Abstract

The use of motorized vehicles in daily life can have a negative impact, namely traffic jams and accidents originating from traffic violations, thus requiring law enforcement efforts. This research aims to find out, analyze and criticize law enforcement regarding traffic violations. This research aims to explore the importance of improving human resources (HR) of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) in implementing electronic traffic fines as an effort to enforce the law against traffic violations. Traffic violations are a common problem in big cities, often caused by the increasing number of motorized vehicles. Electronic fine enforcement, or Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE), utilizes technology such as CCTV cameras to detect violations and increase the transparency and efficiency of the legal process. This research uses an empirical juridical type, namely an approach that aims to examine the extent to which law is implemented and functions in society. which in this research is research that uses literature, which involves collecting data through book review literature, journals and official documents. The data collected aims to analyze the relevance of law enforcement theory and practice in the context of electronic fines. The research results show that electronic fines support more modern and efficient law enforcement while helping to improve road safety and order. However, the success of implementing ETLE is very dependent on the competence of Polri's human resources. Therefore, improving the quality and capacity of Polri's human resources is very important to ensure the sustainability of digital transformation in traffic law enforcement.

Abstract

This study explains the application of technology in human resource management, specifically in the process of Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) recruitment and selection. The aim of the research is to analyze how technology can enhance efficiency, transparency, and objectivity in this process. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a literature review approach. Through this method, relevant journals and literature are systematically reviewed to gain in-depth understanding. The findings indicate that technologies, such as the use of Computer Assisted Test (CAT) and e-Meterai, play a crucial role in supporting better human resource management. These technologies not only reduce paper usage (paperless) but also improve document validity, accelerate administrative processes, and enable more accurate decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of understanding Islamic values in relation to the environmental awareness and behavior of Generation Z in Bandar Lampung. Values such as tauhid, khalifah, fitrah, and mizan are understood to play an important role in shaping ecological awareness. This research employs a quantitative approach with a correlation method. The study was conducted in Bandar Lampung with a population of Gen Z students (born 1997–2012). Primary data were collected using structured questionnaires. Purposive sampling was used to select 217 respondents based on criteria of age, location, and educational status. This sample is considered representative of analyzing the relationship between Islamic values and environmental awareness. Secondary data were obtained from literature and reports. For data analysis, the following steps were applied: 1) reliability testing using Cronbach's Alpha, 2) descriptive analysis, 3) Pearson correlation, and 4) multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between Islamic values, environmental awareness, and eco-friendly behavior. This study shows that understanding Islamic values has a strong relationship with environmental awareness (r = 0.861) and environmental care behavior (r = 0.546). Overall, these two variables explained 74.1% of the variance in environmental caring behavior, confirming the importance of Islamic education in raising ecological awareness.

Abstract

Meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dilakukan dengan menyelenggarakan pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Upaya tersebut bagian dari pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Sebagai bentuk implementasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia maka Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Polda Lampung melaksanakan kegiatan peningkatan kompetensi kepada panitia pemeriksaan administrasi yang bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan, keterampilan dan pengetahuan panitia. Peserta kegiatan peningkatan kemampuan berasal dari personel jajaran Polda Lampung yang akan ditugaskan menjadi Panitia pemeriksaan administrasi. Pemeriksaan administrasi adalah salah satu tahapan dalam penerimaan anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Dalam pelaksanaannya terbagi menjadi dua yaitu pemeriksaan administrasi awal dan pemeriksaan administrasi akhir. Setiap pendaftar calon anggota Polri harus melalui tahapan ini dengan hasil pemeriksaan apakah yang bersangkutan memenuhi syarat atau tidak. Pemeriksaan administrasi awal dilaksanakan di tingkat Polres sedangkan pemeriksaan administrasi akhir di tingkat Panitia Daerah Polda Lampung. Guna memperoleh hasil yang baik maka pelaksanaan pemeriksaan administrasi didukung pengetahuan dan ketelitian untuk memeriksa kelengkapan administrasi yang diajukan oleh masing-masing pendaftar calon anggota Polri. Selain itu dengan waktu pemeriksaan yang terbatas dan jumlah pendaftar yang banyak, dibutuhkan konsentrasi serta ketelitian yang tinggi. Oleh sebab itu sebagai panitia pemeriksaan harus memiliki kompetensi yang dibutuhkan sehingga hasil pemeriksaan akuntabel dan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

Persaingan di dunia pendidikan yang semakin ketat menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk memberikan layanan berkualitas demi mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Kualitas layanan menjadi faktor krusial dalam membangun kepercayaan dan komitmen jangka panjang dari wali murid terhadap institusi pendidikan. Kualitas layanan yang baik tidak hanya meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, tetapi juga memperkuat keterikatan emosional mereka terhadap perusahaan. Selain itu, sudah menjadi sebuah keniscayaan bahwa pelanggan yang merasa puas dengan kualitas layanan cenderung lebih berkomitmen untuk tetap menggunakan produk atau jasa dari perusahaan yang sama Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas wali murid di MTs Arrahmah Purwotengah Papar Kediri. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel acak, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur lima dimensi kualitas layanan (SERVQUAL): keberwujudan, keandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, dan empati. Analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, kelima dimensi kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (F=36.052, p<0.05). Secara parsial, dimensi empati (β=0.775) dan keberwujudan (β=0.296) menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan, sementara jaminan (β=-0.606) menunjukkan pengaruh negatif signifikan. Di sisi lain, keandalan dan ketanggapan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Hasil ini mengimplikasikan bahwa MTs Arrahmah perlu memprioritaskan aspek empati dan keberwujudan dalam strategi peningkatan layanan, sambil melakukan evaluasi terhadap pendekatan pemberian jaminan layanan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas wali murid. MTs Arrahmah, sebagai penyedia layanan, perlu melakukan optimalisasi strategi layanan yang berfokus pada penguatan aspek empati dan keberwujudan, dengan memberikan perhatian khusus pada, pengembangan kompetensi karyawan dalam memberikan layanan personal, peningkatan kualitas fasilitas fisik yang mendukung kenyamanan pelanggan, dan Implementasi sistem monitoring dan evaluasi berkala terhadap kualitas layanan

Abstract

Profitability is the company's ability to generate profits. There are several factors that affect the company's profitability, namely Liquidity, Leverage and Company Size. Based on this premise, this study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage and Company Size on the Profitability of Healthcare Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of research is explanatory research which explains the causal relationship between the intermediate variables through hypothesis testing. The population of this study are all health companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. Sampling using purposive sampling technique in order to obtain 12 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression test using SPSS. From the results of this test, it can be concluded that liquidity has a significant positive effect on company profitability. Leverage has a significant negative effect on the profitability of health companies. Company size has a significant positive effect on the profitability of health companies. Liquidity, Leverage, Company Size jointly affect the profitability of Healthcare companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Bank Jatim Trenggalek Branch. The effect you want to know is the direct effect. This type of research is quantitative. This study used a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling using convenience simple random sampling, namely taking sample members from the population is done randomly. The software used in this study is SmartPLS and carried out three stages of Outer Model, Inner Model and hypothesis testing. From the results of this test it can be concluded that service quality has a direct and positive influence on customer loyalty, service quality has a direct positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a direct positive effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction can be said to be a variable partial mediation.

Abstract

In the era of digital technology, inclusive communication is important so that the empowerment process can reach all levels of society, including marginalized groups that are often overlooked due to the digital divide. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digital applications in community empowerment in the villages of Ulubelu District, Tanggamus Regency, focusing on the challenges, opportunities, and obstacles faced. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design and data obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data mining was conducted with community leaders, village government, and local people. The results showed that infrastructure barriers, such as inaccessible roads and lack of internet signal, are the main obstacles in optimizing the use of digital applications, such as the Village Information System (SID), SIKS-NG, and other development planning applications. Villages such as Sinar Banten, Rejosari, Ulu Semong, and Petay Kayu face issues related to the accessibility of digital technology and information. In addition, a lack of digital literacy among the community, especially the elderly, and limited training for village officials exacerbate the situation. However, digital applications also have the potential to support transparency, efficiency, and access to information in community empowerment programs with improved technology infrastructure and inclusive digital literacy training. This study reveals the importance of collaboration between the government, village apparatus, and communities in designing sustainable digitalization strategies. This research enriches the literature related to digitalization in rural areas and provides practical recommendations to overcome barriers to technology implementation. The results are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers and practitioners to develop a more inclusive approach in supporting digital-based community empowerment in remote areas.

Abstract

Despite the common belief in society about the declining fate of religion in time of modernity, everyday behaviors of religious societies have shown that religion has been increasingly commodified for political purposes. This article aims to study the ways in which modernity has enabled the dynamic use of religious commodification in political sectors.  Its main question is how political leaders have used religious doctrines, values, and symbols for gaining their electoral supports. Data of this research is collected through surveys among female Muslim members of Islamic learning circles (majelis taklim) in Bandar Lampung, the biggest city in the province of Lampung, where religious learning circles have increasingly flourished in the last few years. This research finds out ample evidence showing the significant influences of modernization and commodification of religion in determining political behaviors of the female members of Islamic learning circles. Modernization in the context of this research is defined as knowledge, urbanization, increased income, technological progress, social norms, social interaction, social institutions, and  commodification of religion is identified as the acts of making religious teachings and activities as a commodity, empirically manifested in the form of transforming social relations into economic relations (relation oriented for economic interests, materialization of a thing spiritual).
