Abstract

Kelurahan Limau Manis Selatan berkembang pesat dibidang pertanian dan industry kecil. Salah satunya tanaman nilam untuk diolah menjadi minyak nilam, ± 10 hektar telah siap panen. Walaupun begitu kapasitas produksi minyak nilam petani masih rendah, disebabkan proses produksi masih secara manual, khususnya pada proses pencacahan batang nilam dengan parang gerakan tangan. Proses manual hanya 100-120 kg hasil cacahan yang dihasilkan, dan minyak nilam yang dihasilkan ± 2,4 – 2,8 kg. Dengan keadaan ini sangat diperlukan mesin pencacah batang nilam agar hasil cacahan minimal 500 kg/jam. Dari hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian didapatkan rancangan mesin berukuran panjang 90 cm x tinggi 70 cm x lebar 45 cm, tutup mesin berdiameter 45 cm, piring pencacah berdiameter 40 cm, pisau pencacah berukuran panjang 15 cm x lebar 7,8 cm dengan sudut kemiringan pisau 300, poros pencacah berukuran diameter 4 cm x panjang 30 cm, dan rangka berukuran panjang 85 cm x tinggi 35 cm x lebar 45 cm, dengan menggunakan bearing 2 buah kiri dan kanan poros mesin. Dari hasil pengujian mesin didapatkan mesin bekerja dengan baik, putaran mesin bisa diatur sesuai dengan yang diinginkan minimal putaran 400 rpm dan maksimal 1400 rpm. Putaran bisa diatur dan dirobah-robah karena menggunakan engine dengan daya 3,5 HP. Kapasitas mesin maksimal ± 460 kg/jam, dan hasil cacahan yang didapatkan pada putaran rendah panjang cacahan rata-rata 3 cm dan putaran tinggi rata-rata 1-2 cm. Secara keseluruhan mesin dapat mencacah dengan baik, bisa untuk batang nilam yang masih basah dan batang nilam yang kering.

Abstract

Community empowerment is a process of developing opportunities, willingness/motivation and ability of the community to be able to access resources, thereby increasing their capacity to determine their own future by participating in influencing and realizing the quality of life for themselves and their groups. This counseling activity aims to empower the community through paving block media to support community accessibility and can improve the local village economy and can be continued in the coming year at the local location or in other areas that have the same characteristics. The community was enthusiastic and very positive in participating in this counseling as seen from their many questions and curiosity from the counseling regarding the materials and tools to be used if they wanted to open a community-based home business/industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parenting on the learning behavior of students SMPN 14 Kota Serang. This type of research is qualitative. The sample in this study were students SMPN 14 Kota Serang and their parents who raised them. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the research data on the learning response indicators show that the respondents have a fairly good response in learning, as evidenced by a score of 270. The learning enthusiasm indicator shows that the respondents have very good learning enthusiasm, as evidenced by a score of 348. The responsible indicator shows that the respondent has a very good sense of responsibility, as evidenced by a score of 348. The technical indicator in learning shows that the respondent has excellent learning techniques, as evidenced by a score of 405. The study habit indicator shows that the respondent has a fairly good study habit, as evidenced by a score of 307. The observation and thinking indicator when studying shows that the respondent has fairly good observation and thinking when studying, as evidenced by a score of 283. On the indicator of continuous interaction of parents and children, it shows that the interaction of parents and respondents continuously is quite good, as evidenced by a score of 456. On the indicator of a series of decisions on socialization shows that respondents have a series of decisions that are quite good about socialization, as evidenced by a score of 487 The indicator of the influence of social institutions shows that the respondent has a fairly good influence of social institutions, as evidenced by a score of 283. The indicator of the influence of culture shows that the respondent has a very good cultural influence, as evidenced by a score of 376. parents have quite an effect on student learning behavior. It is proven by the responses of students SMPN 14 Kota Serang with a score of 3563.

Abstract

The spread of crime in cyberspace does not escape the crime of pornography, taking advantage of the large storage capacity that Telegram offers has provoked a number of ignorant people to use this social media to spread paid pornographic content. The purpose of this study is to examine and understand what criminal liability and compensation can be imposed on perpetrators of spreading and buying and selling negative content in the Telegram application. Writing scientific journal articles uses a normative research methodology, in which this research uses a statutory approach. The results of the study show that criminal liability that can ensnare perpetrators of pornographic crimes is regulated more specifically based on the principle of lex specialis derogate lex generalis in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.

Abstract

This research will advance the Bahia and Nantel's research by studying the impact of Bahia and Natel's BSQ dimensions toward customer satisfaction and its influence on customer loyalty. This study being held in Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah, Padang Branch in West Sumatera Province. 190 respondents had been took as a samples in this study by using convenience sampling method. Primary data had been obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis method which used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling. The findings shows that BSQ's dimensions have a positive and significant impact toward customer satisfaction, moreover customer satisfaction have a positive and significant impact toward customer loyalty. Based on those results, so it been concluded that tangible must have an extra attention in order to increase the customer satisfaction.
