Abstract

Usaha kecil menengah membutuhkan kemampuan inovasi yang kuat untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Berdasarkan penelitian empiris sebelumnya, studi ini menekankan pentingnya kemampuan inovasi sebagai peran terhadap kinerja bisnis. Data dikumpulkan dari 228 perusahaan menengah kecil di Kediri, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, dan dianalisis menggunakan structural equation model. Hasil penelitian meliputi pertama, kemampuan inovasi dan kewirausahaan memiliki dampak positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis masing-masing. Kedua, orientasi pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kemampuan inovasi. Ketiga, sumber daya TI memiliki dampak signifikan positif terhadap orientasi pembelajaran dan kemampuan inovasi masing-masing.Kata kunci: Orientasi Pembelajaran, Sumber daya Teknologi Informasi (TI), Kewirausahaan, Kemampuan Inovasi, Kinerja Bisnis. Small medium enterprises require strong innovation capability to achieve competitive advantage. Based on previous empirical researches, this study emphasizes the importance of innovation capability as the role on business performance. Data were collected from 228 of small medium enterprises in Kediri, East Java, Indonesia and analyzed using structural equation model. The major findings include first, innovation capability and entrepreneurship has significantly positive impact on business performance respectively. Second, learning orientation has a significant and positive effect on innovation capability. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe fast development of information technology especially computer as the driven motor has changed everything. In line with this development information service which can be accessed easily for 24 hours a day whenever and from wherever is considered very important for the Job Placement Center of Politeknik Negeri Malang. In the field of education, the development of web-based information system and facebook provides a new paradigm in the information provision of job vacancies. Because more and more people are now accessing facebook, facebook-based information system needs a special attention. Seeking information on job vacancies using web-based and facebook-based information system for 1,003 graduates of D3 Polinema in 2012 academic year is the choice. The factors of information quality, system quality, service quality, the interests and satisfaction of users of these web- and facebook-based information system become a crucial option for job seeking. The development of the information system in the society grows very fast. If facebook-based information system is now becomes the trend, it is not impossible that facebook will be ignored one day in the future and be replaced by twitter or the likes.Key words: Information system, Website, FacebookABSTRAKKemajuan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat terutama komputer sebagai motor penggeraknya telah merubah segalanya. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, adanya layanan informasi yang dapat diakses dengan mudah selama 24 jam sehari dalam 7 hari, kapan saja dan dari mana saja dipandang perlu oleh pihak manajemen Job Placement Center Politeknik Negeri Malang (JPC Polinema). Dalam dunia pendidikan, perkembangan sistem informasi berbasis website maupun facebook memberikan paradigma baru dalam penyediaan informasi lowongan kerja. Karena pada saat ini semakin banyak orang yang mengakses facebook, maka sistem informasi berbasis facebook perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus. Pencarian informasi lowongan kerja dengan memanfaatkan sistem informasi berbasis website dan facebook bagi 1.003 orang mahasiswa D3 Polinema lulusan tahun 2012 merupakan pilihan. Faktor kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas pelayanan, minat memakai dan kepuasan pemakaian dari sistem informasi berbasis website dan berbasis facebook merupakan penentu pilihan terhadap pencarian informasi lowongan kerja. Perkembangan sistem informasi yang beredar di masyarakat sangatlah cepat. Jika sekarang sistem informasi berbasis facebook menjadi trend bukan tidak mungkin suatu saat facebook akan ditinggalkan dan beralih ke twitter atau yang lainnya.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Website, Facebook

Abstract

ABSTRAK Studi ini adalah Explanatory Research. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional;(2) Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasa Kerja;(3) Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional; (4) Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; (5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 112 orang karyawan tetap PT. Prima Anugerah Perkasa Malang. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebesar 88 orang karyawan tetap PT. Prima Anugerah Perkasa Malang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:(1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional;(2) Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja;(3) Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional;(4) Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja;(5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasional. ABSTRACT This study is explanatory research. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain: (1) a significant effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment, (2) a significant effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction, (3) a significant effect of Job Characteristics on Organizational Commitment, (4) a significant effect of Job Characteristics on Job Satisfaction, (5) a significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. The study population as much as 112 permanent employees as PT. Prima Anugerah Perkasa Malang. Sampling using proportional random sampling techniques to obtain a sample of 88 employees of the PT. Prima Anugerah Perkasa Malang. Data collection using questionnaires. The results of this study show that: (1) Transformational Leadership Style significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (2) Transformational Leadership Style significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (3) Job Characteristics did not influence significantly the Organizational Commitment, (4) Job Characteristics significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (5) Job Satisfaction significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh tingkat inflasi, tingkat suku bunga SBI, dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) secara simultan, (2) pengaruh tingkat inflasi terhadap Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), (3) pengaruh tingkat suku bunga SBI terhadap Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), (4) pengaruh nilai tukar rupiah terhadap Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), (5) pengaruh tingkat inflasi, tingkat suku bunga SBI, dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap Indeks LQ45 secara simultan, (6) pengaruh tingkat inflasi terhadap Indeks LQ45, (7) pengaruh tingkat suku bunga SBI terhadap Indeks LQ45, (8) pengaruh nilai tukar rupiah terhadap Indeks LQ45. Penelitian ini adalah explanatory quantitative research. Data yang digunakan sebagai sampel adalah data bulanan Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), Indeks LQ45, tingkat Inflasi, tingkat suku bunga SBI, dan nilai tukar rupih, selama periode Januari 2008-Desember 2012. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) tingkat inflasi, tingkat suku bunga SBI, dan nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) secara simultan, (2) tingkat inflasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), (3) tingkat suku bunga SBI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), (4) nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), (5) ) tingkat inflasi, tingkat suku bunga SBI, dan nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks LQ45 secara simultan, (6) tingkat inflasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Indeks LQ45 (JII), (7) tingkat suku bunga SBI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks LQ45, (8) nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks LQ45. The data used as the sample was monthly data of Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), LQ45 Index, inflation rate, interest rate of SBI, and exchange rate, over the period of January 2008-December 2012. Method of data analysis was a linear regression analysis. Results of data analysis showed that (1) the inflation rate, the interest rate of SBI, and the exchange rate of Rupiah have significant effects on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) simultaneously, (2) the inflation rate has no significant effect on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), (3)  the interest rate of SBI has a significant effect on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), (4) the exchange rate of Rupiah has a significant effect on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), (5) the inflation rate, the interest rate of SBI, and the exchange rate of Rupiah have significant effects on LQ45 Index simultaneously, (6) the inflation rate  has no significant effect on LQ45 Index, (7) the interest rate of SBI has a significant effect on LQ45 Index, (8) the exchange rate of Rupiah has a significant effect on LQ45 Index. Abstract

Abstract This study examines the causal relationship between Destination Attractiveness, Place Attachment and Visitors Satisfaction of Kampung Wisata Kungkuk, Batu-East Java using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. Data were collected from 75 respondents by questionnaire. It was found that Destination Attractiveness has a significant influence on Place Attachment, Destination Attractiveness has a significant influence on Visitors Satisfaction, and Place Attachment has a significant influence on Visitors Satisfaction. Similarly there is relationship between Destination Attractiveness, Place Attachment and Visitors Satisfaction. Equally, the higher attractiveness of destination, the higher are attachment and satisfaction levels. These results will provide potential guidelines for Kampung Wisata Kungkuk to attract and create visitors satisfaction. This study also seeks to contribute to conceptual and strategies by understanding the determinants of environmental destination or ecotourism.   Keywords: Destination Attractiveness; Place Attachment; Satisfaction; Ecotourism; Tourism Village; Batu-East Java.

Abstract

The background of this research is the compensation policy of a company's  performance  helped  determine  the  direction  of  its  employees  to support the company's goals. Compensation is one of the important factors to be able to attract potential employees. Work motivation is also another factor that must be considered in addition to compensation for employees of the company to realize the goals of the organization, the following job satisfaction. Those three things are important factors in the company to support employee performance. This study aimed to examine the effect of compensation on work motivation, job satisfaction, and performance of employees on permanent employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia in Lawang, Malang. Formulated several hypotheses of the study are (1) Is compensation a significant effect on work motivation? (2) Is compensation a  significant effect on job satisfaction? (3) Is  compensation a significant effect on the performance of the employee? (4) Is the work motivation have  a  significant  effect  on  job  satisfaction?  (5)  Is  a  significant  effect  on employee motivation employee performance ?, (6) Is job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance ?. This research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data from questionnaires and interviews. Research methods to process the data using path analysis. Based on the results of the study found a significant effect of compensation on employee motivation PT. Otsuka Indonesia, there is a significant effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction of  PT.  Otsuka  Indonesia, there is  a  significant influence on  the performance of the compensation of employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia, there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction of PT. Otsuka Indonesia, there is a significant influence on the performance of the work motivation of employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia, and found no significant effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia. Employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia are already satisfied with the salary he got in a long time felt it would be a regular thing. So prone to reduced performance, because by working casual or work hard to remain earned his salary by the same amount. Employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia also feel responsibility for the work carried out so far have not been entirely in accordance with his ability means that the principle of "the right man on the right place" has not been felt by the employees of PT. Otsuka Indonesia. Interesting work and the work has not felt like a hobby for PT. Otsuka Indonesia as yet incompatibility refers to the responsibility of the employee's ability to be felt.

Abstract

The growth of the company can be seen from how big the employee could be contribute to the company. This issue could been know form the growth of Human Resources (HR) and also the results of work that can complete the company targets. Occupatiional Safety and Health Program consists of guarantees of work accidents and occupational health that are expected to be good for employee performanc. This research is an explanatory type of research. Data collection can be used using a questionnaire. The research uses probability sampling technique that is proportional random sampling. The number of samples obtained was 78 respondents from the calculation of Slovin. analysis data used the path analysis method. The resultts of this study prove that work safety is significant for work motivation’s. Work health is positive to work motivatiion. As well as positive and significant work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) is a theory in the field of Management Information Systems that explains the relationship between the variables of information technology acceptance. UTAUT has been widely applied in various studies with different cultures, places, subjects and times. UTAUT has many developments carried out by world researchers by developing UTAUT modeling with other variables that are relevant to of previous researches. This research is part of the development of UTAUT by making the innovativeness variable as a moderator of variables. This research is a form of contribution in the development of UTAUT research that tested in Indonesia with the research subject are employees of Water Company of Malang City (PDAM Malang City) which is Regional Owned Enterprises with 78 samples representative of 14 departments of the company. The differences of place, time, subject and culture make this research interesting because it produces different conclusions that can contribute and become references for next research.
