Abstract

Dampak ekonomi yang ditimbulkan dengan adanya Pandemi yang berkepanjangan di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia, tidak menyurutkan kreatifitas para Ibu Rumah Tangga untuk mencoba peruntungannya dengan memproduksi kuliner dan aneka kue-kue kecil (cemilan). Walau dengan keterbatasan yang ada, terutama dalam hal promosi melalui media sosial atau digitalisasi dan juga ketidakpahaman mengenai pajak bagi pelaku UMKM. Program PKM Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Trisakti akan melakukan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pemberian contoh memgenai Pemasaran khususnya promosi digital yang baik, inovasi kue-kue dan makanan kecil serta pengenalan pajak bagi pelaku UMKM agar kelak menjadi sebuah UMKM yang lebih baik dan dapat mengikuti kondisi kekinian baik dari segi menu yang ditawarkan, sampai dengan pemasaran dengan konsep digital melalui media sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ethical leadership, self-efficacy, and emotional intelligence on innovative work behavior among employees of a state-owned bank. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sampling procedure used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 220 employees of one of the state-owned banks. The data analysis method used is univariate analysis using descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis using multiple regression analysis tests with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that ethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, and emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Based on research results, to increase innovative work behavior can be done through increasing the role of self-efficacy which can be obtained through internal training which aims to develop employee skills and knowledge so that they are able to overcome various at work.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the perceptions of BUMN employees who are categorized as millennials about the influence of organizational culture on Employee performance, with an interesting indicator to study, namely Counter Productive Work Behaviour. As well as whether a Person's organizational fit, organizational commitment, and employee engagement mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires through the Google Forms link. The questionnaire was distributed to each cluster for 4 weeks and assisted by the administration of each BUMN cluster. Respondents who filled out the link in the google form were 403 but those who entered the appropriate criteria were 366. The data was obtained and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of research conducted on 10 BUMN clusters aimed at analyzing the effect of Organisation Culture on Employee Performance through Person Organisation Fit, Organisation Commitment, and Employee Engagement where most of the respondents were female (86%) with a Bachelor's degree (54%), and executors or low management (81%), found that: There is a positive influence of corporate culture on employee performance, person-organization fit, and employee engagement but no effect on organization commitment.There is a positive influence on person.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh workplace incivility, perceived supervisor support, job satisfaction, dan perceived socially responsible HRM terhadap employee performance dimediasi oleh organizational identification. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional survey design dengan point time approach. Objek penelitian adalah pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (DUKCAPIL) Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Variabel independen penelitian terdiri dari workplace incivility, perceived supervisor support, job satisfaction, dan perceived socially responsible HRM. Semua variabel independen tersebut dimediasi oleh organizational identification dan variabel dependen yaitu employee perfomance. Setiap variabel diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen dalam bentuk kuesioner yang berisi indikator atau pernyataan mengenai variabel. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that determine the satisfaction of partners in Doctoral Programs in Economics, Universitas Trisakti. The population of this study consists of thirty-six institutions/groups that have been actively involved in some activities with the Doctoral Programs in Economics, Universitas Trisakti. The data collection method is a survey by distributing questionnaires to all members of the population. The data is analyzed using the mean score taken from the results of statistic descriptive. Results show that on average the partners are satisfied with the cooperation that has been established. The contribution of this research is to provide inputs for the Doctoral Programs in Economics, Universitas Trisakti. in maintaining and improving factors that influence partners' satisfaction. From an academic perspective, this research expands the domain of relationship marketing which has been dominated by customer satisfaction. The weakness of this research is the use of descriptive statistics. Future research can explore other factors that influence partner satisfaction and use importance-performance analysis to analyze the data.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of workplace spirituality on employee performance, considering the mediating role of organizational commitment. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze data collected from questionnaires distributed to auditors in public accounting firms in the West Java region. The findings indicate that workplace spirituality has a significant positive impact on employee performance, with organizational commitment serving as an effective mediator. The high t-statistic value suggests that employee who experience meaning and connection in their work demonstrate higher levels of commitment, ultimately leading to improved performance. These findings align with previous literature stating that workplace spirituality can enhance commitment and performance through increased intrinsic motivation. The practical implications of this study highlight the importance of organizations fostering a work environment that supports employees’ spiritual values to enhance commitment and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana Organizational Justice, Ethical Leadership, dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Job Performance. Data diperoleh dari 170 karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan Peti Kemas wilayah Jakarta Utara, yaitu PT JICT, TPK Koja, dan IPC TPK. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi ini bersifat kuantitatif, dengan pengujian instrumen mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui regresi linear berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen, yakni Organizational Justice, Ethical Leadership, dan Job Satisfaction, masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance. Peningkatan Organizational Justice dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan akses informasi yang mudah serta membuka kesempatan pengembangan diri, mencerminkan pentingnya komunikasi yang transparan dan jalur karier yang terbuka. Ethical Leadership dapat diperkuat melalui keteladanan pemimpin dalam tindakan nyata sehari-hari, bukan hanya berdasarkan aturan tertulis. Sementara itu, Job Satisfaction dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi. Job Performance sendiri dapat ditingkatkan melalui pelibatan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan operasional, sehingga menumbuhkan rasa kepemilikan dan tanggung jawab terhadap kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Identification, Perceived Supervisor Support, dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Employee Performance. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 189 pegawai Kemenko Polhukam RI. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian  ini digunakan teknik uji instrument berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,  dan uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear  berganda dengan software  SPSS versi 21. Hasil uji hipotesis  menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Identification  memiliki  pengaruh positif terhadap  Employee Performance, Perceived Supervisor Support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance,  dan  Job  Satisfaction  memiliki  pengaruh  positif  terhadap Employee Performance. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan Organizational Identification  manajer dapat melakukan sosialisasi visi dan misi, tujuan, dan strategi instansi kepada pegawai, untuk meningkatkan Perceived Supervisor Support manajer dapat melakukan evaluasi diri untuk memperbaiki proses pengambilan keputusan, untuk meningkatkan Job Satisfaction manajer dapat mengadakan program outing, meninjau kembali waktu kerja, dan meningkatkan mutu fasilitas peralatan kerja, untuk meningkatkan Employee Performance manajer dapat mengadakan sesi brainstorming pada pegawai, memberikan pelatihan kreatifitas, dan memfasilitasi ruangan kreatif.

Abstract

Purpose – The goal of the current study is to investigate the bibliometric analysis of research articles on workplace spirituality that have been included in the Web of Science index. Methodology/approach – The VOS viewer software tool and Biblioshiny, which is used to produce maps, were used in conjunction with Excel sheets to analyze the data in terms of frequency and percentage. A total of 367 research papers that were published between 2020 and 2022 were chosen for this study. Findings – The analysis of the findings revealed instrumental knowledge, including top contributing countries in publication, affiliation, top contributing authors, also author keyword co-occurrence and authors keyword overlay. It is observed from the analysis that a high volume of the research was initiated from India followed by China and Indonesia. The trend show growth in year 2021. Novelty/value – These results hope will provide future researchers more options to take into account as a starting point before beginning a study on workplace spirituality.
