Abstract

ABSTRACTCareer is a person's progress in a job that is obtained through training or work experience during his life. The stages in a career start from knowing the type of job you are interested in based on your expertise, so there is a reference for finding the job you want. After knowing the job you want, the next step is to stay focused and deepen your skills in that field, so you can master the job you're looking for. Based on these stages, a system is needed that can recommend careers that can assist students in determining careers that match their potential based on their academic grades. In this study, the K-Means algorithm was used to analyze the problem. This study designed a k-means algorithm analysis system for career suitability recommendations for web-based students using HTML, PHP, CSS and XAMPP programming languages. The method used in this study is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. This research is able to provide career recommendations for students using the k-means clustering algorithm for three types of careers, namely Web Engineer, Programmer and Software Engineering. Abstract

ABSTRACT Since minister lukman (2014-2019) and judge saifuddin (2014-2019) presented the discourse on religious censorship, the ministry of religions has continued to develop knowledge and strengthen religious censorship narratives through various digital platforms. The study focuses on the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia's increased religious censorship on YouTube, the most popular social media platform for today's Internet users. The study draws several conclusions by combining a content analysis method with a descriptive analysis method. First, the intensity with which the YouTube channel is used to strengthen religious censorship issues needs to be increased. Only 15 (4.71%) of the 318 videos uploaded to the ministry of religion's YouTube account contain content on censorship and religious harmony. The annual frequency remained low, and there was no content on moderation and religious harmony in 2019. Second, religious censorship is still applied primarily to intellectuals who have not reached out to millennials. Its progress in eradicating negative issues related to the government's religious regulation program remains limited. Third, reaction data on censored and harmonized video content remains low, according to warganet. According to research, netizens prefer the term harmony to moderation. This suggests that the Indonesian people prefer harmony in general, but there are still some interpretations or negative impressions of the term "moderation" carried by the ministry of religions. Keywords: Methode (SAW), Student presidency candidate (PRESMA), Decision-making support systems

Abstract

Anak usia dini merupakan awal kreativitas anak, dan kreativitas anak diawali dengan kegiatan bermain. Kegiatan yang menyenangkan akan semakin mengembangkan kreativitas anak. Tempat dimana pendidikan seni bagi anak-anak terkesan hanya sekedar bermain. Namun perlu anda ketahui bahwa kreativitas anak dapat ditingkatkan melalui pendidikan seni yang diaplikasikan dengan permainan akan membuat anak semkain tertarik dalam pembelajaran, karena anak menemukan hal-hal baru dan hal-hal yang sudah diketahuinya. Melalui kegiatan menggambar, siswa dapat mengungkapkan berbagai ide yang ada di benaknya, dan gambar yang dihasilkan juga menunjukkan tingkat kreativitas anak.Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah menerapkan media pembelajaran pengenalan huruf dengan Unity 3D untuk Anak Usia Dini supaya mempermudah anak didik dalam memahami pelajaran secara efektif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber untuk memperluas pengetahuan di bidang  aplikasi yang menggunakan Unity 3D sebagai media pembelajarannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan dari aplikasi Unity 3D pengenalan huruf ini memudahkan pengguna dalam mengenali huruf secara real-time.

Abstract

Saat ini, perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menjadi indikator kemajuan suatu Negara. Dalam konteks Indonesia, perkembangan teknologi informasi terjadi hampir di seluruh aspek, mulai dari penyelenggaraan pemerintahan sampai dengan kehidupan masyarakat. Hal ini dimulai sejak diberlakukannya Instruksi Presiden Nomor 3 Tahun 2003 tentang kebijakan pengembangan E-Government, penerapan ini menjadi manivestasi komitmen pemerintah dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan berbasis infrastuktur teknologi informasi. Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi memiliki konsep untuk mewujudkan desa cerdas. Berdasarkan pernyataan kemdes PDTT menjadi masalah utama dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi desa dan mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui Pembangunan Desa. Konsep smart village di Indonesia tidak terlepas dari tiga elemen yaitu smart goverment, smart community, dan smart environment. Dengan demikian ketiga unsur tersebut harus memiliki sinergisitas yang berbasis teknologi (IoT). Diperlukan kajian lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui penerapan smart village berbasis IoT pada ketiga indikator tersebut baik ekonomi, sosial maupun lingkungan di Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi smart village berbasis IoT di Kabupaten Bireuen. Dari 20 desa percontohan yang ada di Kabupaten Bireuen, maka hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan 3 desa di Kabupaten Bireuen yang bisa menuju smart village sesuai dengan target pemerintah yaitu desa Blang Kubu di Kec. Peudada, desa kec.Ganda pura dan desa Cot Mesjid Kec. Juli.

Abstract

Increasing innovation and creativity in a product is an obligation. One of them is tourism media innovation. The latest innovation that is expected to attract people's attention is the application of Augmented Reality (AR) Technology on tourist attraction brochures through the screen. AR technology or can also be referred to as Augmented Reality is the integration of digital elements that are added to the real world and follow the existing environment. This application can be applied to android-based mobile devices. Thus, the cellphone screen will present a description of the tourist attraction and even display sound and video. Learning media through AR-based tourist object brochures as a smart, easy, fast solution to find out tourist objects in Bireuen Regency in an interesting way. Through an AR brochure, everyone can find out the tourist attractions in Bireuen Regency in real time.

Abstract

Action Mobile Bangking merupakan layanan yang ditawarkan oleh Bank Aceh Syariah untuk mempermudah transaksi keuangan melalui smartphone. Meningkatnya pertumbuhan transaksi digital di indonesia yang semakin hari semakin meningkat, membuat banyaknya bank-bank pesaing mulai meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan fitur-fitur terbaru pada mobile bangking, mengingat Bank Aceh merupakan Bank Daerah (BPD) maka dari itu perlu dilakukan Analisa Pengembangan atau Persamaan Digital Marketing Pada Aplikasi Action Mobile Bangking Bank Aceh hingga mampu memberikan alternatif dalam melayani kebutuhan Transaksi Nasabah. Menggunakanl metode Technologyl Acceptance Modell (TAM) danl perhitungan Usability yangl dapat menjadil acuan dalaml menetapkan berbagail pemanfaatan danl penggunaan TIl dari perspektifl pengguna terhadapl manfaat danl perspektif terhadapl penggunaan. Hasil Analisa pengukuranl TAM Perceivedl Ease ofl Use (PEOUl) yaitu sebesarl 95% yangl artinya memilikil nilai yang sangatl layak. Kemudianl hasil lperhitungan Usability diperolehl hasil pengukuranl TAM Perceivedl Usefulness (lPU) yaitu sebesarl 96%, serta erorr 5% yangl menunjukkan bahwal hasil pengukuranl Usability aplikasil Action Mobile memilikil nilai sangatl layak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi penambahan fitur ke pada pihak Bank Aceh Syariah guna melayani kebutuhan transaksi nasabah serta meningkatkan jumlah pengguna baru.

Abstract

Caring for ornamental fish in aquariums often presents significant challenges, primarily when maintenance relies on manual methods. Owners may face difficulties when they are unavailable to feed the fish or clean the aquarium, potentially compromising the health and well-being of the ornamental fish. Consistent water quality monitoring is critical to maintaining a stable and healthy environment for these aquatic creatures. To address these issues, this study developed an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system to monitor water conditions in real-time via an internet connection. By leveraging IoT technology, the system allows owners to access real-time data and remotely control aquarium parameters through a user-friendly interface, providing convenience and improved management. The system monitors essential water parameters, including temperature and pH levels, to sustain the fish's health and ensure the aquarium ecosystem's stability. Testing was conducted over two days, with data recorded at fifteen-minute intervals each day, and the results demonstrated that the system effectively monitored these parameters with sufficient accuracy. The collected data is presented in an intuitive table interface, making it easy for users to analyze trends and respond promptly to any irregularities. Additionally, the system features automatic actuator controls that allow necessary adjustments without requiring constant user involvement, significantly simplifying aquarium maintenance. The accompanying monitoring website further enhances usability by enabling users to check and manage water quality anywhere and anytime, providing flexibility and control. These features collectively ensure a more effective, efficient, and sustainable approach to ornamental fish care, ultimately improving aquarium management and fish well-being.

Abstract

The attendance system is an essential element in the academic environment to ensure lecturer attendance in the lecture process. However, the manual attendance method still has various weaknesses, such as the potential for data manipulation and inefficiency in recording attendance. To overcome these problems, this research designs and implements an Internet of Things (IoT)-based lecturer attendance system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) sensors integrated with the Telegram application. The research method includes hardware design with ESP32 microcontroller, ESP32-CAM, RFID sensor, and HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor. This system works by detecting lecturer attendance through RFID cards confirmed by ESP32, taking pictures with ESP32-CAM, and sending automatic notifications via the Telegram bot. Lecturer attendance data is then stored in a web-based database to facilitate the monitoring and evaluation. The test results show that the developed system can detect and record lecturer attendance accurately, with the response speed of the RFID sensor in reading cards ranging from 1-5 cm. The ultrasonic sensor also successfully detects objects accurately within a predetermined distance range. Lecturer attendance notifications sent via Telegram allow administrators to conduct real-time monitoring. With this IoT-based attendance system, the attendance recording process becomes more efficient and transparent and can reduce the risk of data manipulation. Further development can be done by adding data encryption and biometric authentication features to improve system security.

Abstract

Pemupukan merupakan salah satu teknologi yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil tanaman. Bahan organik merupakan salah satu unsur yang dapat menyuburkan tanah agar menghasilkan tanah yang subur, maka diperlukan bahan organik.. Alternatif yang dapat mencegah  menurunnya  kualitas tanah, adalah dengan pemberian kompos yang diharapkan dapat   meningkatkan ketersedian unsur hara sebagai media tanam. Ampas tebu merupakan bahan buangan yang biasanya dibuang secara open dumping tanpa pengolahan lebih lanjut, sehingga akan menimbulkan gangguan lingkungan    dan    bau    yang    tidak sedap. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlu diterapkan suatu teknologi untuk mengatasi   limbah ampas tebu yaitu   dengan menggunakan teknologi daur ulang limbah  padat  menjadi  produk kompos yang bernilai ekonomis. Kegiatan  ini  dilakukan  di  Desa  Baloy Kecamatan Blang Mangat Kota Lhokseumawe dengan metode observasi, penyuluhan, pendampingan dan demonstrasi pembuatan pupuk Kompos Ampas tebu. Upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berbasis desa binaan dalam pemanfaatan ampas tebu sebagai pupuk kompos sangat efektif dilakukan  karena dapat meningkatkan  pengetahuan  dan  pemahaman masyarakat  dalam  pengelahan  ampas tebu menjadi pupuk kompos yang bisa digunakan untuk keperluan sendiri maupun diperdagangkan, sehingga manpu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat baik  dari  segi kesehatan,  maupun  dari  sudut  ekonomi.  Kegiatan ini pada akhirnya akan sangat menguntungkan  bagi masyarakat Desa Baloy , karena dapat mendapatkan meningktkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang pengolahan  ampas tebu menjadi pupuk kompos

Abstract

RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen is the main referral hospital in Bireuen Regency which has an important role in public health services. Fluctuations in the number of patients per polyclinic are a challenge in managing resources such as medical personnel, medicines, and other supporting facilities. This study aims to apply the triple exponential smoothing method in predicting the number of patients per polyclinic. The results showed that the triple exponential smoothing method has a high level of accuracy with a MAPE value of 1.456% (98.544% accuracy). Predictions using triple exponential smoothing predict 211,460 patients in January 2025, 211,454 in February 2025, and 211,455 for March 2025 to December 2026. Based on these results, triple exponential smoothing is recommended as it provides accurate results and supports the hospital's operational efficiency.
