Abstract

This research aims to: Analyzing the simultaneous significant influence of motivation, work dicipline, and job benefit on employee performance ;examining impact motivation on employee performance ; assesing the influence of job benefitson employee performance This research uses Descriptive Quantitative. the population in this research is in the Gondang Subdistrict, Tulungagung Regency. The researcher does not specify a sample, because all members of the population will be examined. The technique is a method of data collection now. In this study, researchers used the software (software), Microsoft Office Excel 2007 to carry out a descriptive and statistical analysis software (software) Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for Windows version 21.0 to carry out the test, test the classical, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis, , The research findings indicate a significant influence betwen the variables of motivation, work dicipline and job benefits on employee performance . meanwhile the most dominant influencingvariable is the work discipline

Abstract

Abstract

Indonesia, as one of the world's four coffee suppliers, has the potential to develop coffee cultivation and processing technology, given the still-open market. The slopes of Mount Wilis in Kediri Regency boast 45 hectares of coffee plantations that are still under development and do not yet produce sufficient quantities of coffee. Coffee farmers still live in poverty due to the relatively low selling price and also low production capacity. This community service effort focuses on adding value to Wilis Arabica coffee, creating the Wilis Arabica Drip product. This product can increase its selling price by up to 300% over its original price. roasted beanswithout special packaging. The active involvement of participants (farmer group members) in the training, enabling them to gain hands-on experience rather than simply listening to material, has a positive impact on their motivation to add value to the harvested coffee, turning it into high-value packaged coffee products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, alumni testimonials, and customer service quality on interest in registering at SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students of SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya and analyzed using SPSS Version 25. Data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test, F-test, and R2 Determination Coefficient Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, X3, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, thus each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test, each variable is declared reliable because it has a Cronbach's Alpha value> 0.60. Then in the t-test, the significance value of the digital marketing variable (X1), alumni testimonials (X2), and customer service quality (X3) was obtained at 0.000 <0.05, which indicates that the three variables partially have a significant effect on interest in registering. Then in the F-test, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained, indicating that digital marketing, alumni testimonials, and customer service quality have an effect on interest in registering at SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya

Abstract

Ketersediaan benih bermutu sangat strategis, karena merupakan kunci utama untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam usaha budidaya hortikultura. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis model kemitraan pembenihan hortikultura yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas pertanian. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Objek dari penelitian adalah pelaksanaan model kemitraan pembenihan Hortikultura yang dilakukan oleh CV. Aura Seed Indonesia, Kediri. Subyek Penelitian adalah Karyawan CV. Aura Seed Indonesia, Kediri, Kelompok tani pelaksana kemitraan pembenihan, dan stakeholder dengan jumlah informan 10 orang. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, FGD (Fokus Discusion Group), maupun dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitianModel kemitraan pembenihan hortikultura yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan petani di Kabupaten Kediri, yaitu Kemitraan Kerjasama Operasional, dengan pemberian stimulus
