Abstract

Ads from the past, now and in the future make the most effective weapon for communicating to the public both social and commercial through print and electronic media, one of the advertisements that we often see and hear is cigarette advertisements using the word "Go Head". There are some creative advertisements that are displayed by the public who understand the meaning but there are still some who hang up, thus inviting the public to think more deeply about the mean and meanings of words or sentences contained in advertisements. But with the Semiotics approach, which is the science of sign and signified, we can and can give meaning and meaning to the word Go Head or "form of resistance" from: 1) educative from the government to the public that smoking can damage health but on the other hand The government needs funds for the development process from the receipt of retribution and cigarette taxes, so the go head can be interpreted ok, 2). In terms of competition between industries and cigarette users, users do not need to be confused and are advised to use it continuously, 3) there is a restricted area or no-smoking area but a sign that the road continues.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of, trust in purchasing decisions on the Bukalapak application in Denpasar City. This study usesa quantitative approach. The data used is data on users in Indonesia and data on complaints from Bukalapak users on the Playstore, the sampling technique is carried out through testing methods through classical testing methods, determination analysis, multiple linear analysis, partial (t test) and simultaneous testing (t test). The results of this study prove that electronic news has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions,trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, electronic word of moth and trust have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Electronic word of mouth, Trust, Purchasing Decisions ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic,Word, of Mouth, kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi e-commerce Bukalapak, di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data pengguna e-commerce di Indonesia dan data keluhan pengguna Bukalapak pada PlayStore, teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan melalui metode sampling melalui pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis determinasi, analisis linear berganda, pengujian parsial (t-test) serta pengujian simultan (f-test). Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa, electronic word, of mouth, berpengaruh positif, dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan electronic word of mouth dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Electronic Word of Mouth, Kepercayaan, Keputusan, Pembelian.
