Abstract

The research aims to test the effect of individual characteristic, job characteristic, and job ofsituation characteristic to level of job satisfaction official employee. This study uses the entirepopulation of the official employee CV. Karya Pemuda Semarang obtained 104 people. Thedata analysis technique used is linear regression. Results of research refer that the individualcharacteristic, job characteristic, and job of situation characteristic have an influence positive tolevel of job satisfaction official employee.Keyword: Individual characteristic, Job characteristic, and Job of situation characteristic,Level of job satisfaction official employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the image, quality of service and facilities to customer loyalty customer satisfaction moderated the educational institutions Primagama Apex branch. The study population was all students Primagama Apex in October 2011, which totaled 130 students. with a sample of 43 students. Data collection techniques in this study is through questionnaires and interviews. Analysis techniques used in this study is the technique of regression analysis using the variables moderating. From the calculation of the variable partial image, service quality and satisfaction moderated variable image positive and significant impact on loyalty, while variable facilities, service quality and satisfaction moderated variablefasilitas not moderated satisfaction and a significant positive effect on loyalty. Simultaneously acquired that image, quality of service, and facilities together are moderated customer satisfaction and a significant positive effect on loyalty in services products. Keywords: Image, Quality Service, Facilities, Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty Consumers.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of TQM with 4 subvariabel in benchmarking methods studied, namely: knowledge, motivation, and willingness situation on managerial performance of UMKM.Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique and obtained a valid sample of 140 UMKM. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results indicate that the motivation and circumstances have an influence on managerial performance sigifikan UMKM, while the knowledge and the will not have a significant influence on managerial performance of UMKM. Furthermore, it is known that simultaneous testing of knowledge, motivation, and willingness situation has a significant influence on managerial performance of UMKM. The study also found that of the four variables, the situation has the highest influence on managerial performance of UMKMKeywords: TQM (Total Quality Management), Benchmarking, Knowledge, Motivation, Situations, Willingness, Managerial Performance.AbstraksiPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara TQM dengan 4 subvariabel dalam metode benchmarking yang diteliti, yaitu : pengetahuan, motivasi, situasi dan kemauan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM.Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel yang valid sebanyak 140 UMKM. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan situasi mempunyai pengaruh sigifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM, sedangkan pengetahuan dan kemauan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM. Selanjutnya, pengujian secara simultan diketahui bahwa pengetahuan, motivasi, situasi dan kemauan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa dari keempat variable tersebut , situasi mempunyai pengaruh yang paling tinggi terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM.Kata kunci : TQM (Total Quality Management), Benchmarking, Pengetahuan, Motivasi, Situasi, Kemauan, Kinerja Manajerial.1.
