Abstract

Tulisan ini hendak membahas mengenai pertarungan Islam global dalam dinamika politik Indonesia pasca reformasi. Perjalanan Islam sebagai agama dari jazirah arab menimbulkan banyak perubahan lansekap di negara-negara lain yang menerimanya sebagai ajaran sebuah agama baru. Konteks Islam global disini mengacu pada adnya penyebaran agama Islam secara universal dengan menembus batas teritorial negara lainnya. Appadurai menyebutkan bahwa globalisasi membawa adanya perubahan pada aras sosio kultural masyarakat dengan menyebarnya pandangan tentang ruang (scape). Dalam praktiknya, universalisme islam ini mendapat beragam perlakuan. Di Indonesia khususnya, arah Islam sebagai ajaran dan lembaga terbagi menjadi pecahan yang sangat multi. Dua besar diantaranya masuk dalam aliran “Islam puritan” dan “Islam kultural”.  Mereka yang masuk dalam Islam puritan cenderung pada tafsir lateral mengikuti “kebudayaan asal Islam”, sedangkan yang lebih kultural telah disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi masyarakat. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif tekstual dengan menggunakan instrumen tinjauan pustaka yang relevan. Kesimpulan artikel ini didapatkan bahwa globalisme Islam yang ada di Indonesia tidak hanya masuk sebagai agama baru, namun telah menjelma menjadi kekuatan yang digunakan untuk menaklukkan sendi-sendi perikehidupan sosial, politik dan kultural yang ada di Indonesia.

Abstract

Instagram telah menjadi salah satu platform media sosial yang berpengaruh dalam membentuk preferensi konsumsi masyarakat, termasuk dalam hal kuliner. Mahasiswa sebagai generasi digital memanfaatkan Instagram untuk mencari referensi makanan dan tempat makan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan Insta-gram sebagai referensi kuliner oleh mahasiswa Universitas Karimun. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap sepuluh informan, serta analisis data menggunakan NVivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menggunakan Instagram karena efisiensinya, kekuatan visual, serta ulasan dari pengguna lain. Enam faktor utama yang memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan kuliner adalah efisiensi, informasi, konten, kredibilitas, ulasan, dan visualisasi. Kesimpulannya, Instagram berperan penting sebagai media informasi kuliner dan menjadi bagian dari proses pengambilan keputusan konsumsi mahasiswa. Temuan ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku usaha kuliner untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran berbasis media sosial yang lebih efektif dan berbasis preferensi visual pengguna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh kepemimpinan camat terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Cimahi Tengah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Teori kepemimpinan transformasional digunakan sebagai kerangka analisis untuk mengkaji gaya kepemimpinan camat dalam memobilisasi pegawai negeri sipil dan berinteraksi dengan masyarakat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa camat memainkan peran strategis sebagai katalisator perubahan yang ditandai dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang inspiratif, partisipatif, dan berorientasi pada teknologi. Inovasi-inovasi kunci termasuk penerapan sistem antrian digital, peningkatan transparansi layanan, dan inisiatif pengembangan kapasitas muncul sebagai faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Hasil penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya kepemimpinan lokal yang kuat dan komunikatif dalam mendorong pelayanan publik yang responsif dan akuntabel. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas kepemimpinan di tingkat kecamatan sebagai komponen integral dari reformasi birokrasi.

Abstract

In the last century, the use of machine learning, especially the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) has greatly helped the world of health (medicine). Through action research on image datasets, KNN succeeded and was able to show classification or grouping based on the same characteristics and properties on unlabeled images with higher accuracy and faster than other machine learning methods. This is very useful for the world of health, especially in the use of chest x-rays (chest x-rays) in the medical world. This study aims to optimize the KNN. The results of research to predict the type of covid disease from Chest X Ray image data using the K-Nearest Neighbor architecture are normally not very good with an accuracy value between 1 to 0.965. The result of the research for validation accuracy is constant in 0.95.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi kebijakan mengenai pengangkatan dan pemberhentian perangkat desa ditinjau dari perspektif Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Dalam rangka mewujudkan tujuan Negara yang tertuang dalam nawa cita, pemerintah desa selaku kepanjangan tangan dari pemerintah pusat melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Untuk itu Kepala desa selaku pimpinan bersama dengan perangkat desa saling bersinergi demi terwujudnya hal tersebut, sehingga menjadi penting memiliki Perangkat Desa dengan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkompeten dan kualitas. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori implementasi kebijakan Edward III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengangkatan dan pemberhentian perangkat desa di Desa Kutamekar Kecamatan Ciampel Kabupaten Karawang sesuai dengan regulasi Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa dilihat dari 4 indikator yaitu: (a) Komunikasi; proses diskusi antara Kepala Desa Kutamekar dengan Camat mengenai penetapan perangkat desa dengan kandidat yang ada (b) Sumber daya; Perangkat Desa terpilih memiliki tingkat pendidikan yang tinggi, mayoritas yaitu sarjana (c) Disposisi; Kepala Desa menempatkan calon perangkat desa sesuai dengan bidang keilmuannya sehingga mendorong terlaksananya penyelenggaraan pemerintahan (d) struktur birokrasi; Desa Kutamekar memiliki perangkat desa yang berjumlah 6 orang sesuai dengan klasifikasi jenis desa yaitu swadaya dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Pemanfaatan sosial media menjadi penting di era globalisasi saat ini, terutama dalam hal ini yaitu mengenai penyebaran informasi penjaringan calon perangkat desa sehingga seluruh masyarakat Desa Kutamekar yang memenuhi syarat memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk mencalonkan diri.

Abstract

This research aims to introduce and implement the use of google form as a survei tool to collect data from residents of Darma Bakti, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. The research method involves developing a survei form using the google form platform that can be accessed online. The research also explored the effectiveness of google form in collecting data on various aspects of Darma Bakti residents' lives and needs. The research process involved introducing the concept and functionality of google form to respondents, as well as brief training to increase participation in the survei. The data collected included demographic information, preferences, and feedback related to services and facilities obtained from Darma Bakti residents. Data analysis involved the use of automated analysis features provided by google form, as well as manual interpretation to gain deeper insights. The results of this study are expected to provide a better view of the use of google form as an effective and efficient tool for citizen surveis, as well as provide valuable input for the improvement of services and facilities in the Darma Bakti neighborhood, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. This research also contributes to the literature related to the use of online survei technology, especially in the context of local communities.

Abstract

Community Service is one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. After universities carry out teaching and research, they should then take real action in the form of community service. A thousand theories without realization will not bring change. However, on the contrary, if there is no further study, a thousand stories from the village are just wishful thinking. So these three are closely related and complement each other. This community service is the third service carried out by the service team for the Gari Village. The first stage emphasizes an inventory of the cultural potential that is owned. The second stage is to strengthen organizational management. So this third is the assistance of Prima Village, because Prima Village is a mandatory requirement for the Village to become a Culturally Independent Village. Assistance has been implemented for 6 months in 2024. By involving the active role of the PKK, Social Service, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Gunungkidul Regency and of course the Gari District Government. The target is the PKK Gari Village, Kapanewon Wonosari, Gunungkidul Regency. The aim of this service is to prepare the standard components of the Gari Village to fulfill the requirements to become a Prima Village. In the mid-service report, progress has been made: 1) equalizing the perception between the District Government and the Service Team; 2) finding the role of women in Gari; 3) determine further steps. The methods used were interviews, workshop seminars and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Starting with conducting interviews with the Village Head and women figures, identifying problems with the PKK in the form of FGDs and holding workshops with the PKK and related departments. Abstract

Effective management, thinking about the importance of human resources. Employee performance is an essential factor influencing success. In an organization, this is one of the most critical functions of a company. This study aims to determine the variables that affect employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 41 respondents drawn into a sample using non-probability sampling, the saturated sampling / total sampling method—and data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis states that employee performance is influenced by work motivation; the higher the work motivation, the higher the employee performance. The second hypothesis states that work discipline does not affect employee performance. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by work motivation and work discipline, which can simultaneously improve employee performance. This research is expected to make theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the c ontext of human resource management.

Abstract

The analysis and prediction of evolving cybersecurity service demands are constrained by existing methodologies, which are either semantically shallow (keyword-based TF-IDF) or contextually limited (standalone LSTM time-series models that overlook textual meaning). To bridge this scientific gap, this study develops and validates an integrated artificial intelligence framework combining Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) for deep semantic analysis and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) for sequential trend prediction. This pipeline is applied to a large-scale corpus of cybersecurity job descriptions collected from LinkedIn, serving as a proxy for real-world market intelligence. The methodology utilizes BERT embeddings (768-dimensional) for nuanced feature extraction, which are then combined with pseudo-temporal segmented data (proxy timeline) to enable sequential forecasting via the LSTM component. Experimental results confirm the model's robustness, the BERT component achieved 89% classification accuracy (87% precision, 88% recall) in service categorization, significantly outperforming baseline methods such as TF-IDF (which typically achieve below 75% accuracy). The LSTM component demonstrated strong predictive capability for trend forecasting, achieving a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 0.12. These findings validate the technical viability of the unified BERT-LSTM architecture for capturing both contextual and sequential patterns in professional data. The output provides organizations with objective, data-driven insights for strategic planning, thereby enhancing organizational resilience and market competitiveness in dynamic environments, particularly relevant for the Indonesian cybersecurity market.
