Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Pandanrejo bermata pencaharianpetanidanterletakdisekitar 700-800 meter dariataspermukaan air danteksturtanahnyagembur, dan merupakansalahsatudesawisata yang diunggulkan karena disana mempunya itempat wisata petik strobery. Wisata petik strobery mempunyai peranan dalam membangun perekonomian desa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan program tanam stroberi dipekarangan rumah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahu ifaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi dan pendapatan usahatani Stroberi,. Untuk Mengetahui factor pendapatan Usahatani Stroberi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis atas Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Usahatani Sari Buah Stroberi, Desa Pandanrejo, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu dengan menggunakan analisis Cobb-Douglas maka diketahui bahwa Luas Lahan(X1), Umur(X2), Modal(X3), Tenaga Kerja(X4), Pupuk (X6),Pendidikan (X7) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Produksi (Y1), yang artinya tidak memiliki pengaruh yang nyata terhadap faktor produksi. Sedangkan Faktor yang paling berpengaruh secara signifikan yaitu Bibit (X5), yang artinya bahwa Bibit memiliki pengaruh yang nyata terhadap Produksi pada Usahatani Sari Buah Stroberi, Desa Pandanrejo, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Analisis R/C menguntungkan secara ekonomi karena nilai R/C > dari 1. Dengan demikian diketahui bahwa secara ekonomis Usahatani Sari Buah Stroberi, Desa Pandanrejo, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu yang dilakukan secara ekonomis menguntungkan, hal ini di buktikan dengan nilai rasio R/C sebesar 2,03. Kata Kunci : Produksi, Pendapatan, Usahatani

Abstract

The first purpose of the research were to identify and analyze potential of agrotourism Bukit Flora and potential area to support development agrotourism Bukit Flora. The second purpose is to identify and analize internal and external environment agrotourism Bukit Flora the factors into strengths, weaknesses, oppurtunities and threats for development  agrotourism of Bukit Flora and the last purpose in this research is formulate appropriate strategies for development strategy of agrotourism Bukit Flora.Data analysis method use descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the potential of agrotourism Bukit Flora and identify the main factors to give weight to the factors that we have setconsisting of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats by comparing the rows and columns of each variable on internal factors (IFE) and external (EFE). While the use of qualitative analysis in the form of a SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix IE matrix is used to analyze the development of agrotourism strategy using analysisQSPM.IFE total weighted scores of 2.56 and 2.30 for EFE. Placing agro Bukit Flora is in cell V. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, it can be obtained by four alternative strategies that can be taken in the development of agro Bukit Flora. Based on the results QSPM matrix, the value of the attraction was highest at 3 strategy with the total amount of the appeal (TAS) was 6.26.

Abstract

Orange is one type of fruit that is highly favored by the people. Citrus marketing is a whole system of business activities aimed at planning, pricing, promoting and distributing goods and services that can satisfy the needs of both the buyers there maupum potential buyers. Marketing itself serves to connect producers with consumers or also known as distributions. Distribution is the most important component, because if there is an error in this election could complicate efforts distribution of goods and services from producers to consumers.This study aimed to analyze the share, margins, and profits of manufacturers in every distribution channel of distribution channels and marketing efficiency sweet oranges in the District Dau, Malang as one of the centers of citrus production in East Java. This research is a quantitative research by questionnaire. Determination of respondents using stratified random sampling method of research. The division responen strata by strata of income. Variable observations in this study include marketing channels fruit sweet orange, the sales volume of citrus fruit once harvested (tonnes / ha), production costs incurred farmer (Rp / ha), the selling price (USD / ton), marketing costs (USD / Ha ) and the shrinkage of the product (Kg / year). Marketing efficiency oranges indicated parts prices received by farmers (25%) of the price of inputs, while 50% are owned by village traders (62.5%) value is the highest profit to retailers, amounting to Rp 3,000 to the value of margin is USD 2,328 and the value of the lowest profit are collectors of Rp 1,000 to Rp 827 margin value

Abstract

WHO (World Health Organization) has declared the coronavirus a global pandemic. As one of the countries exposed and the pandemic, Indonesia has changed the lives of all people from various walks of life. It is hoped that the younger generation, as young, dynamic, full of energy, full of optimism, can bring changes that move and try to help the government in breaking the spread of COVID-19. One of them is the role of youth in the agricultural sector. The implementation method used to explore the potential and creativity of young farmers in Sumberejo Village is by providing counseling. The activities carried out are by introducing IT technology, training, and marketing counseling, and more modern business bookkeeping to youth. This activity is very suitable for the conditions of community social restrictions that are currently being carried out. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge to young farmers in Sumberejo Village so that the knowledge and skills of young farmers can increase in internet-based business bookkeeping, increase creativity in online marketing so that they are more motivated and good at reading opportunities, and increase the creativity of village youth during the pandemic. Covid-19 and the existence of social restrictions will not dampen their efforts in the organic vegetable business.ABSTRAKWHO (World Health Organization) menetapkan virus corona sebagai pandemi global. Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara yang terpapar dan adanya pandemi tersebut telah merubah kehidupan seluruh kalangan masyarakat dari berbagai lapisan. Diharapkan generasi muda sebagai sosok yang muda, dinamis, penuh energi, penuh optimis dapat membawa perubahan yang bergerak dan berusaha untuk membantu pemerintah dalam memutus penyebaran covid-19. Salah satunya yaitu peran pemuda di sektor pertanian. Metode pelaksanaan yang dipakai untuk menggali potensi dan kreativitas petani muda di Desa Sumberejo yaitu dengan memberikan penyuluhan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan memberikan pengenalan teknologi IT, pelatihan dan penyuluhan pemasaran dan pembukuan usaha yang lebih modern kepada pemuda. Adanya kegiatan tersebut sangat cocok untuk kondisi pembatasan sosial masyarakat saat ini sedang dijalankan.Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada petani muda di Desa Sumberejo sehingga pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani muda dapat meningkat dalam pembukuan usaha berbasis internet, meningkatkan kreativitas dalam pemasaran online sehingga mereka lebih termotivasi dan  pandai membaca peluang dan meningkatkan kreativitas pemuda desa di masa pandemi. covid-19 dan adanya pembatasan sosial tidak akan menyurutkan usaha mereka di bidang usaha sayuran organik.

Abstract

Cocoa is one of the important agricultural products in Indonesia. Currently, Indonesiaranks third after Ivory Coast and Ghana as the world’s largest cocoa producer. In Indonesia, the cocoa type that can be grown is a kind of cocoa Bulk. There are many kinds of government and private sector that work in this cocoa commodity as both upstream or downstream. PTPN XII (Persero) Ngrangkah Pawon Plantation is one of company that work in the same field, in this means cocoa. This study objectives are: 1)To analyze the export trend of cocoa beans in PTPN XII (Persero) Ngrangkah Pawon Plantation, 2)To analyze the factors that affecting export of cocoa beans in PTPN XII (Persero) Ngrangkah Pawon Plantationand, 3)To analyze the benefits of cocoa beans in PTPN XII (Persero) Ngrangkah Pawon Plantation. Theresearchmethoduse trend analysisto analyze the export trend, use multiple linear regression to analyze the factors that affecting export volume of cocoa and use cost-benefit analysis to analyze thebenefit of cocoa beans. The analysisstates thatthe export trend in research location have a decrease movement pattern, factors that affecting on export volume of cocoa beans is production of cocoa beans in research locationandthe agribusiness of cocoa beans in Ngrangkah Pawon is profitable. Hopefully, with this conditions the related institution would consider all decision about cocoa in order to increase the export volume dan profitable of cocoa itself.

Abstract

Motivation is not just fulfilling the needs of farmers' lives but also the provision of other supporting facilities such as agricultural production facilities. The government also has a positive effect, because in general farmers will be happy with government leaders who always pay attention to the needs of farmers, especially rice farmers, so that all of them can motivate farmers to work with enthusiasm. The purpose of this study is for the purpose of this study which is as follows: (1) Analyzing what factors are affect the motivation of farmers in increase rice production in the Tlogomas Sub-District, Malang City. Analysis of the data used The writer in this research is Descriptive method and Likert’s Scale Summated Rating (SLR). The results showed that motivation factors consisted of internal and external factors. Where the biggest score on internal factors is length of effort (4.93), while the biggest external factor is the intensity of extension activities (4,26).

Abstract

Marketing strategy has a very important role for the success of a company in general and in marketing in particular. Because considering the increasingly sophisticated times with increasingly varied technologies, making it easier for companies to increase their marketing. But besides that, the marketing strategy that is implemented must be reviewed and developed in accordance with market developments and the market environment. The objectives of this study were: To analyze the marketing channels of guava crystal fruit at UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera Desa Bumiaji Kec. Bumiaji Batu City. And Knowing the Partnership at UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera Desa Bumiaji Kec. Bumiaji Batu City. This research was conducted at UD Bumiaji Sejahtera, Bumiaji Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City in April 2020. The method of data analysis in this study used a descriptive approach. The results of this research are the marketing channels carried out by UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera, which is located in Bumiaji sub-district, Batu City, is arguably quite good, this can be seen from the 4 elements of marketing channels used by the company very optimally. As well as a suitable partnership to do UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera namely; cooperation with the producers of the Tour and Trevel. Batu City, which is known as a tourist city, is never empty of local and foreign tourists, so the Tour and Travel Producers will direct you to the location of UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera.

Abstract

There are various types of chips produced by UD. CITRA SNACK, namely jackfruit chips, honey potato chips and purple sweet potato chips. The purpose of this study was to determine the Marketing Strategy for Chips at UD Citra Snack Prigen Pasuruan. The qualitative descriptive analysis method is used to answer the first objective, namely to analyze the marketing mix strategy of the UD Citra Snack agroindustry, namely by using the 4P variables consisting of: product, price, place and promotion. ).Product Development Results UD CITRA SNACK always strives to provide quality quality products which is guaranteed. The price set by UD. CITRA SNACK above competitors' prices. The pricing is because the quality and service of the chips provided by the company are superior to competitors. Efforts made by UD. Abstract

Kota Batu merupakan salah satu kota yang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan agrowisata. Salah satu tempat wisata yang terkenal di Kota Batu adalah PT. Kusuma Agrowisata, merupakan jenis wisata yang memanfaatkan usaha pertanian (agro) sebagai obyek wisata dan memadukan antara kegiatan pertanian dan kegiatan wisata. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yang diperoleh disederhanakan dalam bentuk tabulasi, kemudian diolah secara komputerisasi dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science).lalu dianalisis dengan CSI dan dideskripsikan dengan diagram Kartesius. Hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 52,0% pengunjung menganggap sangat puas dengan tempat wisata yang sangat mudah dijangkau, sebanyak 58,0% yang memberi penilaian harga wisata itu puas, sebanyak 42,0% pengunjung memberi penilaian produk wisata cukup baik, sebanyak 38,0% memberi penilaian promosi yang dilakukan oleh pihak pengelola cukup puas di PT.Kusuma Agrowisata cukup puas. Dari hasil tersebut didapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,88 yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pengunjung memilih cukup puas dengan pelayanan yang telah diberikan oleh pihak pengelola.

Abstract

Desa Gerbo Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan adalah salah satu Desa yang didominasi oleh petani padi dan menjadikan pekerjaan pokok untuk menafkahi keseharian masyarakat di dalamnya. Kegiatan usaha petani sawah di Desa Gerbo ini tergolong beresiko tinggi karena memiliki beberapa kendala, diantaranya adalah adanya hama yang merusak tanaman padi, cuaca yang cukup ekstrem, teknologi yang tidak memadai, serta akses menuju jalan raya yang sangat sulit. Tujuan dari peneltian ini adalah menganalisis usahatani padi dan manajemen resiko pendapatan dari petani padi di Desa Gerbo. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Data kuantitatif merupakan suatu data yang dapat dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka yaitu analisis risiko yang terdiri dari analisis pendapatan dan analisis risiko produksi. Risiko yang dihadapi petani dalam usahatani padi  yaitu risiko pendapatan. risiko pendapatan diperoleh nilai koefisien variasi (KV) sebesar 0,018 Nilai koefisien variasi produksi dan pendapatan < 0,5, yang artinya risiko pendapatan usahatani padi tergolong rendah dimana petani tidak akan mengalami kerugian
