This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, advertising and brand image on purchase decisions Lux liquid soap. The population in this study were the users of lux soap liquid in Gelalel Mall Ciputra Semarang. The research sample of 100 respondents was taken and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, meaning that the sampling technique in accordance with certain criteria. Measurement scale using a Likert scale. Analysis of data using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with SPSS 16.0. Based on the survey results revealed that the quality of products, advertising and brand image and signifikanterhadap positive influence purchasing decisions, either partially or simultaneously. Variable product quality influence on purchase decisions is equal to 24.1%. Advertising variable influence on purchase decisions is equal to 15.6%. Variables brand image influence on purchase decisions in the amount of 53%. Simultaneously, the variable quality of the product, advertising and brand image influence the purchase decisions of 55.5%. This means that the better the quality of the product, advertising in accordance with the wishes of customers, as well as the high value of the brand image, it can improve the buying decision.

This research purpose to find out the effect of placement and compensation on employee performance through employee satisfaction remains at PT. BRI branch Pattimura Semarang. This type of research is explanatory. The number of samples taken were 47 respondents to the purposive sampling method with the criteria of all permanent employees. Collecting data using questionnaires, interviews, library research. Hypothesis testing using statistical analysis includes correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F test results of this study show that employment has no effect on job satisfaction of 25.2%, while the compensation has no influence on job satisfaction, job placement has influence on employee performance by 19.2%, compensation has an influence on the performance of employees by 8.8%, and job satisfaction affects the employee's performance of 38.1%. Then the job placement and compensation together have an influence on job satisfaction at 34.2%, and job placement, compensation, and job satisfaction jointly affect the performance of 52.2%.

Employee performance is one of the benchmarks in the business of a company to achieve its objectives. Employees play a role in carrying out various operations of the company which will affect the company's success in achieving its objectives. Organizational culture and organizational commitment has a role in improving the performance of employees. Moreover, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is one of the factors of employee performance. Therefore, three things need to be considered in improving employee performance by PT Masscom Graphy Semarang. Type of this research is Explanatory Research. Samples are 127 respondents. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using a data collection instrument (questionnaire) was previously tested through validity and reliability test. Analyzing of data’s result using analysis of data tables, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, path analysis, and Sobel test. The results indicated that organizational culture and organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously significant on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Employee Performance. Based on calculations from sobel test and path analysis showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediating organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance.

This research was motivated by the importance of human resources in an enterprise to produce quality products in the middle of business competition in the globalization era. Human resources is a key factor in mobilizing other resources within the company. PT. Pura Barutama is a manufacturing company which is engaged in the printing industry, the largest in Southeast Asia, which produces various types of paper. But if seen growth results production at PT. Pura Barutama Units Paper Mill was still not stable each year, in which experiencing in 2013 decreased production significantly compared to the previous year. The purpose of this research is to know the level of productivity of work in the production section of the PT. Pura Barutama Unit Paper Mill. This research’s type is eksplanatory, techniques of data collection using questionnaires, interviews and studies library. Sampling techniques using cluster random sampling. The sample in this research totalled 81 respondents who were employees of the production section of PT. Pura Barutama Unit Paper Mill. Methods of analysis used in this study is the analysis of simple and multiple regression, with validity tests and reliability tests. Result the research indicated that k3 and discipline work as partialy and simultaneously affect productivity work. Based on these results, PT. Pura Barutama Unit Paper Mill must be able to maintain and increase productivity work employees by giving good k3 to employees and maintain discipline of employees.

This research is motivated by the circulation of imitation products that recently arise in some countries including Indonesia. This kind of business also keeps on growing thanks to the ever increasing demands of imitation product and resulted in increasing number of imitation goods purchase in society, especially among college students. Such decision is influenced by several factors, therefore this research will focus on the effect of brand image, price, and life style to the purchasing decision of Louis Vuitton’s imitation handbag. From the analysis it was found all three variables were positive and partially significant effect towards the purchasing decision of the imitation handbag purchase. The variable price coefficient was found to be the biggest, therefore making it the strongest factor for the Purchase Decision of Louis Vuitton’s imitation bag.

Customer satisfaction with a product is influenced by many factors. Every individual has the desire and different taste. Product quality and price are the factors that influence consumer satisfaction, in addition to that there are many more factors that influence the level of customer satisfaction.Based on pre-survey has been made known quality product to the customer dissatisfaction on the quality of the product so thatconsumers believe that the price pais does not match with the quality of the existing. The purpose of this research are (a) to find the effect of the product quality to customer satisfactionat Pakuwon Asri Resident Kaliwungu Kendal (b) to find the effect of price to the customer satisfactionat Pakuwon Asri Resident Kaliwungu Kendal, (c) to find the effect of the product quality and price to the customer satisfaction atPakuwon Asri Resident Kaliwungu Kendal . Type is the type of research that used explanatory research. Samples were taken by 60 respondents that consumers who have bought a house in Pakuwon Asri Ressident and has been inhabited for more than 2 year. Determination of sample data collection used was proportionate stratifietpurposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using linear regression analysis. Based on these results it can be concluded that: (a) the quality of the products have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction Pakuwon Asri Ressident Kaliwungu Kendal, (b) the price has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction Pakuwon Asri Ressident Kaliwungu Kendal, (c) the quality of the product and the price effect positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction Pakuwon Asri Ressident Kaliwungu Kendal. As together, Product Quality and price have an effect on customer satisfaction, anf the product Quality have a bigger efect then price of customer satisfaction. Suggestions are PT. Putra Sulardi Mandiri research should further improve product quality through improvements in quality home building. The building houses a strong and durable so as to improve customer satisfaction that has made a purchase.

work environment and internal communication are contributing factors to the achievement of high employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between internal communications and work environment on job satisfaction of employees. Type of research is explanatory research that describes the relationship between the variables of the study. Population are all employees of PT. Kambing Rejeki Agung Semarang , amounting to 61 people. Number of samples in this study amounted to 61 people.. Based on the results of tests with SPSS between work environment (X1) on employee job satisfaction (Y), obtained by counting the number of t 7,253 > 1.670 t-table that has a positive effect (to the right), so using one-tail hypothesis; means H0 rejected,so that the partial (individual) there is a significant and positive influence of work environment (X1) on employee job satisfaction (Y). Test results with SPSS between internal communication (X2) of the employee satisfaction (Y), obtained by counting the number of t 22,387 > 1.670 t-table which has a positive effect (to the right), so using one-tail hypothesis; means H0 rejected, so partial (people) are significantly and positively influence the work environment (X2) for employee job satisfaction (Y). Marketing job performance its achievements sales target that was determined in accordance with. Design a good job, work culture that appropriate and job satisfaction, will be able to increase performance marketing. But the achievement results sales that is not suitable target and decreased if compared with previous period is still happen. This Research using census sampling techniques to 56 marketing employees of PT Nyonya Meneer Semarang by using this method interview and instrument data collection questionnaire and guiding interview. Data analyzed in qualitative and quantitative with through tests the validity, and trial reliability. While data analysis done by using regression analysis simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test, F test, path analysis and sobel test. Results of the study showed that job design and work culture significantly affect satisfaction to work and performance. Based on the results count analysis of the line and sobel test showed that the job satisfaction employees is a partial variable mediation between the job design and work culture and suggestions to employees performance that was given. should also be able to build a relationship a harmonious relationship with the owner outlet jamu (northen outlet) that will be able to increase sales PT Nyonya Meneer Semarang.

Excerpted from The World Factbook of data released by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in 2013, Indonesia is the fifth largest force among the countries with calculations 118.1 million people in 2012. According to data from ILO (International Labour Organization) to Indonesia in 2013, as many as 52% of the Indonesian labor is dominated by women. Economic factors are the main reasons women choose to be workers. This condition then made the woman labors want the welfare given by the company to be maximum and fulfilled. The factors that support the well-being of labors among others is the role of unions labor and compensation. Through the union labor they sent their aspirations so the role of union labor is very important to specify the welfare of women labors. In addition, compensation is also important for the labors as individuals because of the amount of compensation reflects the size of their work among the workers themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of union labor’s role and compensation for the welfare of women workers PT. Hanil Indonesia. This research type is explanatory research. The population in this study were female workers of PT. Hanil Indonesia and the number of samples taken were 95 respondents. The sampling technique used is theSlovin formula. The analytical method used is the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, T test and F test with SPSS version 16. Research results through coefficient determination analysis shows that the role of union labor and compensation has a positive and significant effect on the woman labors welfare partially (with results respectively 30.5% and 43.9%) and simultaneously 54.4% for the woman labors welfare. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the role of union labors in PT. Hanil Indonesia is good, besides the compensation is important in supporting their welfare. The advice given in this study is the union labors should be more responsive and quick in responding to complaints of labors as well as the company further improve the welfare of women laborsthrough the compensation.

Productivity is a measure that is often used to determine the effectiveness of the organization. An organization can not flourish if their employees work productivity also increased especially with the high level of competition that exists in the business world. Motivation, discipline and work performance have been found to increase employee productivity. Therefore these three things need to be considered by the management company in order to increase employee productivity. PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Plant Semarang is one of the state-owned company that manufactures drugs. This study uses an associative approach to the 62 respondents with sampling purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using tools such as cross-table analysis, validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the t test and F test with SPSS 17. These results indicate a positive significant effect between motivation toward work productivity of employees of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Plant Semarang where t (14.701)> t table (1.670), a significant difference between the positive work discipline to employee productivity PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Plant Semarang where t (15.585)> t table (1.670) and a significant difference between the positive achievements of the labor productivity of employees of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Plant Semarang where t (17.007)> t table (1.670). There is a significant positive influence between work motivation, work discipline and work performance of the employee productivity PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Plant Semarang where F count (149.641)> F table (2,76). The coefficient of determination for the work motivation variables (X1), labor discipline (X2) and work performance (X3) accounted for 88% of employee productivity PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk Plant Semarang, while 12% are influenced by other factors. Suggestions can be submitted is a portion of the company must give priority to larger or better application of motivation in the company, due to the influence of motivation on employee performance is lower than the effect of labor discipline and job performance on employee productivity.
