Abstract

A large population growth rate has both positive and negative impacts on national economic development. A large population growth rate will positively open up a wide market to foster economic activities that will create community welfare. However, if the large population growth rate is not utilized properly, it will have a domino effect on various problems. The purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the management of Quality Village (KB) in realizing community welfare. This research is literature research where the data used is secondary data obtained from scientific articles and other documents relevant to the research. Data analysis in this study was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data categorization, and data verification. The results concluded that the Quality Village (KB) program has contributed to efforts to improve Indonesia's economic development and realize community welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the community empowerment process and economic development strategies implemented through the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) 'Sejahtera' in Jangkang Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validity tested through triangulation of techniques and sources. The findings reveal that the community empowerment process in BUMDes 'Sejahtera' is carried out through three main stages: (1) increasing community awareness, (2) capacity building for individuals and groups, and (3) implementing empowerment activities. The economic development strategies applied include: (1) creating a supportive climate for strengthening local capacities and safeguarding local assets, and (2) implementing rural development programs based on local needs. This study offers novelty in its structured participatory approach to active community involvement, presenting a potential model for replication in other villages. Practically, the findings provide valuable guidance for BUMDes managers and policymakers in designing more effective empowerment programs, particularly in enhancing the economic independence of rural communities.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the influence of family environment, school environment, campus environment, and religious attitude towards students at State Islamic University (UIN hereafter) of Raden Intan Lampung. The sample of this research was 350 students which was taken by using probability sampling technique (random sampling). The research used quantitative approach, with survey method and path analysis as an analytical tool.The results showed that the family environment, school environment, and religious attitude towards students at State Islamic University (UIN hereafter) of Raden Intan Lampung had a direct positive effect on students' behavior, and it was found that the family environment and school environment had a direct positive effect on religious attitudes, but the campus environment had no effect to students’ religious behavior, and the campus environment negatively affect the students’ religious attitude. The research findings found that it is needed to improve the management of the family environment, the management of the school environment, and the orientation of students’ religious attitudes so that it appears a good behaviour for students of State Islamic University of Raden Intan Lampung.

Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh pelayanan publik (transparansi, reliabel, responsif, adil dan empati) terhadap customer satisfaction (pengalaman memuaskan, setia pada layanan, dan risiko layanan) pada lembaga-lembaga dakwah (KBIH, LAS, dan KUA) di Banadar Lampung, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 45 masyarakat responden, sampel diambil dengan menggunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling (random sampling) berdasarkan klaster. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif - kuantitatif, dengan metode survei dan analisis regresi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan publik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (customer satisfaction) lembaga-lembaga dakwah di Bandar Lampung, Temuan penelitian menunjukkan perlunya meningkatkan penanganan dan peningkatan dalam memberikan layanan dalam hal; transparansi, reliabilitas, responsif, adil, dan empaty, sehingga kedepan masyarakat pengguna pelayanan lembaga-lembaga dakwah akan lebih puas.Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Publik dan customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to understand the influence of public services (transparency, reliable, responsive, fair and empathy) on customer satisfaction (satisfactory experience, faithful service, and risk services) in the institutions of da'wah (KBIH, LAS, and KUA) in Banadar Lampung. The study sample were 45 respondents taken using a sampling technique of probability sampling (random sampling) based on clusters. The study uses a qualitative- quantitative approach and survey method and regression analysis. The results show that the public service customer has effect on customer satisfaction of institutions of propaganda in Bandar Lampung. Findings show the need to improve the handling and improvement in providing services in tersm of; transparency, reliability, responsiveness, fairness, and empathy. There fore, the users of dakwah institution will be more satisfied in the future.

Abstract

Organizational effectiveness will be achieved with the clarity of mission , strategies , and objectives of the organization, and it is as well, road or means to build performance of organization. Performance management is a continuous system in creating clear working relationship between persons and organizations.In order to achieve the organization goal, and to build the good communication atmosphere in organization, it is necessary to construct measures of performance of management process ; performance planning , implementation performance, feedback , Riview performance , performance measurement , performance evaluation. Effective process of performance management could make changes for individuals ,organizations, and of creating new culture in an organization.

Abstract

This research is aimed to explore  how the AL AMIN Syaria Insurance as a branch of Syariah Life Insurance, innovate effective strategies in marketing insurance service products owned by this institution; fostering interest in people's interest in insurance, especially by building cooperation and collaboration. Data on shari'ah institutional cooperation and efforts to foster community interest are obtained by using a qualitative approach, particularly through interviews. Data collected then analyzed by the balanced scorecard to see the performance of the strategies used.The results of this study indicate that the strategy used was first,establishing collaboration with banks and other financial institutions; second, fast service; and third, simplifying administrative procedures and requirements. Fast service and simplifying administrative procedures and requirements were more strategic approach in growing public interest in using the Lampung branch of the AL AMIN Sharia Life Insurance service.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Daarul Huffaazh merupakan lembaga dakwah yang berorientasi pada pendidikan Al-Qur’an dengan program takhassus dan pendidikan umum, diniyah serta tahfizh regular. Program tahfizh Al-Qur’an Daarul Huffaazh menerapkan fungsi perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pengarahan (actuating), dan pengawasan (controlling). Meskipun demikian dijumpai banyak santri tidak mampu mencapai target  hafalan Al-Qur’an, sehingga perlu dianalisis fungsi manajemen di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Huffazh Desa Bernung Kecamatan Gedong Tataan  Kabupaten Pesawaran. Pembinaan santri dengan cara-cara tertentu dan terus menerus, dalam menghafal al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode fenomenologi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari sumber data primer dan sekunder fungsi manajemen Daarul Huffaazh, dengan snowball sampling, dan data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengambarkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Daarul Huffaazh menerapan empat fungsi manajemen yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan  pengawasan, akan tetapi dapat dikatakan fungsi manajemen belum berjalan secara maksimal, terutama pada fungsi pengawasan atau evaluasi, kurang berjalannya fungsi evaluasi menyebabkan banyak santri tidak mencapai  target yang telah ditetapkan.
