Abstract

 Matahari Silverindo Jaya is a company who have to proceed glass and mirror. This company was build in 2001 in Candi Industrial Area Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. To improve their profit, this company make a new product, such as tempered glass and porselein. After that, Matahari Silverindo Jaya make their product with machine.The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, price and promotion on loyalty through cotumer satisfaction at Matahari Silverindo Jaya Company Semarang. The type of this research is Explanatory Research with data used in this study is primary data obtained using  questionnaire and library research. Analysis of data using simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS 16.0. While hypothesis testing using the t test, f test, correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination.Based on the analysis it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality to satisfaction, positive and significant influence between price to satisfaction, positive and significant influence between promotion to satisfaction, posiitive and significant influence between service quality, price and promotion to satisfaction between service quality to loyalty, positive and significat influence between price to loyalty, positive and significant influence between promotion to loyalty, there is positive and significant influence between quality of the service, price and promotion to loyalty, there is positive and significant influence between service quality to loyalty.Sugestion for the company is to meke their product on time and with the good quality of the basic ingredients. Besides that, the company must improve their delivery and promotion, in order for their product information can be accept by the consumer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and value of customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Gracia Skin Clinic Semarang. The type of research is using explanatory research, the technique of collecting data through questionnaires. The sampling technique using purposive sampling and accidental sampling technique. The population was all patients of the Gracia Skin Clinic Semarang. While the sample of 100 respondents.The method of analysis used in this study is Part Analiyst or Path Analysis.Based on the descriptive analysis of 44% indicates that the variable quality of service  including both categories, 1% showed variable customer value category quite well, 21% indicated satisfaction variables including high enough category, and 23% showed loyalty variable category is quite high. Based on the calculations show that there is an influence of service quality, customer value variables, and variable customer satisfaction has positive and significant impact on the loyalty variable that is equal to 72,2%, while the remaining 27,8% is explained by other factors such as product quality, customer perception, promotion, brand image, and price. Based on the path analysis, the direct influence its value is greater than the indirect effect on the variables of service quality on loyalty. While the variable value customer loyalty, the indirect effect value is greater than the direct effect, up to variables of customer satisfaction to be intervening variables “amplifier” in relation to loyalty customer value variables.The Suggestions in this research is to improve the quality of service and hospitality to patients, pharmacies expand the space, creating an atmosphere of conducive to the consulting room, and repair procedures.

Abstract

In the city of Semarang, there are two great and long herbal  company. The successed of the two companies to survived until now because of supported by profesional employees,  in the creation of professional employee must be supported with a comfortable working environment, this research aimed to compare the better and comfortable working environment  feel of employees between njonja Meneer and Jamu Jago and see the effect of the environment work on the performance of each company. To know the problems of the working environment on the object of the study, the researchers took the observations. the type of research is exploratory with comparative studies. The sample of this research are 46 respondents in each companie, using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. The method used the quantitative analysis, consists of the average analysis, independent sample t test, multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS for windows version 20.0. This research concluded that the differences in work environment are the physical and non-physical between Njonja Meneer and Jamu Jago and the positive influence of physical work environment and non-physical in Njonja Meneer and Jamu Jago

Abstract

The research was motivated by the increasing of competition among automotive industries. From many types of car, Multi Purpose Vehicle/MPV is a favorite car in consumer. Toyota is one of vehicle producer which well known in Indonesia. Nowadays Toyota already produces a lot of type vehicle for middle economy. Toyota Rush is one of favorite vehicle for middle economy with affordable prices is the priority choice not only from the price but also from the function. The aim is this research is to know the impact of quality product, promotion, and after sales towards purchasing decision Toyota Rush. Type of this research is explanatory research. The collecting data method is using questionnaire. Sampling technique is purposive sampling. Sample in this research is 87 respondents from 677 populations. Likert scale is using for measurement. Linear regression analyze and path analyze are using to prove the hypotheses with SPSS 16.0 software. The research result showed that quality product variable (X1), promotion (X2) and after sales service (X3) have a positive and significant impact towards purchasing decision (Y). Based on this research, researcher suggest to Toyota Company to do more innovation and update application quality. For Nasmoco Pemuda as the official distributor in near future should give more satisfied after sales service to consumer, doing promotion, discount and lucky draw. It needed to increase the purchasing and compete with others automotive distributor.

Abstract

Increased tourism industry make tourist visits in some areas is increasing, its specialty in Central of Java. One of them Attractions is Goa Kreo in Semarang that have unique tourism potential which is inhabited by macaque monkeys. However, the number of tourists from Q1 2014 to Q1 2015 occurred volatile and tend to decline. While the results of pre-research, in getting the dissatisfaction of visitors to the tourism product, in addition to the ideals / image imagined visitors, slightly different from those in Goa Keo. It is fear of the existence of negative information spread among tourists.               This study aims to determine the influence of Tourism Products, Destination Image and Word of Mouth to the Decision to Visit Attractions Goa Kreo. This type of research is explanatory research, in which the data collection techniques used is by means of questionnaire, the selected sample of 100 people with accidental sampling and purposive sampling. Respondents are visitor attractions Goa Kreo who've been to Goa Kreo and Goa Kreo find out information from others.               The results showed that the Tourism Product and significant effect on Decision to Visit viewed by contributing 18.1% and the rest is explained by other factors. Destination Image influential and significant to the Decision to Visit viewed by contributing 39.1% and the rest is explained by other factors. Word of Mouth influential and significant to the Decision to Visit viewed by contributing 42.6% and the rest is explained by other factors. While, simultaneously Travel Products, Destination Image and Word of Mouth influential and significant to the Decision to Visit. That is, the better the product Tourism, Destination Image and Word of Mouth, make higher the Decision to Visit on Goa Kreo. Additionally Word of Mouth has the most dominant influence to Decision to Visit with regression coefficient of 0.438. The results obtained by analyzing primary data using validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and a significance test (t test and F) with SPSS 20.0.               Based on this, the researchers suggested that managers Attractions Goa Kreo further enhance the tourism product, which adds to signpost the way to Goa Kreo, improving tourist attractions, improved facilities and more active in offering a guide to visitors, as well as clarify the job description of employees, thus increasing tourists visit Goa Kreo.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the growth of motorcycle users who become a great opportunity for automotive business players, especially in the field of motorcycles. This growing potential attracted many well - known brands to enliven the motorcycle market in Indonesia. Specially, this research discuss about selling Yamaha Vixion in Mataram Sakti Setiabudi branches that often did not reach the target and even decreased in the period 2011 to 2013. In this case, Yamaha should pay attention to the quality of its products such as Yamaha Vixion and maintain the popularity of the brand, so that consumers feel satisfied and interested in re-purchase.                 The purpose of this study to determine the effect of product quality and brand awareness on re-purchase decisions through customer satisfaction. This research type is the explanatory, data collection techniques through the questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 100 people Data was then analyzed through appropriate qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques, in which the quantitative techniques include validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, two-stage regression, coefficient of determination, and significance test ( t test).                The research results indicate that the quality of the product (X1) and brand awareness (X2) simultaneously influence consumer satisfaction (Y1) and customer satisfaction (Y1) influence re-purchase decisions (Y2). Based on the results of a two-stage regression, the variable that has the most dominant influence is the quality product (X1).                Suggestions in this study that is the Yamaha Mataram Sakti need to open more official workshop in all over areas but specifically for servicing only, Yamaha Mataram Sakti as the dealer needs to sell special tools for service the fuel injection Yamaha Vixion to the public workshops, and if it did not infringe company policy should be able to meet consumer demand for be able to apply the settings on Yamaha Vixion to be more responsive in their usage so that Yamaha Vixion can better satisfy the consumer.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the development of smartphones, where competition between companies is getting tougher smartphone. Apple is a company engaged in the field of hardware and software, including hardware made by Apple is the Iphone. Apple is proving to be one of the big companies, it is derived from Apple's global sales reached 150 million units, but in Indonesia according to TBI in 2011 through 2013 the percentage is only able to control less than 5%, as well as on sales in Semarang according Sinarmas Mobile for 4 months experienced a low point only the highest selling 12 units and 18 units. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and product quality to eputusan purchase iPhone. This type of research is explanatory research, with data collection through a questionnaire, literature study and interviews. The sampling technique using census techniques using research instrument questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 58 respondents who are iPhone users on S1 students FISIP Diponegoro University. This study uses linear regression analysis techniques and the significance test is used to prove the hypothesis using SPSS for windows version 20.0. The results showed that the brand image (X1), and product quality (X2), both jointly and individually a positive influence on purchase decisions dependent variable (Y). Simultaneously the brand image, product quality, has an influence on purchasing decisions by 40.7% according to multiple regression. Suggestions from this study is that Apple needs to improve the quality of products on the batteries to meet the needs of consumers and strengthen the brand image on promotional products.

Abstract

The research was conducted due to the target selling in Ramayana Departement Store Salatiga  has  been undera achived since the last three years. This matter was giving signs that Store Environment and in Store Promotion in Ramayana Departement Store Salatiga has been failed to attract the consumers of buying their goods. The purpose of this research were to determine the influence of store environment and in store promotion on positive emotion and impulse buying behavior. The Sampling Method used in this research was actidental sampling and purposed sampling on 100 respondents. This research was also using path analysis technique supported by SPSS 16.0 version. The validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, linear and multiple regression, coefficient of determination test, and signification test (F and T test) with Sobel method beforehand. The result has shown that the direct influence regarding the  store environment and in store promotion on positive emotion and impulse buying, and positive emotion on impulse buying andproven the indirect influence between store environment and in store promotion on impulse buying mediated customers positif emotion.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of brand image and service quality influence by interest usage as intervening variable package shipping service usage decision of PT. Post. Type of research used in this research is explanatory research with 100 respondents taken using purposive sampling techniques. The techinique of analysis used in this study was linear regression with SPSS for windows. The result showed that there were influence of brand image, service quality, and decision of package shipping service usage of PT. Post Indonesia both partially and simultaneously about 61,4% whereas the remain about 38,6% was influenced by other variable which wasn’t inculde within this model

Abstract

This research is motivated their smartphone trends in society as well as themore famous brand Samsung in the community. In addition to improvements in thebrand image of Samsung, Samsung also increased sales both at the global level as wellas in Indonesia, however, the increased sales of Samsung have not made the Samsungranked number one in the Top Brand Index from 2012 to 2014. The sample are 100person of smartphone Samsung Galaxy consumers. The results showed that the effect ofpartially or simultaneously between Perceived Value and Brand Image on Word ofMouth. Based on a two-stage regression results indicate that Word of Mouth is anintervening variable to variable Repurchase Intention in this study.
