Abstract

The beginning of 2020 was a tough year for all citizens of the world, because the world was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic which paralyzed all aspects of life. The death toll fell, the order of life changed and the macro and micro economy collapsed. This led to many changes to the governance system. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Even though they are affected by COVID-19, MSMEs must continue to grow. This Community Service (PkM) aims to provide counseling about improving the performance of MSMEs through marketing strategies. The method of implementing PkM is carried out directly through a zoom meeting. The counseling participants were 23 MSME actors assisted by the Insan Palma Sejahtera Foundation in Palmerah - West Jakarta. The results of this counseling can provide knowledge and abilities to participants, and participants also get solutions to their product/service marketing problems during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of the questionnaire on the effectiveness of counseling showed that 80% of participants stated that counseling could increase their knowledge and abilities; 80% of participants stated that they had knowledge about how to improve the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

To be successful, a company must have Human Resources who can do their job well if employees have high engagement in the company for that required good internal branding, strong affective commitment to the company, and continuously improved employee empowerment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of internal branding, affective commitment, and employee empowerment on employee engagement. This research was conducted on outsourced employees who are engaged in parking management service providers at PT. Secure Parking Indonesia, which is located in Ciputra Mall, Jakarta. The data collection technique used is a census of as many as 56 employees of PT. Secure Parking at Ciputra Mall Jakarta. This study uses quantitative research methods by testing the hypothesis, namely multiple linear regression, which previously tested the instrument in the form of testing validity and reliability. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is no positive effect of internal branding on employee engagement, there is a positive influence between affective commitment and employee empowerment on employee engagement.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational support terhadap job satisfaction pada dosen tetap Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti. Pada penelitian ini mengambil subyek penelitian di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Trisakti. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 50 responden yang terdiri dari 29 laki-laki dan 21 perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational support terhadap job satisfaction. Hasil analisis pengaruh, diperoleh hasil bahwa organizational support memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap job satisfaction sebesar 0.316 yang menunjukkan kontribusinya sebesar 31.6%.

Abstract

These days working world is dominated by woman become a trend. So there's a change that more woman will be a leader. This fact will impact to the behavior and work system of employees. The study aims to prove that there are basic differences between man and woman in leadership which known in theory as transactional leadership and transformational leadership. The result of this study can give suggertion to employee in order to anticipate the leadership style of the leader and make adjustment for each other, The result is shows there are differences between man and woman leadership style, where man leadership style is more transactional and woman leadership style is more transformational.

Abstract

Lingkungan kerja membutuhkan dinamika sosial yang baik antara atasan dan karyawan. Hubungan yang dinamis akan menghasilkan suatu perkembangan baik pada output dan outcome dari hasil kolaborasi antar karyawan. Hubungan antar karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan ini sering disebut dengan istilah employee engagement. Dalam penelitian ini akan membahas terkait bagaimana employee engagement sebagai variabel moderator memengaruhi ethical leadership terhadap employee performance. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan regresi yang menggunakan analisis SEM. Subyek yang digunakan berjumlah 121 orang dari karyawan PT. VWX. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala likert terhadap ketiga variabelnya. Analisa data menggunakan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara ethical leadership terhadap employee performance. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar mengembangkan employee engagement policy di kantor sebagai bahan evaluasi terhadap hubungan antar karyawan yang ada di PT. VWX.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelaku usaha dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sekumpulan Usaha mikro kecil di kelurahan Tegal Alur. Bidang usaha para wirausaha diantaranya pengolahan makanan, aksesoris, dan jasa penyewaan alat-alat pernikahan. Pelaksanaan bisnis usaha para UMKM cenderung bersifat pasif, dimulai dengan menunggu pesanan dari konsumen dan kurangnya pemanfaatan maksimal media sosial di era digital masa kini. Solusi yang disarankan dengan melakukan suatu penyuluhan bagaimana mengoptimalisasikan penggunaan perangkat smartphone sebagai media pemasaran dalam mendukung peningkatan peluang usaha di masa pandemic Covid 19.  Tahapan kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengganti pola pelaku usaha menjadi bentuk pemasaran masa kini dari bentuk pemasaran yang tradisional.  Harapan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan mampu memperluas jangkauan pangsa pasar, margin keuntungan terjadi peningkatan, volume penjualan yang meningkat dan minimalisasi biaya pemasaran dengan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana komunikasi usaha. ABSTRACT Business actors in this community service activity are a group of small micro businesses in Tegal Alur village. The business fields of entrepreneurs include food processing, accessories, and wedding equipment rental services. The business implementation of MSME businesses tends to be passive, starting with waiting for orders from consumers and the lack of maximum utilization of social media in today's digital era. The suggested solution is to conduct counseling on how to optimize the use of smartphone devices as a marketing medium in support increasing business opportunities during the Covid 19 pandemic.  This stage of this activity aims to change the pattern of business actors into the form of modern marketing from traditional forms of marketing. The expectations obtained from the business activities carried out are able to expand the reach of market share, increase profit margins, increase sales volume and minimize marketing costs by utilizing social media as a means of business communication.

Abstract

Transaksi bisnis melalui internet merupakan satu fenomena bisnis baru. Dari sisi finansial, pemasaran online sangat menjanjikan untuk peningkatan laba usaha. Pemberdayaan dan pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan upaya yang ditempuh pemerintah Indonesia untuk mengatasi masalah pengangguran dan kemiskinan. Kehadiran covid-19 telah membuat situasi ekonomi diseluruh dunia memburuk. Hal ini memberikan dampak terhadap pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia tidak terkecuali para UMKM di kelurahan Tegal Alur, Kecamatan Kalideres. Kurangnya pemanfaatan media sosial di era digital saat ini menjadi kelemahan para UMKM di Kelurahan Tegal Alur. Solusi yang diusulkan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa kegiatan pelatihan optimalisasi penggunaan perangkat smartphone dengan memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran dalam mendukung peluang usaha di masa pandemic Covid 19. Diharapkan kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk merubah pola pelaku usaha dari model pemasaran tradisional ke model pemasaran modern dengan memanfaatkan digital teknologi informasi, sehingga kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan mampu meningkatkan margin keuntungan, pangsa pasar yang semakin meluas, volume penjualan meningkat dan biaya pemasaran yang dapat diminimalkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Career Planning, Work Stress, Workplace Well Being on Turnover Intention of Three Star Hotel Employees Puncak Cipanas. The independent variables in this study are Career Planning, Work Stress, Workplace Well Being and the dependent variable in this study is turnover intention. Data were collected from 100 respondents using sensus. The technique used to analyze this research is hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression methods with the SPSS assistance program version 21. The results of hypothesis testing in this study showed that there was a negative effect of Career Planning on Turnover Intention, a positive effect of Work Stress on Turnover Intention, and a Workplace Well Being on Turnover Intention. The managerial implication in this study is to reduce the Work Stress variable, so that it does not have an impact on Turnover Intention or has a small effect on Turnover Intention, management can still maintain good relations with employees and reduce employee workload so it does not cause Work Stress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, ethical leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and work stress on employee performance at Automotive company employees in East Jakarta. Data was collected from 178 respondents only in the marketing division and service division of Automotive companies in East Jakarta, using non-probability sampling and using purposive sampling techniques with the data collection method used was population. Data analysis used descriptive statistics by finding the average using SPSS version 25, as well as multiple regression analysis for hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. Previously the instrument had been tested using validity and reliability tests where all statement items were valid and reliable. The research results show that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, ethical leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on employee performance, and work stress has a negative effect on employee performance. Managerial implications in research, companies need to better facilitate the equipment that employees need to do their work, supervisors at Automotive companies in East Jakarta need to provide more examples of how to do things the right way in terms of ethics, companies need to tell their employees not to take time off work if they don't necessary, and companies need to provide tasks that suit employee abilities. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Authentic Leadership, Information Management, Organizational Identification and Knowledge Management on Job Performance at PT. HINO in East Jakarta and East Java. Data was collected from 178 PT respondents. HINO in East Jakarta and East Java with the data collection technique used is sample. Data analysis used descriptive statistics by finding the average using SPSS version 26, as well as multiple regression analysis for hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26. Previously the instrument had been tested using validity and reliability tests in which all statement items were valid and reliable. The research results show that Authentic Leadership has a positive effect on Job performance, Information Management has a positive effect on Job Performance, Organizational Identification has a positive effect on Job performance, and Knowledge Management has a positive effect on Job performance. The managerial implication of this research is that managers make employees feel comfortable at work and provide advice to employees about their work (Authentic Leadership). And managers can help new employees adapt to new jobs for new employees by sharing information and experiences with old employees so that new employees at PT. Hino feel helped in their work (Information Management) and can also be more helpful to employees. feel ownership of the company (Organizational Identification). Apart from that, managers must help employees to gain more knowledge about old and new jobs and the company's competitors in the market (Knowledge Management). Lastly, managers must help get new information about work and employees believe that by always getting new information about their work they can maintain employee work performance so they don't miss out on new information (Job performance).
