment activities based on the curriculum used and have not been adjusted to the characteristics of students. Research on the development of assessment based on the kurikulum merdeka on element 3 of the subject basics of marketing assisted by quizizz at SMK Negeri Mojoagung aims to know the development, feasibility and response of students to the kurikulum merdeka-based assessment assisted by quizizz. This research type using research and development (research and development) with the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subject of the trial was students of class X Digital Business 3 of SMK Negeri Mojoagung. The research instruments used interview forms, expert review and validation sheets, and learner response forms. Data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative analysis of interview forms and expert reviews, while expert validation sheets and learner responses were analyzed quantitatively with percentages. The results of the research used the ADDIE development model. The assessment feasibility by material experts is 90% with very feasible criteria, assessment experts are 96.36% with very feasible criteria, and linguists are 90% with very feasible criteria. Students' responses to the developed assessment have very feasible criteria with a score of 89.72%. The developed assessment is feasible to use and got a positive response from students. Abstract

Abstract Students of the education study program at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Surabaya State University (UNESA) are less interested in improving their teaching skills and quality so they are less interested in continuing PPG. This research aims to determine the influence of perceptions of the teaching profession on interest in continuing teacher professional education through intervening variables as intervening variables for students in the education study program at FEB UNESA. This type of research uses quantitative research. The research population was students from the education study program at FEB UNESA class of 2020. The sample used was 156 students using a proportional random sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaires/questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and path analysis in this study using the SPSS version 27 program. The results of this study show that the variable perception of the teacher profession (X) has a significant effect on interest in continuing teacher professional education (Y), the variable Perception of the teacher profession (X) has a significant effect on learning motivation (Z), the learning motivation variable (Z) has a significant effect on interest in continuing professional teacher education (Y), and the perception variable of the teacher profession (X) has a significant effect on interest in continuing teacher professional education (Y) through learning motivation (Z) as an intervening variable. The findings of this research can be used as a basis for further research in the field of education where further research can explore other factors that influence interest in continuing teacher professional education.

Abstract

Tingkat pengangguran mengalami kenaikan di kalangan individu yang memiliki tingkat pendidikan lebih tinggi, sementara prevalensi lulusan Pendidikan Bisnis yang memilih berwirausaha masih tergolong rendah, menandakan bahwa minat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa pada program studi tersebut masih belum mencapai tingkat yang signifikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh mata kuliah praktik kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha danpengaruh pemanfaatan platform e-commerce terhadap minat berwirausaha serta pengaruh antara mata kuliah praktik kewirausahaan dan pemanfaatan platform e-commerce terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Bisnis Unesa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori minat Holland yang dikenal sebagai model RIASEC, dengan salah satu tipe kepribadian yang relevan dalam konteks minat berwirausaha adalah Enterprising. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bisnis Unesa yang dipilih melalui metode teknik purposive sampling, menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan hasil 98 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mata kuliah praktik kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha, pemanfaatan platform e-commerce juga berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan keduanya berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Bisnis Unesa.

Abstract

Currently, local products are very developed and favored by teenagers, one of the product is cosmetic products. Cosmetic products are often used by Indonesian people, especially women in their daily life as their daily needs. There are various kinds of business people who sell cosmetic products, one of them is Emina who gives the advantages of the products offered. This study aims to determine the effect of E-Service Quality & Electronic Word Of Mouth on Emina Cosmetic Product Purchase Decisions in the Community of Surabaya City. This type of research is quantitative. The research population taken is people who live in Surabaya with the age of 12-25 years by taking samples using non-probability sampling methods, and getting a sample of 210 respondents. Data analysis is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 22. The results of the study showed that the E-Service Quality (X1) & Electronic Word Of Mouth (X2) variables had an effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) variable either partially or simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows that 2 independent variables contributed 54.9% and the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Currently, the world is entering the era of Society 5.0, which will impact student learning due to the proliferation of technology that facilitates easy access to learning materials. If teachers rely solely on lecture methods, students may become bored and less active in the learning process. One suitable instructional model for this era is project-based learning. This approach teaches students to engage in practical activities and take responsibility for specific tasks, providing them with direct experience rather than just theoretical knowledge. The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of implementing project-based learning combined with differentiated instruction on student learning outcomes. The research method used is classroom action research, divided into two cycles. The stages include initial planning, followed by action, observation, and finally, reflection. The results of this study indicate that the application of the project-based learning model, coupled with differentiated instruction, is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

One of the main obstacles to online learning is learning infrastructure and the availability of internet facilities, i.e., internet quotas. Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) students regularly receive internet quota assistance from the Minister of Education and Culture and Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Therefore, it is expected that the online learning process will run well. The study aimed to determine 1) the impact of the online learning service quality on student satisfaction and 2) the moderation effect of Infrastructure to strengthen the effect of service quality on student satisfaction in online learning. The subjects of this study were students of the UNESA, Indonesia, with 250 students as research samples. Data collection was done by distributing online questionnaires using google forms. The data analysis technique used moderated regression analysis. The results proven that 1) the online learning service quality affects student satisfaction, 2) infrastructure as the moderator variable not proven as a moderator model, but infrastructure has a direct influence on student satisfaction in online learning.
