Abstract

Currently, local products are very developed and favored by teenagers, one of the product is cosmetic products. Cosmetic products are often used by Indonesian people, especially women in their daily life as their daily needs. There are various kinds of business people who sell cosmetic products, one of them is Emina who gives the advantages of the products offered. This study aims to determine the effect of E-Service Quality & Electronic Word Of Mouth on Emina Cosmetic Product Purchase Decisions in the Community of Surabaya City. This type of research is quantitative. The research population taken is people who live in Surabaya with the age of 12-25 years by taking samples using non-probability sampling methods, and getting a sample of 210 respondents. Data analysis is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 22. The results of the study showed that the E-Service Quality (X1) & Electronic Word Of Mouth (X2) variables had an effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) variable either partially or simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows that 2 independent variables contributed 54.9% and the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Sebuah tantangan bagi Guru dalam menghasilkan inovasi bahan ajar yang memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yaitu berupa electronic material salah satunya berbentuk E-Modul. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah memberikan penguatan inovasi bahan ajar kepada kepada Guru melalui pelatihan merancang E-Modul aplikasi Sigil software. Khalayak sasaran pelaksanan PkM ini adalah Guru SMK Labschool Unesa1 Surabaya. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini 92,86% dari target peserta yang direncanakan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dalam tiga hari, yaitu hari pertama penyampaian materi, hari kedua dan ketiga melakukan pendampingan penyusunan bahan ajar E-Modul dengan menggunakan aplikasi sigil software. Pelatihan ini dilakukan secara interaktif dengan kombinasi melalui ceramah, sharing, tanya jawab, melakukan diskusi, tutorial dan peserta mempraktikan secara langsung untuk menyusun E-Modul. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini efektif karena terdapat peningkatan nilai yang signifikan sebesar 25% terkait pemahaman peserta pelatihan terhadap isi materi dan praktik saat pendampingan. Luaran atau output dari pelaksanaan PkM peserta pelatihan mampu membuat rancangan bahan ajar E-Modul, yang ditunjukkan dari 85% peserta pelatihan telah mengumpulkan output

Abstract

The development of.learning media using Articulate Storyline is becoming increasingly important in the context of modern student-centered education. When problems arise regarding the lack of teacher creativity and teacher skills in utilizing learning media, it causess students too easily get bored in the learning process. This activity is divided into 3 parts, namely: (1) Initial coordination stage of activities, (2) Implementation of activities, and (3) Evaluation of activities. In general, the ability of participants to understand learning media using the articulate storyline application is good with a classical completion value indicator (KKM) of 70. Based on the pre-test value of training participants who have a completion value of 67.5% and a post-test value of 81.7%. From the results of the training on making learning media, it can be identified that participants are very enthusiastic in participating in the training from the high level of attendance of training participants and the results of making good learning media after training.

Abstract

Education is a crucial factor in creating quality human resources and determining the progress of a country. In today's era, teachers are required to design learning by creating learning media that aligns with technology. This research and development aims to determine the stages of development, feasibility, and student responses to web-based learning media using Google Sites in the subject of Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) following the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of the trial were students from class XI Digital Business 1 and 2 at SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya. The research instruments included review sheets, expert validation sheets, and student response sheets. Data analysis techniques were conducted by analyzing the results of expert reviews, expert validation, and student responses. The results of the research using the ADDIE development model showed that the feasibility of the web-based learning media according to the material expert was 91.11%, the language expert was 84%, and the media expert was 86%. Student responses to the web-based learning media using Google Sites were rated as very good, with a score of 90.32%, indicating that the learning media is suitable for use and received positive feedback from students.

Abstract

One of the main obstacles to online learning is learning infrastructure and the availability of internet facilities, i.e., internet quotas. Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) students regularly receive internet quota assistance from the Minister of Education and Culture and Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Therefore, it is expected that the online learning process will run well. The study aimed to determine 1) the impact of the online learning service quality on student satisfaction and 2) the moderation effect of Infrastructure to strengthen the effect of service quality on student satisfaction in online learning. The subjects of this study were students of the UNESA, Indonesia, with 250 students as research samples. Data collection was done by distributing online questionnaires using google forms. The data analysis technique used moderated regression analysis. The results proven that 1) the online learning service quality affects student satisfaction, 2) infrastructure as the moderator variable not proven as a moderator model, but infrastructure has a direct influence on student satisfaction in online learning. Abstract

The low level of interest among education students in pursuing a teaching career persists, even after gaining field experience through the Kampus Mengajar program. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Kampus Mengajar program and social influence on the interest in becoming a teacher, with internal locus of control as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative in nature and uses path analysis with SPSS version 25 software, involving 135 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Negeri Surabaya who participated in the 7th batch of the Kampus Mengajar program. The results show that both the Kampus Mengajar program and social influence have a positive and significant effect on internal locus of control. Additionally, both variables also directly influence students’ interest in becoming teachers. However, internal locus of control does not have a significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher, nor does it mediate the influence of the Kampus Mengajar program and social influence on that interest. These findings suggest that direct teaching experience and social influence play an important role in fostering interest in the teaching profession, whereas internal self-control alone is not a sufficiently strong mediating factor. This research is expected to contribute to educational policy development, particularly in shaping the character and readiness of prospective educators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on the TikTok shop application in Jombang Regency. The population used is the effect of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions on the TikTok application. This study used a sample of 101 respondents. The analysis used is a research instrument test and hypothesis testing. With the results of the study that a consumer or buyer trusts the rating information in the TikTok shop more because the better the rating given, the goods received will be in accordance with the description so that they can fulfill the purchase decision at the TikTok shop and consumers trust the online customer rating given by other consumers on TikTok to determine the service provided. In addition, consumers also choose purchases based on reviews of seller services reviewed by other consumers on the TikTok shop. But consumers trust the rating information given for a product more, the higher the stars or ratings given, the more the product matches the actual situation. This can be seen from the results of the t-test that the online customer review and online customer rating variables partially influence purchasing decisions in the TikTok shop marketplace. Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the impact of green perceived quality on green purchase intention. Additionally, it seeks to explore whether green trust enhances the relationship between green perceived quality and green purchase intention. Method: The research employs a quantitative approach, focusing on consumers in Surabaya who have experience purchasing eco-print products from MSMEs. A total of 300 respondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, and the analysis was conducted using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results: The findings reveal that green perceived quality significantly influences green purchase intention. However, green trust does not moderate or strengthen the relationship between green perceived quality and green purchase intention.  Novelty: While prior studies have investigated issues related to trust, this research uniquely examines the role of environmental beliefs from the perspective of perceived quality in shaping green purchase behaviour, particularly in the context of MSME products. By proposing a research framework, this study provides insights that can assist MSMEs in enhancing green purchasing intensity through strategies centered on green perceived quality and moderated by green beliefs.

Abstract

The high unemployment rate and low entrepreneurial interest among graduates of the educational program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unesa, is a concerning issue. According to the Tracer Study data from the educational program, only a small percentage of graduates choose entrepreneurship. The statistics show that 15% of business education graduates, 23% of office administration education graduates, and only 3% of economics education graduates choose to become entrepreneurs. This indicates a lack of interest in entrepreneurship among educational program students. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship practice courses, risk perception, and family environment on entrepreneurial interest among students of the educational program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unesa. The study employs a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using SPSS version 25. The sample consists of 148 undergraduate students from the 2021 cohort of the educational program who have taken the entrepreneurship practice course. The findings indicate that the entrepreneurship practice course, risk perception, and family environment have a significant partial influence on entrepreneurial interest. Simultaneously, these three independent variables significantly contribute to entrepreneurial interest among students, accounting for 85.6%, while the remaining 14.4% is influenced by other factors not covered in this study. This research provides important insights into how academic factors, risk perception, and support from the family environment can affect students' entrepreneurial interest. It is expected that the findings can contribute to enhancing students' understanding and skills in entrepreneurship, making them more prepared to enter the entrepreneurial world after graduation. Ultimately, the results of this study can help increase the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, which will help reduce unemployment rates and strengthen the economy.

Abstract

 Background: Perineal rupture is the cause of postpartum maternal bleeding. Postpartum hemorrhage is the main cause of 40% of maternal deaths in Indonesia. One way of natural treatment is by giving aloevera (Aloevera Liliceae) which can accelerate the wound healing process.Objective: To determine the effectiveness of using aloevera  on perinal wound healing in postpartum mothers in Karang Anyar Health Center, South Lampung.Methods: This  research was quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach. The subjects of this study were 104 mothers who experienced perineal rupture of degree I and  II in the Working Area of the Karang Anyar Health Center, South Lampung, with a total sample of 51 data.. Data obtained from questionnaires. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate using independent t-testResults: It was known that the average value of perineal wound healing given aloe vera was 4.72, standard deviation 1.815. The average value of perineal wound healing that was not given aloe vera was 7.35, the deviation was 2,545. There was an effectiveness of using aloe vera on perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers in Karang Anyar Health Center, South Lampung (Pvalue = 0.026,).Conclusion: There is an effectiveness of using aloe vera on perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers in Karang Anyar Health Center, South Lampung, research suggestions for mothers who experience in perineal injuries to treat wounds after childbirth and consume nutritious food, especially foods that contain high protein so that the wound is fast healed.Suggestions: Encourage mothers who have perineal wounds to treat wounds after childbirth and consume nutritious foods, especially foods that contain high protein so that the wound heals quickly Keywords: Aloevera, Perineum, Rupture, Postpartum ABSTRAK: Latar Belakang: Ruptur perineum menjadi penyebab perdarahan ibu postpartum. Perdarahan postpartum menjadi penyebab utama 40% kematian ibu di Indonesia Salah satu cara pengobatan alami yaitu dengan pemberian lidah buaya yang dapatTujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan lidah buaya (Aloevera) terhadap penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan.mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka.Metode: jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitiankuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ibu bersalin yang mengalami ruptur perineum derajat I dan derajat II di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan 104 ibu, sampel sebanyak 51 data. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner.Analisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji t independen.Hasil: Diketahui bahwa Nilai rata-rata penyembuhan luka perineum yang diberikan lidah buaya (aloevera) adalah 4,72, standar deviasi 1,815. Nilai rata-rata penyembuhan luka perineum yang tidak diberikan lidah buaya (aloevera) adalah 7,35, deviasi adalah sebesar 2,545. Terdapat efektivitas penggunaan lidah buaya (Aloevera) terhadap penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan (Pvalue=0,026,).Kesimpulan: Terdapat efektivitas penggunaan lidah buaya (Aloevera) terhadap penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan saran penelitian ibu yang mengalami luka perineum untuk merawat luka setalah melahirkan dan mengkonsumsi makanan bergizi khususnya makananan yang mengandung protein tinggi agar lukanya cepat sembuh.Saran: Mengajurkan ibu yang mengalami luka perineum untuk merawat luka setalah melahirkan dan mengkonsumsi makanan bergizi khususnya makananan yang mengandung protein tinggi agar lukanya cepat sembuh. Kata kunci : Alovera, Perineum, Nifas, Ruptur, Postpartum
