Abstract

Era globalisasi dan liberalisasi ekonomi menciptakan kompleksitas dalam implementasi nilai-nilai moral pada sistem pasar bebas yang mengutamakan efisiensi ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Systematic Literature Review dengan protokol PRISMA untuk menganalisis 20 artikel akademik periode 2021-2025 yang membahas etika bisnis dalam konteks ekonomi liberal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan evolusi konsep etika bisnis dari pendekatan reaktif menuju proaktif strategis, dengan Corporate Social Responsibility menjadi driver inovasi dan competitive advantage. Temuan mengidentifikasi tantangan utama berupa kesenjangan teori dan praktik, perbedaan respons lintas budaya, dan ketegangan dalam platform economy. Framework integratif yang dikembangkan menekankan peran kepemimpinan etis, transparansi korporat, dan stakeholder engagement sebagai determinan keberhasilan implementasi nilai moral. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka teoritis yang mengintegrasikan dimensi etika dalam sistem ekonomi liberal secara berkelanjutan, memberikan panduan praktis bagi pengembangan strategi bisnis yang bertanggung jawab dalam era pasar bebas yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how human resource (HR) development can affect employee motivation and work discipline in the digital era and its impact on employees. The type of research used is a literature study conducted based on theoretical studies from searches of previous research journals, books, and other papers. The results of the study show that HR development in improving work motivation and discipline can be through career development, a fair reward and sanction system, work-life balance, good interpersonal communication which can increase motivation and result in increased performance, and the implementation of HR information systems, online attendance systems can be done to improve employee work discipline in the digital era. The conclusion of the influence of HR development on motivation and work discipline where motivation and work discipline can improve employee performance, the higher the motivation the higher the employee performance and the higher the work discipline the more competent the employee is which makes better performance.

Abstract

Leadership in Islamic boarding schools is very important because the life or death and development of an Islamic boarding school will be seen in the pattern and leadership style of a kyai. Leadership authority in Islamic boarding schools rests with a kyai. Therefore, it is very natural and normal for the role of kyai to be highly respected in the growth of Islamic boarding schools. In order to be an inspiration and role model, it is necessary to form a dynamic learning community pattern. The problem formulations include: 1) what is meant by leadership in Islamic boarding schools. 2) what leadership styles exist in Islamic boarding schools. 3) What roles are applied to a kyai. This research uses a literature analysis method obtained from several literatures. From the research results, the success or failure of an Islamic boarding school depends on the leadership style applied by the kyai themselves. Leadership factors are still determining factors in effectiveness and efficiency. Apart from that, the vision and mission also have influences and interrelated elements. The elements used as a reference are those that are adapted to Islamic law, including: 1) ethics that are in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. 2) objective leaders, 3) leaders who have high credibility, 4) responsive leaders

Abstract

This research aims to prove that human resource management practices can improve the performance of an employee using a qualitative approach method with descriptive research. This research uses data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Based on this research, it is known that the HRM practices implemented by the company consist of recruitment and selection, appointment and placement of employees, training orientation, workplace placement and development. The population in this study were Mixue employees in Telang, Madura. The sample in this research was 3 respondents. In the process of collecting data in this research, the research used a structured interview method. The data used is primary data that has been obtained through direct interviews. The research results show that HRM practices can improve the performance of employees in Mixue Telang, Madura.

Abstract

Social adjustment is a person's ability to interact with their social environment. Intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence are considered to have an influence on a person's social adjustment. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on social adjustment. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting data from various sources such as books, journals, and related articles. The results of this study indicate that intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence have a positive influence on social adjustment. Intellectual intelligence can help a person in understanding and dealing with social problems, emotional intelligence can help a person in controlling emotions and interacting with others effectively, and spiritual intelligence can help a person in finding the meaning and purpose of life that can motivate to be positive in interacting with their social environment.

Abstract

This research highlights the key role of leadership and adaptation strategies in organizations when facing rapid change. The literature study method is used to collect and analyze relevant literature. The results confirm that the right leadership style plays a major role in overcoming ongoing changes. Leader adaptation strategies are also key in adaptive leadership to rapid change. Strategic leadership, adaptive human resources, and intuition strengthen adaptation strategies. This helps organizations adapt and achieve competitive advantage. This research provides leaders and managers with guidance in dealing with complex organizational change. In conclusion, adaptive leadership style and adaptation strategies are the main assets for keeping an organization relevant and efficient in a dynamic business era

Abstract

This research aims to identify the relevance of Neuromanagement, motivation, and organizational performance, along with the role of motivation as an intervening variable. The research method used is literature study, which involves collecting and analyzing data from various literature sources that are relevant to the research topic, such as articles, proceedings, books and so on. The research results show that Neuromanagement has significant relevance in increasing individual motivation in the work environment. Neuromanagement can influence motivation by increasing an individual's self-awareness and improving decision-making abilities. High motivation, in turn, acts as an intervening variable that links Neuromanagement and organizational performance. This research provides insight into the importance of understanding Neuromanagement in increasing organizational motivation and performance and proposes further research directions to explore this relationship in a more comprehensive and applicable manner

Abstract

This research explores the leadership paradoxes that arise when managing organizational change along with leaders' efforts in dealing with these paradoxes. This research uses a library study method, by analyzing various relevant literature sources from books, journal articles and other scientific sources. The results of this research reveal that there are four main challenges identified as paradoxes, namely resistance to change, uncertainty and complexity, risk and leader communication. In overcoming this paradox, this research shows that Kurt Lewin's model provides relevant guidance for leaders in facing the challenges of organizational change. This research provides practical and theoretical contributions to the development of effective leadership in facing the challenges of ongoing change

The aim of this research is to find out recruitment in obtaining superior human resources in CV Barokah Jaya. Qualitative research with descriptive methods.
