Abstract

The purpose of this study is about the vulnerability of education in concessions. This research combination research that combines quantitative methods with qualitative methods. The subjects to be studied are school age children and parents of school-age children in concessions. The sample is defined by proportional techniques in the school-ag population at each level of education. The sub-distric is the low motivation of individuals, parents, cultural environments that are less concerned with education and low accessibility to schools.

Abstract

Masa emas atau Golden Age disebut sebagai masa paling penting anak terutama untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya khususnya di masa pra sekolah (48-72 bulan). Perkembangan anak yang optimal memerlukan stimulasi yang baik oleh orang tua terutama ibu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik ibu dengan perkembangan anak usia 48-72 bulan. Desain penelitian adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah anak usia 48 sampai 72 bulan didampingi oleh orang tua atau pengasuh di PAUD Bintang Ceria II Bandar Lampung. Sampel adalah sampel jenuh yaitu total populasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yaitu bersedia menjadi responden dan hadir saat dilakukan pemeriksaan KPSP kepada anak yaitu 30 siswa. Data kategorik yang kemudian dianalisis dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan usia ibu (p value = 0,100) dan pekerjaan ibu (p value = 0,513) dengan perkembangan anak usia 48-72 bulan. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih luas dari karakteristik ibu yang lain dan pengaruh pola asuh, quality time dan bentuk kreatifitas stimulasi oleh orang tua kepada anak terhadap perkembangan anak.

Abstract

Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi saat ini semakin memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hampir seluruh pekerjaan manusia dimudahkan dengan adanya teknologi terutama dalam bidang pendidikan. Evaluasi Pengajaran Dosen Berbasis Web merupakan salah satu   sistem dalam bidang pendidikan yang memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dalam proses  penggunaanya. Sistem yang dirancang dalam penulisan ini  adalah  Sistem Informasi berbasis web untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pengajaran dosen oleh Mahasiswa menggunakan bahasa pemograman laravel, php, dan MySQL. Sistem Informasi yang dibangun dapat berguna bagi Mahasiswa dan dosen khususnya dalam evaluasi pengajaran yang telah dilakukan dalam semester berjalan. Abstract

Klasterisasi tanaman pada kelompok tani adalah proses pengelompokan tanaman berdasarkan karakteristik tertentu, seperti jenis tanaman, musim tanam, atau lokasi geografis, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Kelompok Tani KWT Meugah Raya masih belum mampu melebihi hasil produksi pertanian sayuran di Aceh Utara. Metode data mining dapat mengidentifikasi pola-pola menarik dalam kumpulan data, salah satunya adalah algoritma K-Medoids clustering yang mengelompokkan data berdasarkan kesamaan karakteristik. Cluster terbentuk dengan menghitung sejauh mana kedekatan antara medoid dan objek non-medoids. Data yang digunakan adalah data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada tahun 2021-2023 di Kabupaten Aceh Utara mengumpulkan data dari 5 kategori sayuran dan 4 variabel, meliputi luas panen, produksi, luas tanaman, dan luas penanaman baru. Melalui algoritma K-Medoids, hasil klastering sayuran unggulan menghasilkan pengelompokan potensi ke dalam 3 klaster, yaitu klaster rendah (C1), sedang (C2), dan tinggi (C3) dengan mengumpulkan macam-macam data sayuran yang ditanam oleh masyarakat setempat berupa cabai besar, kacang panjang, kangkung, terong dan tomat. Langkah berikutnya adalah Menentukan nilai titik pusat awal dengan menyusun data berdasarkan urutan dari yang terendah hingga tertinggi pada setiap data variabel, berdasarkan keseluruhan data yang tersedia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, metode K-Medoids terbukti sangat efektif dalam melakukan clustering pada data hasil panen tanaman hortikultura. Evaluasi kinerja algoritma dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) sebagai metode evaluasi, dilakukan pengukuran untuk menilai kualitas pengelompokan yang dihasilkan. Setelah proses evaluasi menggunakan DBI selesai, algoritma K-Medoids memperoleh nilai 0,5537744324187953.

Abstract

Determining the suitability of plantation land is a crucial factor in enhancing productivity and sustainability in the agricultural sector. However, existing studies often lack comprehensive approaches that integrate both the prioritization of criteria and precise evaluation of land suitability. This study addresses this gap by developing a decision support system (DSS) for plantation land suitability using a combination of the Profile Matching and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. The AHP method is employed to assign weights to various criteria based on their relative importance, while the Profile Matching method evaluates land suitability based on the generated profiles.  The results indicate that this integrated approach provides accurate and detailed land suitability recommendations. Specifically, Buket Rata land is suitable for Clove (preference score: 3.821), Oil Palm, and Tea (3.596); Reulet land is suitable for Cocoa (3.22) and Coconut (3.16); Geulanggang Kulam land is suitable for Clove (3.41), Cocoa (3.35), and Oil Palm (3.29); Sawang land is suitable for Clove (3.41), Oil Palm (3.17), and Cocoa (2.99); and Pesisir Laut land is suitable for Sugarcane (3.353) and Clove (3.173). This DSS not only aids decision-makers in optimizing land use and managing sustainable plantations but also contributes to the broader field of agricultural decision-making by demonstrating the effectiveness of combining AHP and Profile Matching methods.

Abstract

The increasing demand on mobile applications to monitor and analyze market trends in the food industry necessitates a focus on usability to ensure that these tools are functional and user-friendly. The Panel Harga Pangan app, which is widely utilized by traders, consumers, and policymakers, provides essential information on food prices across many marketplaces. However, as its user base grows, correcting usability concerns becomes increasingly important to its sustained effectiveness and customer happiness. This article looks into the implementation of the People At The Center Of Mobile Application Development (PACMAD) usability concept on the panel harga pangan app and finally proposed the prototype to similar application. The PACMAD model, designed specifically for mobile applications, evaluates usability based on seven key criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, learnability, memorability, mistakes, and cognitive load. The application's effectiveness is approximately (62.5%), including efficiency (73.27%), satisfaction (64%), learnability (65.78%), memorability (70.93%), errors (68.59%), and cognitive load (72.72%). The study's findings show that the application has an average score of 68%, indicating that the program is neither particularly successful or satisfying. Issues such as less efficiency and higher error frequency diminish the overall user experience. The research includes specific recommendations for improving the app's usability, such as redesigning the user interface and optimizing onboarding processes. These findings aim to improve the user experience, ensuring that the panel harga pangan remains a reliable and user-friendly tool for its varied audience. The findings have significant consequences for applying the PACMAD model to other mobile agriculture applications.

Abstract

The use of Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA) has become one of the answer to the requirement for interoperability among the rapidly increasing number of hardware and software products available nowadays. CORBA has been introduced as a mechanism in a distributed computing environment in order to overcome recent interoperability issue. This mechanism allows distributed objects to communicate with each other, whether operate on remote devices or local devices, written in different languages or platforms, or at different locations on a network. In this paper, the concept of CORBA application as a middleware is presented. In order to understand this concept, a simple program to handle auction sale. This system is developed using JAVA programming language. This application is implemented on Windows Operating System (OS) and its method is being invoked by a client from the other machine that also runs in Windows OS. Abstract

The article is presenting how to implement the framework of scrum in IT service support domain and software quality assurance (SQA). Basicly, scrum framework is being used in other software development methods such as agile, but the reseach found that there is merely a few could support the software development. This framework could be implemented in small, medium and large projects. By promoting the usage of scrum framework could add more valu to organization and reach its goal. The collection of scrum framework implementation from previous researcher could present the real example of scrum framework in IT service domain and SQA. As this framework is still new in practice to IT domain, so that the guidance of this scrum framework will help developer to have more experience in applying in any software development projects. Abstract

One of the efforts to improve regional digital banking services is through the development of Bank Aceh Syariah's Action Mobile application. This application is designed to facilitate customers in conducting various transactions online, such as transfers, payments, and mutation checks. However, despite being available on the Google Play Store and receiving favorable ratings, the usage of this application is still relatively low compared to other regional banks' mobile banking applications. Some of the problems found are related to user experience, including limited e-commerce payment features and digital wallet top-up services that only support certain platforms such as OVO, GoPay, and LinkAja. In addition, the information displayed in the transaction mutation section is also considered incomplete, resulting in complaints from users. This problem has the potential to hinder comfort in using the application and affect the level of customer satisfaction. To overcome these challenges, an evaluation of the application's usability was conducted using the Human Centered Design approach and the Heuristic Evaluation method. The evaluation involved users and experts who provided feedback based on Nielsen's ten heuristic principles. The results showed some weaknesses in the application design, such as navigation that was not fully intuitive, information delivery that was not clear, and inadequate service features. Based on these findings, a solution was designed in the form of a new application prototype that was more responsive and user-friendly. The design was carried out using the Figma application, focusing on improving the interface and adding the required features. With these improvements, it is expected that Action Mobile Bank Aceh Syariah can be more competitive in the midst of the rapid development of digital banking services. This technology is also part of a strategic step in supporting digital banking transformation in the region, as well as increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

The growth of technology is developing very rapidly in various fields, ranging from industry, offices, government, to education. One interesting innovation is the application of facial recognition to an Android-based attendance system. This system allows attendance to be carried out by scanning employee faces using Android devices in certain areas such as offices or companies. By using this technology, the attendance process which is usually done manually or using fingerprints can be optimized, thereby reducing the risk of long queues when employees are present together. In some offices, attendance is still done manually by filling in attendance books or using fingerprints. This method often causes problems, especially when many employees come at the same time. The queues that form will of course interfere with their productive time. Therefore, to overcome this problem, an Android-based attendance application is needed that integrates facial recognition technology. This application is designed so that it can only be accessed in an office environment, with certain area coverage settings. This study uses the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm which is effective for image processing in facial recognition. In addition, researchers also apply the GPS Locking or Geotagging method to ensure that attendance can only be carried out in predetermined areas, thereby increasing the security and accuracy of attendance data. The dataset used in this study consists of facial images, where each individual is photographed in five different angles to improve the accuracy of the system. The results of this study are expected to create a more efficient and effective attendance system. By simplifying the attendance process, this technology not only saves time but also increases employee satisfaction, because they no longer have to face long queues. This is a step forward in utilizing technology to improve human resource management in the digital era.
