Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, 1) hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kualitas soal buatan guru SMA dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, 2) hubungan antara pengetahuan pembuatan tes dengan kualitas soal buatan guru SMA dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei teknik korelasional. Populasi target  seluruh guru mata pelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia di Kota Pangkalpinang sebanyak 30 guru. Sampel penelitian  menggunakan sampel total, analisis ujicoba instrumen penelitian untuk validitas soal pada instrumen pertama menggunakan korelasi Product moment karl-pearson dan untuk ujicoba penelitian kedua menggunakan korelasi point biserial, reliabilitas instrumen pertama menggunakan spearman-brown dan instrumen kedua menggunakan kuder-richardson ( K-R ). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: pertama, terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi berprestasi (X1) dengan kualitas soal buatan guru ( Y), dengan persamaan regresi Y = - 12,50 + 0,69 X1  dan koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0,37 serta koefisien determinasi r2y1 = 0, 133, kedua, terdapat hubungan positif antara pengetahuan pembuatan tes ( X2) dengan kualitas soal buatan guru SMA mata pelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. dx.doi.org/10.23960/aksara/v21i2.pp133-144

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pemanfaatan dan kepedulian pada ex tambang pada generasi muda dalam mendukung konservasi lingkungan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini di lakukan di desa Membalong, Kabupaten Belitung. Program konservasi ini dilakukan melalui metode sosialisasi dan diskusi. Target capaian dari program konservasi ini adalah diperoleh peningkatan kesadaran generasi muda terutama generasi muda di Desa Membalong, Kabupaten Belitung untuk dapat membentuk pola pikir dan budaya baru yang lebih memperhatikan kelesatrian lingkungan khususnya ex tambang yang terbengkalai untuk dimanfaat sebagai tindakan konservasi lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan, diperoleh beberapa alternatif pengelolaan eks-tambang yang meliputi pemanfaatan di bidang pertanian, pemanfaatan di bidang peternakan terutama ikan, serta alternatif objek wisata seperti danau, gumuk pasir dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to provide an appropriate perspective for Indonesia to adopt innovations, application technique and sustainable technology based on the conditions faced by Indonesia due to the development of the industrial revolution 5.0. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative methods. The method was used to des­­cribe, illustrate, or portrait the facts systematically, factually and accurately, as well as the correlation between the phenomena investigated. The positive influence of industry 5.0 is the effectiveness and efficiency of resources and production costs despite the impact on reducing in the number of jobs. Industry 5.0 needs a workforce that has skills in digital literacy, technological literacy, and human literacy. What should be done by teachers in the era of the industrial revolution 5.0; first is applying 4C (Communication, Collaboration, Critical thinking, and Creativity). Second, teachers should master technology. Third, teachers should open toward globalization. Fourth, teachers should improve their competence. Fifth, besides teachers, everyone should open with globalization too and improve their technology knowledge and skill. Sixth, learning should be relevant to students. Thus, the industrial revolution 5.0 not only provides opportunities, but also challenges for millennial. Keywords: Thematic learning, scientific, industrial Revolution 5.0

Abstract

Third-grade students at SD Negeri 8 Pangkalanbaru will be tested on their listening skills to see how they cope when exposed to animated video media. The basis of this study is the observation that students continue to struggle with listening, especially when it comes to understanding and repeating story information. The lack of engaging and participatory educational materials is the main cause. The researchers in this study used a single-group pretest-posttest design as their experimental approach. Each of the 23 third-grade students served as a representative sample. A written test consisting of essay questions addressing five markers of listening skills was used as the instrument. The average score of 51.8 was shown on the pretest, and increased to 81 on the posttest. The use of animated video media had a substantial impact on students' listening skills, as indicated by the paired-sample t-test significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the normality test confirmation that the data were normally distributed.The results of this study demonstrate that the animated video Nussa and Rara effectively captured students’ attention through engaging visual and audio elements. It positively influenced their listening skills by helping them stay focused and better understand the story content. This study recommends the use of animated videos as an alternative and interactive learning medium to improve the quality of instruction, particularly in developing listening skills.
